Ein kurzer, aber unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, der mir noch sehr lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird!

Das Frühstück war liebevoll zubereitet und angerichtet. Die Lage in Hafennähe direkt in der Altstadt war hervorragend. Das Interior des Hauses ist mit Bedacht und geschmackvoll ausgesucht und eingerichtet. Es läd wirklich zum längeren Verweilen ein.

Im Sommer bei sehr heißen Temperaturen könnte sich das Zimmer, welches wir außerhalb des Haupthauses und direkt unter einem Dach hatten, wahrscheinlich sehr schnell aufheizen.

Ett bra och mysigt boende mitt i centrala Gudhjem.

Mysigt gammalt hus med charm och en fin trädgård. Bra rum och god frukost i vacker och lugn miljö.

Vi visste inte att receptionen skulle vara obemannad. Hade varit bra med någon att fråga och ta hjälp av ibland. Även lite svårt att ta sig fram för min gamla svärmor som behöver sin rullator.

Optimale Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber, gab einen Raum, in dem man abends sitzen, etwas trinken konnte ( Selbstbedienung) spielen konnte, etc. Sehr nett fanden wir, dass für uns extra Frühstück zubereitet wurde. Wir sind morgens schon früh abgereist.

A place we want to come back to

We had a beautiful room with a sea view. Liked the atmosphere of the hotel, the way it is equiped, loved the breakfast in the garden, the garden it self and the staff who are all very nice, especially the owner/manager. A beautiful place in a beautiful town. The hotel has its' soul and it is a very pleasant one. And as we had to leave early the last day, we were given freshly made sandwich to our hands at 7 a.m.

There could be more parking spots, but we always found way where to park in the end. Wouldn't have that as a reason to go to another place next time:) And if someone could explain the seagulls that birds are supposed to sleep at night:) It was just one night when they had some complaints so I guess an exception or simply a part of the romantic seaside stay.

I would highly recommend the hotel.

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. View from the hotel was amazing. Location of the hotel was great as well. Breakfast was perfect with limited choice but had everything to start the perfect day.

Parking wasn't spacious enough.

Amazing location in centre of Gudhjem. Lovely warm staff going extra mile to accomodate all my needs. Beautiful comfortable room and breakfast home made in lovely garden

Exceptional

Excellent breakfast and extremely accommodating with our baby, the service was excellent, we got upgraded to a room that had a separate living room and kitchen which made things much easier. The location was great, right in the center of Gudhjem. We would happily return.

That there’s a rare ambience and spirit of a time long gone, but which here in peace and quietness still exists -where Art and a richly ancient presence of nature out in the Hotel courtyard mornings whisper of a Bornholm that has always been right here. It’s a wonderful place!

A gem in Gudhjem

Jantzen’s is a gem in the heart of beautiful and quaint Gudhjem. The proprietors are so welcoming and friendly - and had great suggestions of places to eat or visit. The property seems to have each room differently decorated in a warm, old fashioned style and we had a lovely outdoor terrace with table and chairs looking on to the abundance of floral plants in the lovely gardens. The breakfast was included in the price and was great - warm dish and cold crudites, cereal and yogurt and fruit. The dining room and outdoor eating terrace are full of light and views to the garden. We would definitely go back.

The seagulls are noisy! That of course is nothing to do with the hotel!!

Very service minded, helpful and super friendly staff. Authenticity, quality and very good taste are attributes fitting for this historical gem in the middle of Gudhjem. My room was very nice and the bed super comfortable.
