Location was great, in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood. Fan, fridge and kettle in the room. Shared microwave on first level could be used. Host was very responsive via WhatsApp. He responded to our messages promptly. Bus stop around the corner and a supermarket within walking distance. Close enough to the city centre by foot, bike, car or bus.
Didn’t have a wardrobe/closet or clothes rack as per listing in the advertisement. The host did provide something for us to hang our clothes on when we asked.
Only one window has a mosquito net, therefore had to keep the other two closed due to mosquitoes.

Prachtige kamer met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een prettig verblijf.
waterkoker met koffie en thee en toebehoren op de centrale hal, maar uiteindelijk ging het goed maar dan gekleed doen

Good value for money and nice and close to the centre. About 10-15 mins walk. Room presentation and bathroom was very good and instructions for check in were very clear and detailed.
Tea/Coffee station kettle had some scale in the water. Mould present above shower and above curtain rail.

The lady looking after the place was so sweet and helpful I had a hard time leaving the place. I would love to come back.
There was a minor leak in the heating system. Notified and fixed right away.

Room, bed bathroom were all good.
Can't comment on the staff, because there were none.
Had difficulty closing the net curtain because the rings got stuck on the pole.
Sorry, but the powdered sachets of coffee in the room were absolutely disgusting, made worse by the powdered milk from a jar. WW2 leftover?? Surely a communal capsule coffee maker, with a jug of milk or small liquid cartons, would not be to much to expect in this day and age? :)

It was very approachable to the city center. Easy access and comfortable stay.
There was no lock in the toilet door. With 4 year kid running around, one has to always watch that she does not open the door accidentally. Also an exhaust in the bathroom could be handy.

I liked all the adivises and kindness of the woman and man who work they. Also she gave me a free ride to the center. Plus they borrowed me their guide books which were very helpful to explore the most of Bruges. The location was nice and calm. There are bus stops,a supermarket, bakery, bank close by. Moreover bus 33 rides directly every two hours from that place to De Haan for only 2,50€ in around 45min.. It was clean. As well I liked the room darkening shades. They made the room really very dark to sleep great apart of the noises.
That I didn't have more dishes like plates or somewhere to cook. Probably a missunderstanding with the description. Only in case you are not as motivated to walk as I am, it takes about 20 to 25minutes of walking to the old town, station, center. I think the room is good for one person but for two it's too small if you stay more than one night. The walls are thin. So you can hear the other guests.

Property is clean, well presented, the room spacious, bathroom ensuite comfortable bed and a lovely accommodating host.
Nothing really to say here. Location adjacent to central Brugge so a bit of a walk to the main old city attractions.

BB Pickery is delightful, well appointed and ideally located. A large room, spotless clean and comfortable. Modern facilities, nicely decorated and furnished. Ambrose and Breakfast Lady were an excellent hosts and made me all feel very welcome.

The toilet had urine on the seat, the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. The bed had hairs in it so the sheets hadn't been changed. There was dust..
There are hygiene issues with this b&b, and that's really a shame because otherwise it's at a good price and idealy located. The rooms would be fine for a night or two if they were cleaned properly.
I was refunded 1/2 half of my stay but still had to pay the rest despite my complaints.

Nice and comfortable room. Cozy home. Room facilities.
The Host handles everything by mail and chat, and there is a delay in the response. There is no one in case of help or questions.

The location was good, 20 minute walk into Bruges Market Square. Easy to drive to and find a parking space.
The property was a little neglected. Desperately needs some TLC. It’s a sweet little place to stay, just not been looked after properly. Bathroom wasn’t clean and the water from the tap / shower smelt dreadful.
The bedding needs to be replaced. pillows were like bricks!

We liked everything there! Every minute spent there was full of comfort and joy. Self check-in and check-out were very convenient, the building, furniture were well combined with style! All the supplies were available and all that for the best price!

Easy walking/cycling distance to the old town, friendly welcome, attractive room and not far from free parking.
Stair carpet a bit grubby and dining table sticky.

helpful staff,
the location is quite a bit outside city center, about 25 min walk from Belfry tower. but the neighborhood is peaceful and clean

We liked the location in a quiet neighborhood. There is a bus stop around the corner with busses to the station and the city center. Close by is also a Carrefour supermarket. You can easily walk into the old city. We were traveling as a family and it took us 15 -20 minutes. The room was comfortable and faced the garden. We felt very much at home in the house. Communication with Robin was easy via text message or phone calls.

Self check-in was convenient. Room had good facilities. It was generally clean and comfortable.
It could have been cheaper based on its size.

Beds were comfortable and the room was big enough for three people. Location is close enough to the city center, and closed to grocery store and bakery.
I didn't get an email with check-in information, I had to call the emergency number provided at the entrance upon arriving. We didn't see any staff during our entire stay. We didn't know how to get clean towels

Great location host Robin helpful with key codes qnd recommendation for cycle hire.
The cold tap did not work our two night stay Robin said he had looked at it but couldn’t fix it. On reading reviews it appear this problem has been there since February. we cleaned our teeth in the shower! If the problem existed for so long a bottle of water in room would suffice.

good and quite place for good rest. Nice room and good stuff.
we didn’t get a password to open the main door. when we came to the address, we tried to call the number that we found on the door, and we were waiting 10 minutes to have an answer.

The location was great with grocery stores nearby and the city a nice 15min walk away. The manager was super nice. The overall stay was even more than what you would expect for the price. I would say it was a steal and definitely worth every penny. All the necessities were in the room. And the check-in and check-out were simple and convenient.
When we arrived a few minutes after the official check-in time the room was not yet prepared. And the girl who was at the moment cleaning a different room was rude. She didn't apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience it caused us. Didn't offer any solution just looked at us like she was bored. When we asked would she like us to give her some time. She said to come back in 20-30min.
We didn't feel welcome upon arrival nd it was quite a bad start to the stay since that was our first impression.
We didn't mind giving a bit more time to get the room ready but it was the staff's attitude that ruined our first night.

Good room, great shower with really hot water (I was unlucky to be in Bruges in raining days, that shower saved me from cold), quiet neighborhood.
I had to take a good fight with mosquitos the first night, and it is clear that I was not the first one to hunt them.
6.0 / 10.0
Friendly staff, good breakfast arrangement- convenient delivery to room option.
Frustrating checkin procedure (630pm earliest, did not know which room we were in), room had hairs on duvet, unable to dry towels/bathmat as radiators not controllable: unhelpful when shower sprays water across room. Very thin walls. Requested 10/10 reviews which was frustrating. Did not change dirty cups and little toilet paper provided.
10.0 / 10.0
Clean, cozy room with a comfortable bed. Excellent location (about a 15-20 minute walk from the Markt Squear -also note that the way there is very pleasant). Great host. 10/10.
