Only the location
Completely overpriced.
In booking.com a minibar was listed ; but there was just a cabinet resembling a fridge to put bottles but it was not cooling at all (when i complained to the reception they said that it was normal and that they provide just an "ecological cabinet" an not a fridge !)
There was no AC and it was awfully hot and we could not sleep well the 4 nights we were there !
Breakfast is less than average compared to other places we went in Sweden ; everything is put in very small plates or cups as if they want to minimize the quatity the people eat at breakfast.

The location of the hotel is truly remarkable, offering breathtaking views and convenient proximity to the city center. The reception staff exudes exceptional warmth and helpfulness, ensuring a delightful guest experience. Furthermore, the hotel's accessibility is commendable, as it is easily identifiable and provides hassle-free parking facilities. Undoubtedly, this location stands out as one of the finest on the island.
The quality of the beds, blankets, towels, and pillows falls below expectations, with a notable mention of the pillows having a distinct inexpensive Ikea-like sensation. For a spa hotel, one would envision a setting with plush pillows, fluffy duvets, and generously sized, soft towels. Regrettably, such comforts are absent here, leaving an impression reminiscent of a high school environment—barely satisfactory but lacking the essence of luxury. The rooms lack character, devoid of any artwork or cozy lighting that would enhance the overall ambiance.
Moreover, the walls separating the rooms are thin, which compromises privacy as the proximity to neighboring guests becomes noticeable, particularly during intimate moments. Additionally, the cleanliness standards leave much to be desired, evident from the presence of previous occupants' hair on the walls and the presence of unclean coffee cups in the room.

Friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast buffet were the highlights of our stay.
We appreciated the location of the hotel which is both conveniently close to the town centre and offering sea views from both rooms and from the restaurant.
We also made good use of the several areas for enjoying a drink while reading a book and watching the Baltic Sea.
Nothing that I can think of.

The room was big. We booked the room with a balcony facing the sea. Good selection of food for breakfast. We also love the heated pool at the basement.

The view
I am sorry but This hotel did not meet my expectations. Blanket smelled old, the toilet paper was like sandpaper, there were no iron in the room. The food in the restaurant was badly done (to dry and salty). The view was amazing though.

Nice place im short distqnce to yaht marina. Clean and very Bornholmastic.
We come to restaurant 20 min before closing and chef said that only cold dishes can be served. We just dreamed about nice steak or hot meal at all. But no mercy no hot food. I do not like it.

The breakfast buffet was very nice and had many things to offer, including Nespresso coffees. The wellness center was great, but you must book early if you want any treatments, ie. massages. The room was situated overlooking the sea.
The Nespresso machine, although wonderful, needs better instructions. I felt sorry for the staff because so many guests, myself included, had no idea how to operate it. The only instruction sheet was way on top of the machine, not easily seen, and it was only in Danish. The room we had, although facing the sea, was on the lowest level and therefore got the majority of road noise. Plus there was a concrete wall on the opposite side of the street that obstructed much of our view. What happened next was the worst part of our experience. My husband got food poisoning! He ate the salmon and within a few hours was violently sick, so much so, I called the front desk to ask for assistance. Jeanette was wonderful and did everything to try and help. She called 1813 to speak with a nurse and helped with cleaning and supplying water/sugar/salt, per nurses recommendation. My poor husband spent our last night on a mattress on the bathroom floor. I/we understand these things can and do happen, but typically the establishment will make some kind of compensation to their guest(s) for the pain & suffering &/or inconvenience. None was made and no apologies were given. This, to me, sealed the deal. We will NEVER go back to this hotel, nor will we recommend it.
