Good hotel with nice location

The hotel was clean and had all necessary amendities. The location was good with shops nearby and the metro not too far away. The restaurant was simple but good.

The room has seen some wear and tear and is not that fresh anymore

Disappointing

The location is good (on the main road in a great area) and the size of the room was ok. But apart from that cannot find too many things to appreciate. Have stayed in a bloom hotel before but this one is definitely sub-par.

Can you believe a good hotel with no hot water in the shower? On complaining the reception staff just shrugs his shoulder and says "sorry sir its a maintainence issue". Went through the entire 2 days with no hot water. The fridge in the room dosent function. The overall mood and service attitude of the reception staff was just unfriendly. Sorry, but thats the whole truth.

Hotel in good location and breakfast good

The electronic key of the door to the room did not work properly and I made it know on arrival The staff could not solve the problem for the two days I stayed there and I had to accept that the alarm of the door went off randomly, waking me up like a alarm clock. No compensation for this crucial problem other than tea and snacks which I did not take. The staff did not have any authority to take the problem further...Disappointing for me as Im since 10 years a regular guest of the Bloomrooms hotels in India !

Excellent, clean, very helpful staff at this hotel. wonderful staff nicely located away from the hectic side of Delhi. Real pleasure to stay in all my family thoroughly enjoyed their stay thank you.

A good place to stay

I have stayed in this hotel three times and would do so again. My rooms were quite spacious, the Owl coffee sachets were great and the shower water beautifully hot. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food to choose from. Some staff members went out of their way to make my stay special, including arranging a birthday cake for me (as it was my birthday the day after I arrived) 🙂

On my first arrival, after a long flight from Australia, my room wasn't available- not good when it's 8pm and there was no guarantee when it would be available. Also, an outdoor seating area would be a nice addition to the hotel.

-Very nice stuff, specially the security guy, who took care of the Tv, at it didn't worked at the beginning. He also never ask for money, also the other stuff, very good behaviour!!! —the suite was big enough, and clean, bathroom could be at some parts cleaner, but all in all it was good. - breakfast was OK, as they could use brown bread instead of white bread - for that what you get, I think the price should not be over 4500,-. - I still would come back, just because of the stuff

-no Netflix, as the browser of the tv was to slow and needed to be updated - not much international channel - why cooking plates, if you can't use them? As there are no utilities to use, even to heat up some leftovers

It was an excellent stay with my family. Clean, spacious, well behaved staff and in a great locatio.

Comfy beds & great location.

Very comfortable beds & well-kept rooms. Friendly & accomodating staff. Well located - there is a big shopping area right behind the hotel.

Wifi isn't great, some parts of the room had a really bad connection. WiFi isn't much better on the terrace or in the cafe, so if you're planning to work out of the room it's not very convenient.

Good at the price we are paying for and the location.

The room was value for money. All amenities were at par with what I had paid for.

the staff was too fussy about water bottle, check-out time. There was one reminder at 11.30 and one at 12.15!! We were not trying to overstay if that was the message. Secondly, if you have a cap on the number of water bottles, please let us know beforehand. We would have bought water from right outside the hotel. 75 bucks for a small bottle! Overall, abiding by rules is okay but please share a copy of your rules when selecting the room. It just dampens the experience when told while you are at the hotel.

Amazing staff, clean and beautiful rooms, loved the location. Overall a good experience.

Everything is on a chargeable basis, even water. Breakfast is costly but they don't have much options in breakfast.

The breakfast does not have a big selection of meals, but I found it tasty and sufficient to start the day. The property is in walking distance to M Block Market, which makes it very convenient. The staff is very nice and helpful too.
