San Telmo Jewel

Loved the bohemian vibe and friendly helpful staff.

No major complaints, only that we couldn't get the heater to blow heat instead of cool air

small and cozy hotel

Love the size (prefer small hotels), very good breakfast (we stayed for 3 weeks in Argentina after staying in BA and this hotel has one of the best breakfasts we had;)

Rooms are small - if you travel with two suitcases you will have almost no space for moving around the bed. and yes, there is no elevator. the hotel is smoke-free, but the night stuff smoked and we could smell it in the lobby area.

Hotel caratteristico a San Telmo

Hotel molto suggestivo, situato in una casa caratteristica di San Telmo, con una bella atmosfera, un pò nostalgica e retro. Le camere invece sono più moderne, molto carine, la nostra,era un pò piccola, ma era l'unica disponibile. Bagno con doccia, attrezzato, pulizia impeccabile. Letto comodo. Colazione buona, ma aggiungerei qualcosa in più sia come dolce che salato. Posizione perfetta per girare a San Telmo e la Boca a piedi.

l'Adresse, très bonne adresse.

Belle déco, joli patio, chambre sympa, literie, accueil parfait de la part de Xavier, bon emplacement non loin du parc Lezama et à quelques minutes à pied de la place Dorrego et du mercado de San Telmo. Bref, idéal pour decouvrir le quartier.

Nice little hotel, but be aware that some rooms do not have windows

Friendly staff; nice artistic touches and furnishings; convenient location on the edge of SanTelmo; quiet

Our superior room, though more expensive than a standard room, did not have a window. There were double glass doors that opened onto an inner courtyard which meant that the only way to have any natural light in the room required being on full view of anybody walking past the room, so not very private. If you like natural light and/or privacy, consider one of the other room types.

Hotel bonito e confortável.

O hotel é lindo e os quartos são muito confortáveis e bonitos. Os funcionários são muito solicitos e simpáticos.

No primeiro dia encontrei um inseto que parecia uma barata na minha cama. Já era tarde da noite e acabei não contando a recepção, pois sabia que até alguém poder vir me ajudar o inseto já teria fugido.

Me senti muito acolhido pela gerência e demais funcionários.

Gostei do café com leite e do suco. O iogurte muito bem preparado. O doce de leite delicioso.

As frutas não estavam tão frescas. Na última diária as frutas estavam cortadinhas , com qualidade melhor. O suco poderia estar disponível em jarra como outros hotéis.

Lovely stay in the heart of a very lively area

Great location . Friendly staff & lovely building

A small lift would have been very helpful ( we stayed in room 11). We understand it is a lovely old building but with heavy & big suitcases, not easy ! We stayed in a similar place in Palermo, they have integrated a small lift.

Lieu cosy et sympathique bien situé dans le vieux Bs As

La localisaion est très intéressante dans le quartier de San Telmo, accessible à pied à beaucoup d'endroits et bien desservi par les transports la déco et l'ambiance est très sympa, clin d'oeil nostalgique et contemporain très cosy

L'espace de travail est très petit dans la chambre

La atención del personal fue buena.

La habitación era muy pequeña, no estaba limpia. La comida del desayuno parecía añeja y recalentada. Además, las gradas no son aptas para personas adultas, tener que subir el equipaje fue difícil.

Very comfortable

Arrived on a late flight & stayed one night. Quick check-in & friendly staff. The hotel & rooms are gorgeous. Beds are incredibly comfortable with fantastic hotel style linens. Breakfast is buffet with really good coffee. I wish we stayed longer!

Exceptional

Great location, safe, near many restaurants and one of the yellow city hop on hop off bus stops (at park). I was in one of the cheaper downstairs rooms but still very acceptable. All staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. I will add that I moved here from another cheaper place also on Booking.com that I felt very unsafe at. Would not go out after dark there but this place where L'Addresse is, was great.

OK, but wouldn't really recommend it.

A certain charm in the art nouveau- belle epoch building and vintage furniture and curiosities. Very high ceilings Our room was very quiet, as was the common area.

The only windows open on to a common walkway, meaning that either curtains drawn all the time and no natural light, or curtains open and no privacy. Also, high ceilings are charming, but with no lift, its a long flight of stairs up to the rooms. We wer offered help with our bags, but only BEFORE we discovered no lift!

Nice location, helpful staff.

Beautiful old building, great location within walking distance of San Telmo market. Nice breakfast.

Avoid a room off the downstairs patio- people smoking there all night and smoke wafts in to your room.

Authentic experience in the heart of San Thelmo area . Spotless hotel with relaxin and staff

Lovely hotel in centre of San Thelmo . Within walking distance of the historic market , museums , parks , vintage shops and Sunday Market. Informative staff who gave good advice and minded bags . Lovely breakfast - all in all. A Very relaxed environment with a good mix of travellers .

Total Gem!

This hotel is such a gem! Perfectly situated in San Telmo and close to everything! Staff is incredibly accommodating and kind. The morning breakfast was excellent. This hotel did not disappoint!!

Lovely hotel

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in St Telmo, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. The staff and extremely helpful and friendly.

only one thing - our room #1 was located next to a smoking area that was often occupied, and the smoke would waft into our room via the bathroom window, even when closed.

Very nice and comfortable stay

- Helpfulness from staff. - Comfortable bed and high quality bed clothing. - Very good air conditioner in room.

- Breakfast could have more options of food. - A minibar in room would be very helpful to keep some cold water for warm days (I knew it would not be offered when I had booked, so it's just a suggestion).

not great, a bit grubby, poor breakfast and given smaller room.

quirky hotel. pleasant staff.

we booked a large room and arrived to be told the bathroom was broken so were given a double which my husband said was like being in a lift shaft with no windows. I don’t think they were telling the truth as they messaged us to ask how many there were of us (we had booked a triple room) and although we had the big room on the 2nd night they told us we couldn’t move our stuff in till after check in time at 3. breakfast was pretty basic.
