Very relaxing stay at Aspria!

The location near bus and train routes made it very easy to travel around Hamburg. Room was extremely spacious comfortable and the facilities - which were free to use - brilliant. Despite our limited German, the staff were very helpful and supportive with our stay.

We did feel the breakfast was a little costly for what was provided; however, we did enjoy our meal.

Die Lage und Anlage des Hotels sind klasse! Eine schöne Gegend in Hamburg. Das Sportangebot ist toll, Tennisplätze, Krafttraining in der prallen Sonne, oder im Innenraum und ein überdachtes Schwimmerbecken. Es war idyllisch, ruhig und toll zum entspannen. Die Becken sind beheizt und sauber. Das Personal ist schlichtweg freundlich. Die Rezeption ist sehr zuvor kommend. Das Servicepersonal im Bistro war von der Qualität enttäuschend, diese Kritik wurde aber vom Personal gerne entgegen genommen. Zsmfassend gerne wieder.

o.s. das Servicepersonal im Bistro, Essen war allerdings preisleistungsmäßig sehr gut :)

Pool indoor und outdoor herrlich. Lage top!

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption konnte es zwar wärmer eingestellt werden, war aber nicht von Dauer. Erst in der zweiten Nacht war es ok

Perfekter Fitness Club mit angeschlossenem Hotel

Fitness Club, Pool Indoor und Outdoor, Lage, Frühstück auf der Terrasse bei Sonne (Frühstück bei schlechtem Wetter ist allerdings in eher kleineren & dunklen Räumlichkeiten)

Sehr mageres, einfallsloses Frühstücksbuffet, dem Preis und Sternen des Hotels absolut nicht angemessen! Außerdem muss man für fast jedes Getränk (außer Filter Café und Tee) extra (teuer) zahlen. Der Fernseher ging plötzlich nachts an, wir konnten nur den Stecker ziehen. Im Bad war der Lüfter defekt und die Bademäntel blieben feucht/nass, da es nicht genug Haken zum aufhängen gab.

Qualität hat in 2 Jahren massiv nachgelassen

Saunalandschaft

Teils hochnäsiges Personal am Empfang. Das Frühstück eine einzige Katastrophe: Kaffeemaschine kaputt, ersatzweise Filterkaffee, der ständig leer war, oder Bestellen beim Personal, die die Getränke ständig zu den falschen Tischen brachten und die Hälfte vergaßen (z. B. die Milch zum Kaffee). Das Buffet fast permanent leer - kein Saft, kein Käse, kein Besteck. Restaurant in sehr reduzierter Version. Wir hatten das Rindergulasch mit Pasta. Eine Mini-Portion trockenes Gulasch mit Nudeln für 13,50 Euro. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht überein.

Hotel mit hervorragendem Wellnessbereich in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage.

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Außenalster und direkt an Buslinien in die Innenstadt - also zentral. Es gibt eigene Parkplätze gegen Gebühr (20 € / Tag). Der Welllnessbereich ist sehr großzügig und hat einen schönen Garten. Auch an Wochentagen gibt es in der Sauna Aufgüsse durch das Personal. Es gibt sowohl einen Innenpool als einen Außenpool zum Schwimmen. Von unserem Zimmer sahen wir Mitte November Gäste ihre morgendlichen Runden ziehen. Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig.

Im an sich hinreichend großen Kleiderschrank waren nur vier Kleiderbügel. Allgemein fehlte mir Stauraum. Unser Zimmer war schon etwas verwohnt. Auch andere Bereiche des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Good modern hotel with top-class sports facility and spa. Would come back.

Modern hotel with a sport center (open to non-guests), therefore great equipment from tennis courts to swimming pool, spa, restaurant, etc. Large modern rooms with all the facilities (kettle, minibar, safe, ironing board, hair dryer, etc). We choose this hotel for the spa center and we were not disappointed : two outdoor pools, one indoor (closed for repairs, but the other equipments made for the compensation), steam bath, 6 saunas, quiet room, large garden with transats for resting,. All fantastic. Note that the spa, like most of the times in Germany, is textile-free). Parking facility underground in the hotel. Bus stop direct to the city center is in front of the hotel, 20 min drive by bus or car. Tube station (to go to Reeperbahn street for instance) is 10 min walk, then 8 stops. The area is nery bourgeois, some ok restaurants nearby, the lake is 2 minutes away, nice stroll, including walking up to the city center (25 min walk). All perfect

20€ per night for the parking, I thought this was not justified, considering the space available and the price of the rooms. For the rest, all perfect. Would love to come back.

Beautiful spa hotel in a great Hamburg neighbourhood

Beautiful spa facilities, super helpful reception staff, and a pleasant location in an affluent Hamburg neighbourhood.

I would have appreciated a mini-bar in my room, and also the bathroom in my room was somewhat basic. For the standard of the place (and it really is beautiful) I would expect slightly more. Also, the hotel breakfast is very basic. I only sampled it on the first day and made other plans for the rest of my stay.

Our go-to hotel in Hamburg with incredible facilities, great food, and perfectly located.

The spa facilities are amazing, and the rooms are very comfortable and larger than average. Staff are really helpful, and the location is absolutely perfect.

Bed was comfortable but a little soft for our liking. Still great, just not to preference.

best hotel for everyone who loves a good workout & for digital nomads

i love the gym, the rooms are pretty spacious. we had a beautiful patio to sit outside. it’s close to the river Alster which is amazing to go for run. have stayed here before & likely will again.

the reception staff has a lot to do with the gym & hotel guests & sometimes one just needs a bit of patience, other than that, nothing to really complain
