la ubicación

la habitación era para personas con discapacidad y lo único era la ducha a medias el resto de la habitación súper estrecha no podía pasar a las camas tenia que sacar una banqueta para poder acostarme por los pies de las camas ,los ruidos del ascensor no pudimos estar el la habitación ,y lo mejor en el baño por el sumidero salían moscas que asco ,para conectar y regular la calefacción tenia que llamar a recepción y ellos lo hacían .

Sorpresa inesperada no agrada

Contratar un hotel y que sobre la hora te desvíen a otro. Que llegamos a mala hora con lluvia 🌧 y no hayamos podido servirnos nada porque ya todo estaba cerrado. Y a eso suma que los televisores los tenían en mal estado teniendo que ingresar un personal a la habitación . No deberían publicar disponibilidad de un hotel cuando no lo hay.

Instead of ....

The hotel Condes was closed for some reason I do not know but they moved us to the Hotel Casa Spa de Mudejar which is very nice and central in the small town

We were unable to stay at this hotel due to a technical issue, but they organised for us to be accommodated at the Hotel Spa La Casa Mudejar instead (3× twin rooms.) It was absolutely fantastic. Located just off the Plaza Mayor, steps away from the stunning Cathedral of Sergovia, where we were able to take a walk at night and enjoy seeing this beautiful cathedral lit up, with hardly anyone around. It's a very easy 15 minute walk to both the Aquaduct and the Alcazar from this spot through lovely old streets, past shops and restaurants.The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Gluten free bread and biscuits were offered to me and there were egg dishes available for those needing that option. It is a very old building that has been pleasantly refurbished, so don't expect contemporary furnishings, tho there is a lift. We couldn't park our van in the area, so we opted for the valet parking on offer (approx 17€ per day) - fantastic service and saved a lot of hassle in the small streets. Great stay!

The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and it is located right in the heart of Segovia. Valet parking was super convenient and I believe came out cheaper than the public parking down by the aqueduct.

A great spot!

Location in the heart of historic district with excellent shopping street and beautiful plaza just outside. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. We love Segovia!!!

I believe it is a bit expensive for what it offers, and I had some unpleseant things in the room

The location is a plus, very near the Plaza Mayor. The only downside is that is not easy to get in there by your own car (the perks of a city center location)

The hotel corridors were quite confusing (it's an old building) The room TV didn't work at first, I asked in the reception for help, but even after that the TV didn't work correctly and was always switching off until I gave up (some problem with the connector). But the worse thing was that around 6am, the room phone ranged, I pick it and it was actually nothing... Not a pleasant thing, to be honest.

Perfect Location

Location! Location! Location! This hotel is very well located. Just a few steps to the Plaza Mayor square and the Cathedral. It is about 7 minutes walk to the Aquaduct and about 10 minutes to the bus station where you can take a blue bus to La Granja Royal Palace.

It is very noisy after midnight. I had a problem sleeping due to the noise from the street and the restaurant nearby. I originally booked 2 nights at this hotel but was transferred to its sister hotel nearby.
