Rooms and public spaces were good clean and well planned out. Breakfast was very good as were the staff.
Our bedroom room 343 was far too hot. I turned to radiator off but the testing did not seem to reduce. I reported the fault to reception who assured me that a maintenance engineer would attend and sort it out.
Saturday was a relatively wam day so when we returned the room was comparatively cool.
During the night the radiator came on again despite it being shown on frost setting. Again as a result for the second night running we had a very poor sleep because of the temperature.

Large room, Friendly reception and front of house team!

the older building looked cool and it was easy and intuitive to navigate around. I was able to find the gym for example without instruction. My bedroom was very modern, the bed was comfy and supportive and all the bedding felt premium. My bathroom was spacious and fully functional. I ate dinner at the bar area as I didn’t fancy eating alone in the restaurant and the menu suited me more. I had a burger and a blondie for pudding, both of which were prepared well and offered great value for the quality of the food I eventually received.
My room happened to be on the top floor in the eaves of the building and while it was only 12 degrees outside, my room was over 22 degrees. There was no air conditioning and the heating wasn’t on, so I assume the heat was coming from the rooms and activity below.
It took one hour and fifteen minutes for my main course to arrive, then a further 45 mins for my pudding, after I had finished my main. The staff seemed relatively apologetic but it didn’t seem to bother them, like it was normal and acceptable.

Dinner, breakfast, longe facilities
Rooms and facilities in the room bare minimum

Great location for our needs, helpful staff mostly, clean bathroom and good breakfast selection although definitely room for improvement on gluten free choices.
Other guests very noisy and walls seemed paper thin, incredibly noisy fan in a hot room. We asked for a quiet room away from other guests but the lady at check-in seemed to assume this was just a room away from the road.

Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed.

The location just outside Warwick was great. Large free parking.
The breakfast was very poor and staff attitude was lacking. First room had no heating then moved to second room and all night the radiator made a noise. Never had such poor scrambled eggs in all the hotels and conferences centres I’ve stayed. Some staff not interested in customer service. Value for money fair. Is it just a conference centre, but as a business and additional profit opens as hotel. Has all the assets for a good hotel but needs improvement areas.

The staff especially were super welcoming and the receptionist when sorting my breakfast went above and beyond
Only thing I had issue was the central heating coming on in the middle of the night waking me up and getting a tad too warm but apart from that nothing was seriously wrong with anything

room was clean, spacious and pleasant. Bar staff and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great, service was a little slow on one day but not the fault of the staff. I am gluten free and the options offered were pretty good!
The walls between the rooms are quite thin so we could hear other guests quite clearly. There was some options for gluten free but would be good to have gf bread available for breakfast!

Nice welcome, room spacious, bed comfortable. Good shower.
No room service offered and being alone don’t like eating in the restaurant on my own.
Bedroom 123 was really noisy- sounded like I had a huge water tank next door constantly filling up.
It’s 2.20am as I’m writing this.
Will check out early- I won’t be returning

Location was nice. Room spacious and clean.
Breakfast, The vegan option wasn’t good, the toast machine wasn’t working properly so breakfast was very disappointing. No veggie sausages or vegan bacon. The room was above some noise - 1st floor room so maybe it was the kitchen? Woken at 540am on a Sunday was not good.

I have stayed in most hotels in the area and Woodland Grange is my preference. The layout is perfect with the bar/lounge area just off reception and all residential rooms accessible by stairs or lift just beyond the bar. For solo travellers, it is a bonus being able to order an evening meal in the bar as an alternative to sitting in the restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The staff are fantastic.
I would prefer better lighting in the bedrooms for working and getting ready.

Location. Rooms. Cleanliness
They omitted to inform us that there was a wedding booked for the weekend. They never have weddings it was a one off. The wedding party took over the whole of the hotel. We couldn't even have a meal in the restaurant. Kids running round everywhere. No privacy or quiet areas. Dreadful. If we knew we would have changed hotels.

very spacious, light and clean. staff were amazing
and very accommodating.
the only issue we had was only being given one
towel on each night between two of us, which I’ve
never experienced before.

It’s a beautiful location. The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. We were provided with a fan in the room. Really spacious with outdoor seating too
The only thing for me was how hot our room got, but like I said, a fan was in our room when we arrived.

Very hot in the room, no air on, windows needed cleaning
