スタッフ全員が優しかった。イマトラコスキを見たいために、今回のホテルに泊まりましたが、とてもロケーションもよくサイマー湖を見ながらの朝の散歩も、部屋のサウナも、スパも最高でした。もちろんお目当てのイマトラコスキも、雨が降っていたためタクシーを手配して貰い、無事に観ることが出来ました。またフィンランドへ行くときは、2泊してゆっくり楽しみたいです。

A relaxing, comfortable stay.

Location of hotel and of chalets. Breakfast has very good choices. Sauna and air-conditioning were welcome. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Beds very comfortable.

It would be good to have decaffeinated coffee and tea available, and ordinary non-flavoured tea.

Good place for a schor vacation, especially with children

Generally everything was fine with small exceptions.

Pillows were too hard and uncomfortable. Blankets and blanket covers didn’t coincide each other. For bathrobes it was necessary to pay 9 EUR each.

Very good

The suite we stayed in was very nice, spacious and clean. Good value for money. Breakfast had a decent selection on offer, and tasted very good. The spa itself which was the reason we were there was amazing and fulfilled our expectations. A little dated in places, but it had many different pools, saunas and jacuzzis to try out. It seemed to be well maintained and the staff were helpful. Excellent for a family with small kids, and one of the best spas I have been to in Finland.

The suite did not have an iron which should be a standard appliance for a villa of that quality/price. The ala-carte restaurant was a huge dissapointment. The food was over priced and of low standard. The garlic bread for a starter was greasy and had absolutely no taste. The main course of fish which was pike was covered with an over salted sauce making it nearly impossible to eat. Did not waste any more money in this restaurant.

A pleasant stay!

Clean and comfortable facilities. Quiet location very close to the spa center. The house had everything that you might need in daily life: dishes, cups, cutlery and even dish soap and tablets for a dishwasher. We really enjoyed our stay!

We didn't have complimentary tea and coffee in our apartment. Would be nice to have even better signage for English speaking people. It was a bit confusing to get to the spa area.

Happy to return to Finnish resorts and their polite service

Very friendly stuff, wonderful nature, clean territory, many facilities for good and calm rest, quietness.

clean tidy and spacious

the restaurant area is looking rather tired unlike the pool and spa areas which have been renovated. our villa was fantastic and spacious. we had bikes which helped getting to breakfast at the hotel.

We were looking for a bar for drinks & conversation (not karaoke) open late (was Saturday night and we were kicked out of the restaurant at 11 pm).

Mostly a pleasant stay with a few disappointments that could have been easily avoided.

Great location with planty of opportunities for outdoor and some indoor activities. Villas are equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher. Beautiful views. Food was mostly tasty. Beds comfortable.

Some staff have been not particularly friendly, not rude, but quite indifferent. Coffee machine, but no coffee filters. When I pay over 1000 EUR for four nights, I think they could spare a few filters. Food options for breakfast have been dull. Toiletries limited to just one soap for hands, body and hair - very basic - clearly refill containers without the actual holder. Poor pillow.

We love the area and location, so many things to do! Spacious, modern villas. Great view and location for an active holiday. Spa with a great variety of the facilities, lots of activities for kids and adults

The place is nice and clean! All the equipment is there.

The cottage we stayed was SO cold. It took a day & half to have the “house” warm up to comfortable temperatures. In the winter time, I would expect the cottage to be warm-up before arrival.

Stuff badly speaking English

good breakfasts, good spa, clean houses

the stuff didn’t understand what I asked them to do. instead of extra bedding sheets they brought a baby bed. it was sent back. at check out I figured out that a lot of extra stuff was included in the final bill. thanks to one hostess that spoke English very good and could fix what her colleagues made.
