Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Betten waren zu weich und viel zu warm für die Jahreszeit.

Lovely roomy apartment with balcony, lying central to all amenities.

In spite of it being very central, it was still quiet. The apartment was roomy and not cramped and stylishly decorated. We had a balcony which was lovely for the evenings. The sauna area was lovely. Parking was good but limited when more guests arrived. Breakfast was sufficient with enough variety. shopping and restaurants were all close by.

The freezer compartment in the fridge had been screwed closed. This was a big problem for us as we needed ice for our evening drink. When bathroom plug was closed it was very difficult to open using the plunger. No other complaints

We felt welcomed and we got an upgrade. The apartment was spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Great and central location.

Great location, great accommodation, fantastic beds! restful sleep with everything at your fingertips!

Unbeatable location! it is literally in the Center of the town. The breakfast room was fantastic! looking up to the castle! breakfast with a view! also the breakfast itself was varied, a lot of choice! Always fresh and delicious! The staff was very nice and attentive all the time! the Apartment was very tastefully decorated and had all you need. high quality furniture and the beds were fantastic! very very comfortable! Great for families! we will come back!

Getting the right water temperature was a bit of a challenge! so kids could not do it alone. But nothing dramatic, it was annoying but not a deal breaker!

Ideal setting for a family stay in Harz

Rooms were very spacious, plenty of storage space, breakfast was of a good quality, free parking, the location.

If I'm being very pedantic, the kitchen could be more well stocked with more (larger) pots and pans, some more warm food components in the breakfast would be nice.

Superb

The location is awesome! Right in the middle of town and near the castle. Breakfast was delicious too! Our dog was welcomed too! Definitely recommend this hotel!

center location with sizable room

The hotel is located at the center yet providing free parking. check in and out is very easy. The living room include a double bed + small sitting area and kitchen, which is handy during covid-19 as a lot of restaurants are full due to reservation requirement, so you can prepare a simple dinner. kids sleeps in a separate bedroom and you can sit on the balcony to have a drink. Great breakfast and fast wi-fi. we had a wonderful stay

the shower is bit small also the water. the interior is bit out dated but everything functioned well, so its just personal taste and i don't think this is an issue. all in all, i don't have big complaints

Great location in Wernigerode and Harz.

Great lokation in center of town with a good choice of restaurants. Free parking and a locked garage for bicycles. Good location for visiting rest of Harz area. Super breakfast. Friendly staff. Very clean.

Only tiny minus was that wifi wasn't stable in our room at 2nd floor

A very nice apartment hotel in a central location

The staff and hotel owners were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and we always found a parking slot. Breakfast was prepared with great care and it was very delicious. There was a good choice of different foods. Our room had a comfortable bed, so we slept very well. There were proper chairs and the table was big enough. Despite the central location, it was pretty quiet in the area. We used our own car and it was fast to reach the starting points of our hiking routes. We would certainly return to this hotel!

The best view of the castle means that the room is facing the road. This didn't affect our sleep, but might be bother for some people, especially during the busy season. Getting hot water from the shower usually took minutes. A small selection of cutleries.
