It is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a large American fridge/freezer, electric oven and induction hob. There is ample space for cooking and dining, with a solid wood breakfast table and bench seating for 10 guests. There is a day sofa next to bi-fold doors that lead out to a small courtyard area. There is a separate utility room with a sink, dishwasher, washing machine and cupboard storage. Living Rooms The property has two lounges. The large mid reception room provides ample space for family relaxation and entertainment - there is a dining table with chairs for 6-8 people which provides the ideal space for a good game of cards or a family board game! For those who prefer to relax whilst still being in the 'hubble bubble' of family life, there are some comfortable arm chairs and a sofa next to the wonderful open fire place. A tv is also available in this area. The separate formal living room providing restful seating for 8/9 people with an attractive feature fireplace (unfortunately not in use) and a flat screen smart TV - perfect for keeping the little ones entertained between activities! This room has the benefit of overlooking the garden. Sleeping To the first floor there is a very large master bedroom with a double size canopy bed, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom. To this floor there is a further double bedroom with a Queen size sleigh bed, a twin bedroom and bunk bedroom with additional single bed. Bathing There is a shower room to the ground floor with wc and washbasin. To the first floor there is a family bathroom with electric shower over the bath, a separate wc plus the en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom which also has an electric shower over. Outside Outside there is an enclosed garden with outdoor dining table and chairs for 8 people plus 2 benches and a coal BBQ for guests to use. There is a good amount of storage for bikes/surfboards. Parking is suitable for 1 large or 2 small/medium cars on the driveway plus an additional road-side space for a small/medium car. If you require additional parking, the village car park is a 2 minute walk and a weekly permit can be purchased.
