Gutes klein Hotel mit freudliche n Personal & gut gelegen.

Kleines hotel, das Zimmer ist groß. Pool ist ok. Zentral gelegen. Personal sind Hilfsbereit.

Die Bettwäsche & Handtücher sind veraltet, manche fleckig, auch wenn sie sauber sind. Zeit neue Bettwäsche & Handtücher zu wechseln und die alte wegzuschmeissen;). Leider fehlt Haartrockner;(

Good value for money, breakfast was nice aswell.

Nice and clean, good bed and was comfortable.

If you closed the bathroom door the light from the hallway would shine through the window they had placed which was right where my head was located while laying on the bed.

A hidden, Budget friendly surprise.

The price. It was a budget friendly room, nice balcony. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location. It was far away from any beaches and maybe the pool area could have been nicer. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley so you can easily muss,it. They need bigger signage.

Your choice to stay!!

Helpful friendly staff, great location for local food, good size room with sofa and balcony, very good TV channels.

I had to move twice on arrival within 2 days and they put 2 single mattresses were put together to make a double initally, the decor needed updating, there were marks in quite a rew places, the breakfast was limited, and you had to choose every night before what you wanted, and one was served cold.

Just for one night, then move on.

All the staff was wonderful. Warm and welcoming and they went out of their way trying to make me happy. For instance, I didn't like the banana pancake (because they had poured sugar syrup all over it, calling it real honey), they made a special breakfast just for me the next day.

The hotel is poorly managed and needs a complete overhaul. It should more accurately be called a Motel, right at a very busy road. You just want to sleep one night here and travel on. No points of interest nearby and forget about the pool area, you won't want to use it when you see it. Lot's of cheap materials (plastic, fake wood, fake leather). Instead of thoroughly cleaning the shower and bathroom, they put those toilet deodorizer blocks in the corners (see photos). You can smell the toilet cleaner in the room, too. So they installed an automated vanilla vaporizer above the bed to cover up the smell from the toilet.

My second stay for over a week each time and for me and my situation it is the best and will return

I like that it is close to family in Denpasar yet a clean, friendly and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good.

I wish the kitchen had few more facilities to let me be able to do a bit more self catering as i have a specific diet.

Everything about the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful. The staff were delightful 👌

It was however in the middle of Dempasar and very busy with very few tourists, which was down to my lack of research. If I wished to stay in a hotel near to the main airport I would have no hesitation in recommending this one.

The sizeof the room was great

Terrible location. Did not feel safe at all. Hardly any English spoken. No idea where to find anything. We checked out 3 days early because of how unsafe we felt

pleasant but wouldn’t stay again due to the breakfast and the room being lit up at night.About right it being 2 star hot

The bed was comfy and the room was clean and the balcony a nice size.

The hallway/corridor was lit up and shinning through the room as it was a couple of glass windows above head height shinning in.The breakfast options was poor and in particular offered no milk for the coffee or tea.There was critters in the sink in the dinning area also

The location is situated at town area. The size of the family room is big, 2 doubled bed. The water pressure is good.

The air conditioner was not cold enough until effected the sleeping quality.
