Hotel bonitinho mas irresponsável.

Bonito, moderno, bem localizado para quem vai participar de eventos no Centro de Convenções Rebouças.

Enviaram para mim depois um e-mail com a nota fiscal, no qual constava que fiquei hospedado por três noites com uma senhora (colocaram o nome inteiro dela na nota, a quem desconheço). Fiquei hospedado sozinho, o dia todo num congresso médico. Isso causou-me graves aborrecimentos familiares, pois quem recebeu este e-mail (minha esposa cuida da minha “vida burocrática”) quiz saber quem é essa mulher. O hotel pediu desculpas, e mandou uma nota fiscal corrigida, sem o nome da tal mulher desconhecida, o que não resolveu absolutamente os transtornos causados. Irresponsabilidade completa do hotel.

Caro para o que oferece.

Café da manhã muito bom.

Quarto pequeno e banheiro minúsculo. Nem tem local para colocar a mala aberta, quarto estreito, banheiro muuuito pequeno mesmo, e com uma torneira e tem q abrir devagar, pq se abrir com força tem um aparo de vidro logo embaixo que molha a pessoa. corredores escuros, com pintura escura, dá uma má impressão. Os funcionários são educados, mas não são muito simpáticos. A avenida em frente não achei muito segura, apesar de virando a esquina estar na Oscar Freire, o que dá um pouco mais de segurança pelas lojas caras.

I was there for an important meeting. Part of my time was spent complaining about the overcharge.

The hotel was OK, if not good. The staff was nice, especially in the restaurant.

I was charged 95 dollars instead of the 65 quoted when I made the reservation. I have not received an answer from you about a solution.

Das Zimmer ganz sauber und das Personal war nett und das Frühstück war auch gut. Das Parkhaus kostet auch 5€. Das wichtigste was man braucht gibt es in dem Zimmer.

Atende ao que precisa.

A localização para mim foi o principal motivo pelo escolha do Hotel. O café da manhã é bom, tanto em variedade quanto qualidade. O quarto é pequeno, mas atende ao esperado. O chuveiro é bom. Qualidade das toalhas poderia ser melhorada. O atendimento do check-in é muito demorado para os padrões atuais e comparado a outros hotéis.

Da demora no check-in; qualidade das toalhas. Afora isso, houve um incidente desagradável na estadia. O repositor do frigobar adentrou ao quarto seu autorização. Eu estava no quarto realizando uma audiência online e o repositor tocour três vezes a campainha, de forma insistente, que não pude atender e que ainda atrapalhou a audiência. SE não bastasse, mesmo ciente que que eu estava lá e não atendi, ele adentrou ao quarto com o tom de voz alto (dizendo, reposição de frigobar), o que gerou um certo constrangimento, já que tive de explicar aquele intromissão inoportuna na audiência. Isso poderia ser evitado.

Leaves much to be desired

Situated in a good location

Although the hotel looks refurbished, there are still clear problems that make the hotel seem cheap or old. The door handle for the bathroom in my room was falling, there were other problems like the electricity plugs were not properly on the wall and falling off. The electricity plugs were not working and I couldn't charge my phone. Luckily I was only there for two nights and I had a power bank

A clean place to stay in the center of Sao Paulo

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel.

I didn´t like the size of the bedroom, there was no closet, and the water in the bath took a long time to get warm.

Excellent option considering the cost.

The staff was professional and helpful. Mario at the front desk was able to solve a small problem we had quickly and professionally. He is great. All the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast as well. The location could not be better in a nice upscale area of the city, close to good shopping options and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Considering the cost, this one of the best hotel options in Sao Paulo.

It's not worth its price.

The liked the Hotel's location and the quality of the bed, but the hotel did not match my expectations.

The shower was too dark and it presented a mechanical issue with its valves. The room was too dark to check if it was really clean. The staff wasn't as helpfull as in cheapers hotels, and the gym was really small for such a large hotel. I've been to better hotels boasting only three stars.

Face recognition setup for hotel entrance wasn't working during check-in, but staff said it wasn't a problem because there's someone at the reception 24/7. We arrived late in the evening and no one was there. Given we hadn't set up the face recognition, we were not able to enter the hotel lobby by ourselves. We waited for 15 minutes until another guest left the hotel and we were able to enter. We're from Brazil so we know it's not safe to stay alone in the middle of the street in the middle of the night. When staff appeared a few minutes later, they said they cannot eat at the reception but they're not given any break, so they were eating at the back of the hotel. Housi should take responsibility for it and make sure they have enough staff coverage to avoid this kind of unsafe situation from happening again
