Comfortable, affordable & relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is more than perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants even closer. We felt truly comfortable and were thrilled with the outdoor terrace space. We felt completely safe. Dario was a super accommodating host and sent us some tips and hotspots for the local area and made himself completely available to answer our questions. Dario was also able to arrange an affordable transfer to and from the airport which worked really well to our needed. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like or wasn’t happy with. No negative feedback!

Perfect and close to everything

Lovely location, furnished in a warm and friendly manner. We felt very at home and loved eating breakfast on our terrace.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, located in a convenient location in Mondello near the square. Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms were just as expected. Dario and his brother were lovely, friendly people to deal with and I would recommend anyone to stay at Nonna Anna Rooms. It presents good value and comfortable stay.

Dario is an amazing host! He even gave us an umbrella and a sea-chair when we came, and there was sunscreen in the bathroom, it is the details like these that prove that the host cares about his clients, very friendly and helpful. The accomodation is located very close to the Mondello beach (around 10 min by foot) and the Capo Gallo reserve (a must see!!). We also used our patio at Nonna Anna rooms for breakfasts in the morning with a bit of a sea view!! The bed is very soft as well. Wifi was good and the bathroom was spacious enough for us. There were also some dishes and glasses included in our room, which made our amazing breakfasts possible. A truly wonderful experience! 11/10.

Would definitely recommend as great value for money and Mondello is a nice area to stay.

The rooms are large, very clean and have all the amenities required. We loved the terrace outside. Location is great, very close to shops, restaurants and beach. Although very close to the piazza (100m), the road is very quiet. Lovely air conditioning. The host, Dario, and his mother are super friendly and helpful. I stayed two days on my own before family joined me and I felt quite at home walking around the area by myself.

There is nothing negative I can say about it.

the location, nice decorated room, big bathroom, free parking on the street next the ap, terrace with an orange tree, coffe machine available with 2 free caps daily,

no mosquito nets. it was impossible to keep the door open, a lot of humidity, no possibility to deumidificate the room because the ac work just with the key in the electricity so when u leave it switched of, the bed was wet, my clothes was wet, the towels was not changed the next day so we use the wet one, the materass was uncomfortable, we ask for a late check out on monday out of season. the owner tell us the room must be prepared for next guests. i checked on booking there was no bookings for those days. there was all three rooms free. and so is also today. i checked it again. our room is still free.whit late check out i mean 12 o’clock not the whole day. to have a breakfast outside, to pack and leave with no hurry..

I adored this hotel! Dario is very responsive (and speaking perfect English, which was very helpful because I am awful at Italian), the rooms are very well-appointed with dishes, comfy towels, and even detergent and a drying rack for your clothes. My bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed having coffee in the outdoor space. Last, the location is perfect! If you’re coming and going from Palermo the 806 bus stops literally right out front. You’re just steps away from the main square and the beaches, but also on this side-ish street that is calm and less trafficked. Easily my favorite hotel in this area. Stay here!

Lovely place - feels like family

The owners - two brothers and their mother are such lovely persons. All of them speak really good English and the mother also speaks German. They help you with every question you have and are so sweet and polite. They also give you fantastic restaurant recommendations. It felt like family at home. The room was very clean and modern furnished. WIFI is stable, air condition quiet and new. Also at night it is very quiet due to really well isolated windows and doors. High water pressure in the shower and hard mattress, which is important to us ;) you can also find cups plates and cutlery in the room for having a breakfast on the terrace. It is close to the beach, a supermarket and many restaurants and bars. Thanks a lot for everything, next time on Mondello we would definitely stay here again!

There are four rooms, three of them have a private terrace, one if them does not have a private terrace. Unfortunately we had the room without a private terrace. You can nevertheless use the public terrace what we did, but we would have preferred a private one.

The room was very clean and pretty, the location was perfect, 2 minutes walk from the beach and the main square. There was good coffee. Whenever we asked for something, the staff was very helpful!

Perfect place to stay in Mondello Beach

Second time we stayed there during a two week stay in Sicily, coming back for one night before driving to drop off our hire car at Palermo airport. Room was very clean, the family who run it are very welcoming and helpful. It’s just round the corner from the main square and restaurants, and two minutes from the beach. Good for free parking on the street outside too. Highly recommended.
