Всё хорошо
небыло одеял, было ночью холодно! Мы спали в одежде
2.5
Convenient location for the airport
Nice large rooms
The breakfast was a disaster it is very minimalistic and extremely busy. With staff not being able to meet even basic demand for cups, plates, bread, etc. the behaviour of the typical guest was very poor.
The night we stayed here there was a pool party. This resulted in both restaurants being closed and loud music well beyond midnight. This kind of activity just does not fit with an airport hotel!
Staff (male) at reception were unpleasant and not helpful.
4.5
The room was a great size for my large family. Very spacious with 3 beds and 2 balconies.
It was in a perfect location for travellers, being literally right next to the airport with a free airport shuttle! You could technically walk to the airport from here, but there are no sidewalks to be able to walk safely unfortunately- but hotel has a free airport shuttle to get you there safely in seconds!
The pool on-site was amazing and perfect way to enjoy your stay here mid travels, especially with children!! Onsite restaurant and bar for drinks/snacks is super convenient too.
The staff was super helpful and very nice.
I'd definitely stay here again!!
The area surrounding the hotel isn't the greatest, but that's to be expected to be right next to an airport. You could technically walk just a couple minutes to restaurants & the airport itself, but there are no sidewalks in the area to safely walk. Luckily, the hotel has a free airport shuttle to get you there super quick!
Don't have them call you the local taxi if you are a larger group (6+) ... the taxi will take advantage ($$$$).
2.5
Cleanliness, room, bed, food, restaurant, pool, welcoming staff
Aircon wasn’t working in the heat wave - had six showers and stayed in pool for hours in the afternoon.
Airport transfer staff forgot me, I was dropped off at 9:30pm just to check my flight details - I advised my phone was not working and asked that the man come back in half an hour once dropping me off - 2 hours later after waiting I had to get an airport staff member to call hotel on my behalf - waited yet another half an hour till 11pm then got fed up and walked back to the hotel as I had an early 6am flight in the morning

The pool was ok
Awful location, the walk to the airport is dangerous and is directly next to a factory (i felt sorry for people who were on the otherside of the hotel. Dirty sheets, broken toilet seat and mould in the bathroom. The breakfast was a car crash. The coffee was undrinkable, a shock for Italy. Arriving in a car was a nightmare. There is no coordination of the small carpark outside the hotel. One entrance has been closed off which leaves everyone fighting to get in and out though the small entrance on to a busy road. How this hotel has 4 stars is beyond me. Unless you desperately want to be close to the airport, give this place a wide birth and save what is a very expensive stay.
4.5
proximity to airport is excellent. this is important because international flight departing Catania have very early check-in times. The restaurant that serves evening dinner is quite good and located in the lobby. very good really. fresh selection of extremely fresh fish. What a pleasant surprise.

Hotel close to airport. We had a late flight and could walk from airport to hotel. Staff was nice. Room is large and clean. Early in the morning the hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport.

clean. good sized room. very close to airports.
everything was fine. had some trouble with the keycard but the staff was right in it.

Convenient
Breakfast was ok, but could be better.
3.0
Cleanliness and breakfast options. The safe box with code was awesome.
No tea, coffee, microwaves, no conditioner for hair.
4.5
good breakfast The location was a bit far
They canceled the shuttle that we ordered through Booking to the hotel at such short notice that we couldn't find another solution and we had to walk at night on roads without sidewalks in the dark
2.5
Barely adequate.
The restaurant is terrible. The location is sketchy. There are few local restaurant options. The shuttle to the airport starts too late.
4.5
Clean, quiet, close to the airport, multi-lingual staff, free shuttle to the airport
The early morning coffee service was very limited. There were very few cups left and the area around the coffee service was not clean.
3.5
location to airport and size of rooms
evening meal. selection poor and price expensive for what it was
4.0

restaurant was a little overpriced.

close to the airport
first room had no electricity working and no air con working. Eventually they moved us to a different room. the bar closed at 10.30pm instead of midnight as advertised despite people waiting to be served.

The hotel is a very quick cab right from the airport, there is a nice view of the Etna from the room's balcony. The room was very spacious with a convenient layout. There was an extra counter, sink and mirror outside the actual bathroom which was very useful for three people getting ready at the same time in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the a.c was good at keeping the room nice and cool during the hot night. The WiFi worked great and the breakfast was nice. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, which was useful. Good value for the price, I say.
The hotel is longer than it is tall, so be ready for a bit of a walk to your room if you happen to be assigned to the further side of the hotel. The pool area looked nice although there didn't seem to be much shade available. It's not the prettiest part of town, but the location is functional. The breakfast was nice but nothing to write home about. The airport shuttle has only 8 seats available, so take that into consideration when travelling in a group. We were a group of three in a hurry so we insisted on riding right away, but there was a whole group of people who had been waiting along with us who ended up being left behind to wait for the next one.

It had transport to the airport.
The shower was moldy, lots of black mold.

They allowed us in the room a couple of hours before the normal entry time..
Claims to be multi-lingual, but English was rather poor.
In email during booking, they said they could help with obtaining COVID test to return to USA. They directed us to the airport for the test. The site inside the airport had closed long ago. They then directed us to a site a couple of miles away, with difficulty we found that also long closed site. We went back to the airport and started asking anybody that spoke a little English and finally found a 2-man tent behind the airport car rental lot that did testing. No signs anywhere that that site existed.
3.5
location is near the airport
the shuttle service is well organised. The most convenient option would be to walk given the short distance from the airport - however the roads are not designed for pedestrians and it is actually dangerous to take the walk due to traffic
2.5
Close to the Airport for an early flight
We were given a room next to the hotel’s lift and - as being an airport hotel - people came and go all night, very noisy
Quality of food is lacking, while prices are above average; overall feeling about the food is that you don’t get what you pay for
Although the hotel advertises an early breakfast for people leaving between 5 and 7 am, that service isn’t actually available; again misleading and a minus if you are an airport hotel
2.0
location
restaurant menu and food has declined in quality from previous visits. last time for me
