Ótimo custo benefício em Puno

Ótimo custo benefício. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto confortável, com roupa de cama e banho limpinhas. Na recepção, havia uma mesa à disposição dos hospedes com diversos tipos de chás. O Sr Ronal tb nos ajudou com orientações e sugestões aos passeios locais. Indicarei com certeza!

Un gran anfitrión!

Todo fue genial! Ronald es un gran anfitrión, súper atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Me recogió en la estación de buses en la madrugada aún estando cerca, me dejó hacer check in muy temprano y me ayudó con los tours por Puno y Cuzco. Tiene buenos precios y las habitaciones son amplias. Gracias por todo Ronald!

Excelente hospedaje con un tour inolvidable en el lago Titicaca

Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy limpias, buen colchón y baño amplio con buena presión de agua caliente. Buen desayuno. Lo que más destaca es la agencia de viajes que tienen. Me enviaron la información de los tours que manejan vía WhatsApp en cuanto se confirmó el hospedaje con ellos y siempre estuvieron en comunicación conmigo. El tour vivencial que tomé de 2 días y 1 noche en el lago Titicaca fue excelente y a un muy buen precio. Quedé muy contenta con el servicio tanto de los guías como del itinerario y de que casi todo ya estaba incluído. Además si llegas a Puno en bus puedes reservar con anticipación el transporte con ellos de pago adicional de ahí al hospedaje. Yo no lo tomé porque llegué en avión a Juliaca y de ahí a Puno pero es muy bueno que exista esa opción. Me llevo muy gratos recuerdos de Puno y el lago Titicaca, me gustaría volver para conocer más de la región y también por su cercanía a Bolivia aprovechar para visitar lo que hay por allá

¡Fantástico¡

Fue una experiencia muy agradable y gratificante nuestra estancia en Olimpo. Viajé con mi prima y primero fuimos a Arequipa, nuestro bus llegaba a las 4:30 am a Puno y nos preocupaba mucho el tema del frío y la seguridad, sin embargo, Ronal nos recogió a esa hora en la terminal y nos llevó al hospedaje y para nuestra suerte, la habitación ya estaba disponible, así que pudimos descansar hasta que empezó nuestro tour. En el mismo hospedaje también se puede tomar los tours con seguridad. La atención de todo el personal fue muy amable.

No es que no me haya gustado necesariamente, sólo que la distancia del hospedaje al centro es un aprox de 10 a 15 minutos caminando, pero lo bonito es que se puede conocer más del lugar mientras caminas.

La amabilidad de la recepcionista es muy destacable

La recepcionista Verónica es súper amable y muy atenta. Nos dió buenas sugerencias para nuestra estancia e incluso nos ayudó con una separación de pasajes. La relación precio - calidad es muy buena. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Desayuno rico y completo en un ambiente agradable.

The owner is super helpful. He even helped me to buy the bus tickets to Bolívar ahead of time. His reception ladies can speak English well and very warmlful. She prepared and pack the breakfast for us as we left very early. Will recommend

Great value & lovely staff

Staff were so lovely and accommodating, being flexible with our reservation and providing coca tea for our altitude sickness. Room was big and showers were hot!

Breakfast was basic and it is a little out from the centre, but great value for money.

Idéal pour un transit en bus

Hôtel à deux minutes à pied du terminal terrestre, situé dans une petite rue très calme et dans un quartier très commerçant où l’on mange pour pas cher. Personnel très gentil et serviable. Établissement très propre. Netflix sur la TV de la chambre !! Cet hôtel mérite ses deux étoiles.

Great stay close to the bus terminal

Great location if you have an early bus as it is only a short walk. Hosts were super friendly and even prepared a small take-away breakfast for our 5.30am bus.

Tranquilidad

EL desayuno puntual y muy bueno. SObre todo muy tranquilo el lugar. Siempre hay a disposición termos con agua caliente para tomar mates. La conexión de Internet muy buena y sobre todo la honradez del personal. Dejé mi reloj y lo encontraron.

En realidad todo estuvo muy bueno, Si bien es cierto que no está en el mismo centro, se puede ir caminando o taxi.

Ok para curta estadia

Como chegamos no início da manhã (por volta das 5 am), ofereceram-nos um quarto temporário para que pudéssemos descansar enquanto esperávamos pelo horário do check-in. A proximidade com rodoviária facilitou.

As instalações são bem simples, sendo que o banheiro estava com um pouco de umidade e mofo nas paredes. A hospedagem está a uns 15 minutos de caminhada a pé do centro histórico, sendo que não há muitas opções de restaurantes satisfatórios nas redondezas.

Super disponibili e organizzati

La struttura ha organizzato diversi nostri tour, e devo dire che rispetto ad altri erano più economici e comprensivi di tutto. Ronal è stato molto disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande in ogni momento della giornata comunicando con noi attraverso whatsapp . Staff molto disponibile, parlano bene inglese. Uno dei pochi posti in Perù in cui sono riuscita a fare una doccia calda.

Lugar acogedor

El personal estuvo muy atento ante cualquier duda o necesidad. Te dan recomendaciones para tu estancia en la ciudad (como que tour puedes tomar de acuerdo a tus gustos y tiempo). Tienen servicio de desayuno completo, además te ofrecen café y té por la noche (sin costo adicional). A pesar de que no se encuentra en el centro, tiene una buena ubicación ya que caminando puedes llegar a la plaza, muelle, terminal terrestre (no son distancias tan grandes).

Great staff and a good room for an amazing price

Clean room with a private bathroom (with warm showers) for a really good price. Located near to the bus terminal so was easy to get to/from. Also only a 10-15 minute walk into the main square. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Ronal picked us up from the bus terminal at 6am when we arrived and dropped us off at 4:45am when we were leaving. We also got a takeaway packed breakfast when we were leaving which was great and really appreciated as we had to leave so early in the morning. The laundry service was good, quick, and cheap as well which was great for us.

It would have been good to have a bath mat/ extra towel to use as a bath mat as the floor can get wet after you use the shower.

Amazing deal - good value for money

Super clean , with hot water pressure! The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was very nice as well. Super good value for money! We also took a tour from the hotel to Lake Titicaca - which was super nice !

Had a great experience at Olimpo

Big, comfortable room, with excellent wifi and hot water. Friendly, helpful staff - and Ronal was even kind enough to pick me up at the bus station. Breakfasts are a little basic, but still pretty good, with nice (non-instant!) coffee and fresh juice (although some butter for the bread would have been nice). I really appreciated having hot water and mate available all day. It's walking distance from downtown, but I think I actually prefer the area to downtown - and there are lots of good food options within a block or two.

Didn't like having to buzz the front door everytime I wanted to be let into the building.

Friendly staff, nice and clean room, great breakfast.

Room is cold at night, should provide heater to warm up the room free of charge, instead of charging guests 20 soles per night.

Superb

Very nice staff, super welcoming and explaining everything. They also made sure I had my breakfast on time the next morning so I could get my bus. Was very nice! Very hot shower

A little bit far from the center. I would put something (a towel) to step on it after the shower because the floor gets very cold.
