ダンベルのある部屋

駅から近く、スタッフが親切だった。ダンベルが部屋にある。

お風呂の栓がなかったので初日にお湯を張れなかった。スタッフが対応してくれたので次の日はお湯を張れた。

Great central location...big size rooms..very functional

Great location...5 mins walk from Tivoli....huge rooms!! Decent breakfast! Staff was very responsive and helpful! Had a lavazza coffee machine and kettle which was great!!

Restuarant did not have any chatacter...very plain vanilla....else had a great stay!

Ideale Lage für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch. Das Personal war sehr schnell und service orientiert. Leider gibt es nur Filterkaffe.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und zur Straße sehr laut. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt problematisch. Bad ist auch sehr klein und da es nur einen Duschvorhang gibt, schwimmt das Bad nach dem Duschen.

Hotel incompetence nearly ruined our short break!

Hotel location is perfect. But the hotel itself need modernising especially bathrooms. Staff need better communication between each other - it nearly ruined our stay - though they tried to resolve it and offered good will gesture - if I had one more day I would have moved to a different hotel !

Cracked bathroom sink. Cobwebs we both woke up with terrible mr sniffles due to dust in room but didn't let it ruined our holiday. Had a complete mix up with my reservation despite taking time to explain to staff re my reservation. No aircon - had to leave door open which didn't feel safe with my little one as it was soo hot ! Couldn't sleep. Too noisy as it's right by metro though earplugs provided but fact we had to open windows initially and doors second time round - you just couldn't sleep. Best location wise but I would never stay there again ..

Excellent stay!

The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful to give us the best tips and advice as we were exploring Copenhagen for the first time! Excellent location right by the metro and so much to see walking around.

Næste dag var der en sød receptionist ) gid hun havde været der på min første dag

Jeg kom med min søn Havde bestilt værelser og noget var gået galt hos booking com. På hotellet kunne de ikke se bestillingen Vi kom langvejs fra og var trætte Jeg kunne vise booking com havde trukket penge mm Forstår godt de ikke bare siger oksy her er et værelse Men men ingen support eller forståelse for min store frustration eller træthed Jeg ringede til banken og de sagde får du ingen støtte fra hotellet ,,NEJ Visa kortet for at høre om eventuelt snyd,, de kunne sige booking com havde trukket og de sagde får du ingen hjælp fra hotellet ,, NEJ JEG FORTSLTE DE 2 unge i receptionen og de hørte jeg talte med de forskellige samt booking com Ingen støtte i form sf sæt dig , her er lidt vand en kop kaffe) så jeg kunne få lidt følelse sf forståelse Intet Efter 3 timer gik det hele i orden og intet fra hotellet Jeg var så træt at jeg bestilte igen på hotellet selvom alt sagde i mig,,, find et andet hotel Hold da op en ringe kunde forståelse😞

Beliggenheden er god.

Beliggenheden er god, dejlig tæt på alting. Morgenmaden var virkelig god.

Der var ikke særligt rent. Hotellet trænger til en renovering i den grad. Det hele er meget slidt.

We really enjoyed it and would definitely go back again

Breakfast was great. Continental plus with some cooked items. Opposite a station and only short walk to centre.

We booked a room with 3 single beds. We got given a room with a double and a single. Went to reception to ask for a room change which we eventually got along with a comment from the manager 'as you are here for a week that is ok. Perhaps she should take a lesson from her staff who were excellent.

Great personal ,amazing view.

It was our special days in Copenhagen. I would really like to many thanks for the early check in and kindly personal . The location was close to everything and most importantly to the city hall. The view of the city was beautiful especially at night. Good breakfast ,for early check out we was had lunch box .I recommend this hotel .

Passabel für eine teure Stadt wie Kopenhagen

Nettes Personal, Lage direkt neben dem Tivoli und nahe zum Stadtzentrum.

Badausstattung ist arg in die Jahre gekommen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es zwar vorm Hotel, aber sie sind sehr teuer. Besser das Parkhaus auf der Rückseite benutzen.

Skuffende.. levede slet ikke op til vores forventninger:(

Beliggenheden er helt ok, men synes det er virkelig dårligt, at vi ikki inden ankomst blev informeret om, at morgenmaden var på Hotel Richmond. Vores værelse var nærmest en del af tennisbanen, derfor intet privatliv overhoved. Synes ærligt ikke, at man kan tillade sig, at leje sådan et værelse ud, hvor gæsten intet privatliv har.

Værelset! 218 er et ekstemt dårligt værelse. Synes der havde kunnet være bedre service, fx. kaffe og kolde drikke. (Ved ikke om det er bedre da resturanten er åben, men det var ihvertfald ringe, imens vi var der) Synes også, at renligheden kunne være et hak bedre.

Friendly staff and good value for money

So we were actually moved to Richmond which is more or less the same hotel and part of same chain 200 metres down the road. The staff was so lovely, friendly and helpful. They'd arranged a late checkout which was very helpful and much appreciated. The room is quite small, but comfortable and it had a little balcony which was nice. The breakfast was great with a big selection and you can't fault the location either which makes many attractions walkable.

Cleaning was too early and would come and knock at 9am which meant we missed it twice and didn't get our room cleaned. There was no aircondition but the fan did the job and luckily it wasn't too hot, but can imagine it could get uncomfortable when it's hot outside. This doesn't mean I wouldn't stay there again as I absolutely would do that!

Cheap, cheerful and clean

The desk staff were extremely helpful. We were having a logistical problem when we arrived and they provided every option they could to help us. On other days when everything was going well they were very friendly and helpful also. The breakfast was generous and a large variety of food. The room was clean and serviceable. Copenhagen is an expensive city and this affordable hotel is a good option

After booking this hotel, I received an email in which they told me we'll be moved to their sister hotel located just 200 meters from Mercur Hotel... 200 meters as the crow flies I suppose! But we aren't bird and the real distance from the hotel we had chosen is about 1km! So we don't appreciate the new location Room is quite nice but the bathroom is very uncomfortable. And let me say it's the first time we have to store our luggage at our own risk! (No recipe)!!

Perfect location, hotel has everything you need for a weekend break.

We were transferred to the Richmond hotel just up the road, great location and spacious room.

The duvet cover didn’t have button holes so the sheet + duvet kept coming loose.

I liked the service, the breakfast and the location 7min away from the main station. What I didn't like is that we expected a newer hotel and the one we got was a little but dusty. But all fine at the end the stay was quite good !

The change of hotel few days before our arriving not for a better place tho...
