Bardzo udany

Bardzo czysto, dobra lokalizacja. Nie było problemu z wcześniejszym zakwaterowaniem. Dużo jednorazowych rzeczy jak szczoteczki bambusowe, kapcie jednorazowe, kosmetyki, itd. La Spezia piękna, bardzo nas zaskoczyła.

Hałas z korytarza niósł się do pokoju.

Super séjour

Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, merci à l'hôte tres réactif et à l'écoute, l''arrivée autonome était pratique. L'emplacement est super à côté de la gare. Nous nous sommes garés dans la rue à côté du parking Piazza d'armi sur les bandes Blanches qui sont gratuites. Attention à ne pas passer en voiture par une ZTL sous peine d'amende, soyez très attentif en centre ville car certains panneaux ne sont pas pas très visibles.

Polecam apartament. Idealna lokalizacja dla osób które korzystają z komunikacji miejskiej. Bardzo wygodny. Wszelkie udogodnienia: lodówka suszarka żelazko ekspres do kawy. Bardzo czysto. Kontakt z właścicielem na wysokim poziomie. Oby więcej takich lokalizacji!

Nice

The property is very close to central station. It is a little bit far from center or port but it is a nice walk. The room was big but a little bit noise.

The room was not so clean and in 4 days only once came to us to give us clean towels.

Very close to La Spezia Centrale (about 4 minute walk), in a quiet street. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Good communication with the host Giusy.

The neighborhood can get sketchy at night, especially when you continue to walk on Via Roma towards Piazza Benedetto, avoid the piazza! If you want to head to where all the restaurants are, just take the parallel streets Via Napoli or Via Torino and you should be fine.

Perfect base to explore Cinque Terre

Beautiful, clean room in a great location, very close to the station and a lot of restaurants. Pasticceria Silvana next door is perfect for breakfast! Stay here if you want to explore Cinque Terre, super convenient!

The room was a bit cold, even with the heater provided on (end of March). I also didn't like the amount of single-use plastic available; for example, why not provide 2 mugs or glasses that can be washed instead of a plastic cup dispenser? Everything else was great, though!

Great stay, room is like in an hotel!

We could not leave our luggage at the day of departure to enjoy our last holiday, but had to bring it to the next locker. It would have been great to know that earlier!

Close to central station, good food nearby.

The property is very close to the central station, which is great for visiting Cinque Terre. I would recommend everyone to try cannolis at the nearby bakery - Silvana, and have some pizza at pizzeria Toto (right at the corner).

We only got 2 thin sheets, no blanket, and the walls/doors are very hear-through. We could hear neighbours unlocking doors every time and in the morning people above use walking and moving chairs.

Silvia, the host was very sweet and extremely helpful. The room is located very close to the Cinque Terre trains and therefor the perfect holiday stay. Very nice and comfortable room with clean and spacious bathroom

Good value for money. Close to rail station . Far from marina.

Good location just 5 minutes from the rail station. It's a room in a multi-room apartment with a common kitchen area. There are some restaurants nearby. The owner took the trouble to wait for late arrival and communicated with WhatsApp. Gave directions to nearby restaurants.

The breakfast is not much to talk about.
