Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Maggis herzliche Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und Kommunikation war überragend. Ihr Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum der Altstadt, der Weg zum Strand zum Meeresgarten ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und geht über den üblichen Standard hinaus, da sie auch einige selbstgemachte Produkte anbietet. Der Besuch war daher ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, um unsere ersten Eindrücke von Varna zu gewinnen.

One of the best stays ever, definitely worth money!

What a lovely stay. Such a warm welcome by Maggie, who is very interested and tells you all about the city, including nice places to eat or drink. Very big and nice decorated room with the most lovely bathroom. Everything you need is available. Very clean. The breakfast is pure, plenty and awesome. Perfectly located; 10 minutes walk to beach or city, but in a very quiet street. Free water, fruit and even sun protection. And Maggie willing to help you with all your questions. Such a warm, relaxing place, would love to come back once.

Maggie is a very nice host! The hotel is beautifully furnished and very well located. The gym, the sauna, the breakfast, the bedroom, the beds 🤩, all were of a high standard! Everything was perfect! If I go back to Varna, I will definitely come back here!

I didn't appreciate that I had to leave this place.

Great place to stay

Excellent and very centrally located place but still in a quiet street so I had an excellent sleep. Air condition works very well and is also silent. Room with love to details and a spacious bathroom. Wifi worked also very well. And last but not least a lovely host. Next time in the city I will definitely choose this boutique hotel again

Everything was perfect , location , amazingly clean , quite , great breakfast , check in and check out , but Maggie the host is simply extraordinary, never had such level of care and will to make it perfect ! I warmly recommend the place and will surely book again when visiting Varna

Like at home in the heart of Varna

Beautiful guesthouse in each detail. Maggi, the owner, is extremely helpful and caring for the good stay of each guest. Maria is also very sweet and kind. We liked everything - the room is spacious and stylish, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, everywhere is super clean, breakfast was real pleasure and most important, we were welcomed with our dog who also loved it there. This place was a discovery in the heart of beautiful Varna. Only few minutes on foot from all you need. Thank you, Maggi and Maria!

Huge recommendation!

The owner Maggie - she really turned our stay into the special time it was. Always avaiable for questions although there was already a nice presentation of the city after our arriving. We liked the eye for details and also that everything was so clean.

First time in Varna: great city, and it could be even more beautiful if it were well maintained

My wife and I spent a couple of days in Varna at the beginning of September, 2022. The boutique hotel is very well located, on a walking distance to Varna's old center or to the beach, in a quite area. Excellent restaurants nearby, at the beach or in the Port/Harbor area. The room was big enough, with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. Rich and varied breakfast. Special thanks and appreciations to the host, Maggie, who did everything she could to make us feel great, during our stay. She even helped me to find a parking slot for my car (parking can be a problem in Varna) and with reservations for the restaurants, as well. It was a real pleasure discussing different topics to her in the morning, from politics to social issues, especially since the Romanians and Bulgarians share, more or less, the same challenges and pain points. Many thanks, Maggie and I'm sorry I didn't find the time to post this review sooner. Hope we'll see you again, especially that I still have 2 leva to spent on the parking application :) Razvan & Cristina

The room was located near the stairs, so I could hear everybody passes by. Not an issue, just a recommendation: although we had more than 100 TV channels, I think that might be a good idea to have the possibility to use our streaming service subscriptions on Netflix, Disney+ or Amazon Prime, with no cost for the host whatsoever (it's just to have the apps downloaded on a Smart TV, so I could login into my accounts).

A hidden gem, well worth every penny.

The City Boutique Inn is a truly memorable stay from the moment you arrive at their doors. You change to clean slippers as you come inside, then greeted by an amazing host who makes sure your stay with them is unforgettable. The hospitality is topnotch: from a delicious breakfast to pristine clean interior of the common space and of every room. You truly feel like you are a guest of honor when you stay with Maggie. I would highly recommend this mini hotel to anyone visiting Varna.

City Boutique Inn was a really nice hotel. The rating and all the good comments are true. The room was as clean as a room ever can be, it was nicly decorated, the breakfast was really good and the owner of the hotel was super nice. She gave us a lot of information both before our stay and when we arrived as for example where to park the car (which therefore never was a problem) and what to see and visit in Varna. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a nice restaurant just outside the hotel and if you walk about 5 minutes there are many more.

This accomodation is of a consistently high standard. The rooms are very clean, spacious and do not lack anything a traveler needs. The beds are very comfortable and offer a very good rest. The breakfast offered plenty of good fresh food. The host, Maggie, made our stay to remember for many years to come. She is very helpfull, friendly, generous and creative. Staying with Maggie made our holliday more pleasant and interesting, because we felt we were among friends. According to her advice we were able to park our car nearby in a safe parking lot. Also she recommended good restaurants and places to visit. We strongly recommend this place to our friends. Thank you, Maggie!

The perfect place to stay in Varna.

Everything is great about this property. It’s in a great location; our room was spacious, clean and quiet; a delicious buffet breakfast is served each morning. Very enjoyable.

A breakfast out of ordinary in a good sense. Some of the dishes are home made in the family (cakes - I suppose some sort of Ciambelone, salade a la russe, etc.). Exceptional cleaning and very pleasant ambient music. The rooms and the bathrooms very comfortable. The guest-receiving hostess is very friendly and ready to help you when you need it, not matter the problem you are facing.

When I first read the reviews for CBI I was astonished by the unanimity of enthusiastic opinions. So I canceled a hotel I had booked, and took a room at CBI. It was the right decision. Maggie, the owner, created there more than a common another touristic bussines. She is at a different level, where tourism merges with art, but also with a set of ethical principles. Before being an excellent manager, she is a person of high moral quality and that makes the difference.

An experience that we will never forget

Eveything about staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience.The room was very clean and comfy, king size bed, big bathroom with everything you need, fresh and relaxing, the entire hotel is sending relaxing vibes.Fresh, organic and delicious breakfast.7 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes to the city centre.The host was very niece and helpful with a lot of info.For sure, we will come back to the magical City Boutique Inn.

The perfect place to relax and feel like you are truly on holiday.

Absolutely loved it. Host was extremely helpful. Breakfast provided perfect food and it gave the opportunity to chat with host and other guests, if one so wished. Very peaceful and relaxing environment. Perfect place to calm down and recharge energy levels.
