Um hotel para não voltar mais

Apenas do rio que passa atrás do hotel. O restaurante serve comidas variadas, mas não teve novidades. As comidas eram repetidas (Almoço e Janta) O café da manhã é bom.

As duas piscinas fedem a xixi e a água é suja. O barulho durante à noite é infernal. Fica parado um caminhão de som em frente ao hotel. Não respeitam o silêncio dos hóspedes. Mobília velha. A televisão do quarto é de tubo. A TV da sala pega canais de TV paga mais cheia de barulhos e chuvisco. O chuveiro é elétrico. Muito lixo deixado pelos hóspedes em todo lugar O atendimento é péssimo.

总体尚可，如果下次再来这座城市，没有其他酒店可以住宿，我还会选择这一家，但如果别的同等价位或者稍高价位的其他酒店可以居住，我就不会住现在这家。

地理位置很好，早餐不错，楼的后面紧挨着一条河，这是令人意想不到的，在河里能玩两天。但是酒店竟然没有说有这条河以及相应的设施。房间总体整洁，客厅和卧室都有一个空调。浴室水温、水量正好。

1、WIFI就是灾难，根本连接不上，一早反馈这个问题，一天反馈了三次，但是直到我离店都没有解决这个问题，令人非常无语。员工的服务态度一般，直到最后一次反映WIFI问题，才有人提出上楼帮我看看问题，当然，即使上楼了也没有解决问题。一整天的娱乐之后，回到酒店原本想静静地看看电视剧、刷刷社交媒体，但是网络让我的手机变成了一块砖。 2、房间整体干净整洁，比图片中要好。但是沙发上、地板上有很多不知道是什么的银色碎屑，经常粘在我和家人的皮肤上，让人不愉快。电视机前摆着两个台灯，但是没有插电，附近也没有插座，不知道为什么要摆在那里。

Piscinas aquecidas e rio termal aos fundos da propriedade.

Duas piscinas aquecidas, possui um rio termal nos fundos da propriedade de fácil acesso. Tem fácil acesso ao local de comércio da região, conseguindo ir facilmente andando. Padaria Maná é um ótimo local para o café da manhã. Foi oferecido uma ótima quantidade de toalhas para a nossa estadia. Camas confortáveis.

O valor cobrado de R$30,00 do café da manhã, não condiz com o que é oferecido. Sucos horríveis, não tem muita variedade. Porções de petiscos do Acqua Bar são caras e vem pouca quantidade pelo valor. Estacionamento lotado, estacionamos nosso carro por dois dias na rua.

Ótimo lugar para relaxar.

O Rio Quente que passa na propriedade é muito bom, bem melhor que as piscinas. Afinal é o atrativo do lugar.

The personnel working at the reception desk is not polite at all, they don’t care about the guests and it seems we disturb them when we need help.they really let me down. the ladies working in the Prime office were ok.

It's a great option if you're not staying in the hot park hotels which is not really recommended.

It's a 3mins walk to the hot park. There are also many pools and access to the hot river which is great. it's clean and enough for 2-3 nights since there's nothing much to be done in that area anyway. Big clean rooms and good breakfast.

I’m glad it was only 3 days…

The river in the back of the hotel and the location.

A lot of thinks broken inside the toilet and the sofa bed mattress was filthy.

Expensive compared what you get

close to restaurants, cool access to the rive

- loud music until 10 pm in the pool, can be heard from the entire hotel - staff is really rude, they send you from one place to the other - parking is horrible - elevators are scarce - expensive compared ti what you get - breakfast on the other side of the street

Worthy the choice of the hotel.

I would like to emphasize that the reception by Ms Ceilla was very nice, giving us the necessary instructions to make use of the hotel facilities with no problems. The breakfast served in a bakery nearby the hotel was excellent, and the staff making the best to attend the guest in a very positive way. The location of the hotel, with the swimming pools and also the river and its small waterfalls were easy to use and enjoy. The beds were neat and clean, very confortable.

Nothing to declare for this trip.
