Clean and comfortable.
Very small room though adequate for solo traveller. Window not openable so quite stuffy. Coffee not replenished on one day and cup left unwashed.

There is NO Friedg and room is a bit small

Excellent location and very clean room. Very helpful staff!
When I turned on the kettle, it would trip the breaker. This happened several times before I insisted they replace the kettle.
The cost is rather high for what you get, but that is London in general.

The hotel is well located on a quieter leafy street yet close to the Earl’s Court tube station, staff was friendly and helpful and the room though compact was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. Nice big windows gave an airy feel. Breakfast was well thought out, with both cooked and continental options, tasty and well replenished, staff at breakfast was helpful and obviously taking pride in their work.
Price though quite high reflects the quality of service and location, so would stay again if visiting London.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Earls Court tube station. The room was small and compact but efficiently set up. I didn’t mind it being small since I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. I would stay here again.
I was on the first floor facing the street so if you had your window open, you could hear people passing by. Also, I was able to smell breakfast from my room so if any of this bothers you, I would recommend a higher floor facing away from the street.

the hotel was newly renovated and nice and clean. close to transport as well. hotel staff were all lovely and the Breakfast was nice and fresh. highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! thanks😄

The room was functional and nicely decorated, although rather small but that is something we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless. The shower was simple but recently renovated and perfectly working, I particularly enjoyed it. The whole hotel in general seemed clean and modern, and staff was friendly. We could leave our luggage the day of our departure with no problem. Also the hotel is well-located, 5 min away from the underground and in a very nice area.
The bathroom's sliding glass door is not great for privacy...

Quiet location, clean, breakfast was very good
The loud noise the doors make upon leaving the room. Also, at breakfast, the inner kitchen staff door is too noisy as the staff goes in and out every few seconds. Rooms are a bit smaller but you bit the competition with better prices

location
very very small room and bed

The location was great as it was next to a lot of restaurants and the train station.
The room was a lot smaller than expected. For 2 guests, would have rather had 2 beds, than the one double bed.

Nice small friendly hotel, conveniently located very close to Earls Court tube station. I keep coming back here because the staff and service are great and it is amazing value for money. Rooms are small but very well appointed

The breakfast was good, location for the Albert Hall was good and having 1 of the 3 car park spaces was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean.
The room and the bathroom were very cramped. The bed was fine width ways but was vey short - both of us had our feet hanging out the bed! I would say that we were in a single occupancy room. We would not have stayed longer than 1 night.

We had a great time at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and accommodating! It’s super close to Earl’s Court station, homely and comfortable. It was my partners 30th and they went above and beyond by leaving us chocolate, prosecco, water and a birthday card.
The only issue we had (which wasn’t even a big one) was we were in room 406 and were kept awake at night and woken up in early in the morning by the really squeaky floorboards from the room above us.

Great location and good breakfast with really nice staff
Room fairly small but that was expected

Isabella at reception could not have been nicer! A credit to the hotel!!
Taking a card deposit when you have no facilities requiring payment. No bar or food, even a sandwich.
