generally happy

Breakfast choice and quality was very good

I was somewhat disappointed in so far that the owners knew I was a Blue Badge Holder and my room was nearly 20 steps up a generally steep two twist staircase with a handrail only on one side. Amy [The owner] did state on my day leaving that if I wished to return in the future she would accommodate me within the single room on the ground floor.

Amy the owner made you feel at home you had a very warm welcome nothing was any trouble for her the breakfast was excellent everything cooked fresh for your table and plenty of it came and asked you several times if you require more or anything else highly recommended this hotel we had a brilliant stay

Location perfect. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. Room was clean and well decorated

We booked a deluxe room. I would have expected it to have been bigger. Parking was a bit of a problem as you needed to block or be blocked in by others staying at the hotel. But it would have been a nightmare to find free parking on the roadside.

welcoming- warm - clean - fabulous location. Amy is a perfect host - kind and very considerate and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to a very high standard.

Great budget b and b. Central location and helpful staff.

Great location. Amy was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

Room was basic and no decoration. Just very plain white. We were told Room wouldn't be cleaned whilst we were there because of COVID and to leave any items needing replacing in a bag outside. This seems a bit of an over reaction. Ok for us as we were only there 2 nights but may be an issue if staying longer.

As much food as you wanted beverages also owners and staff couldn’t do enough Bed was so comfy , room was light and airy En-suite was very good and clean Location was brilliant near to the beach and shops

Lovely short break.

We had a lovely welcome from the owners who are retiring this next week..very best wishes for a long and very happy retirement! Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were fantastic, the location suited us perfectly. We wish we could have stayed longer.
