Alles zusammen ein gelungener Aufenthalt

prima, schoon en rustig verblijf

Halte tram 49 ligt op 50 m van het verblijf. Was schoon en rustig.

2 van de 6 stoelen zijn wel erg versleten.

Bad

The handover was fine. Already at the beginning there was obvious damage to the handle of the front door, but so far it worked. Unfortunately, when we returned home at night, we found that the apartment door could not be opened. This was at 00:30. So we immediately called the number listed on the booking +43 681 84377611. Number was switched off. We also texted sms on this number . After an hour, we managed to get through to the owner. She said she would come right away and sort it out. That took another hour. We asked for new accommodation. We weren't allowed to do that. The locksmith arrived in another hour. That night we had to spend a total of 3.5 hours on the floor in the hallway of the house! The apartment was only able to open at 4am. We were mercilessly evicted from the apartment at 11am and no one cared that we could not get into the apartment for almost 4 hours and refused to communicate with us. We enclose photos of the whole incident. The owner refused to communicate with us.

Everything was great. Location very close to the center of Viena, very nice apartment, very big. We will come back.🙂

Beautiful and spacious apartment. This apartment will be the best choice for a big company. I and my friends will be happy to come back in this place again.

It was spacious, clean, in a very good location and many facilities like washing machines, dryer etc

The bathrooms. There was one big bathroom without toilet and two WCs without sinks and showers. Also, we were charged 20 euros for late check in, it wasn't in the price but it was a demand from the owner. I dont know if booking allows such charges to owners. When we kindly requested if its possible not to be charged, the owner was kinda aggressive and demanded us to pay immediately. That's was a bit disappointing. Finally, we didn't get a receipt for that charge.

A nice apartment in a quiet area close to everything a traveler might need.

There is a grocery store almost across the street, as well as a little bakery with nice desserts. U-Bahn is some 5-7 minutes away, tram stop really close as well. The center is reachable within around 20-25 minutes on foot. The overall neighborhood is nice and calm, not touristy, so we got good sleep. You can hear church bells in the morning from the near-by churches :) The apartment was very clean, equipped with anything you might need to prepare and eat food - pots, silverware and etc. There were tea bags and some simple spices, salt, which all came in handy. The landlord was really nice, we contacted her via Whatsapp, which was really convenient, and she was already there with the keys when we came. Everything was nice, and we had a lovely stay!

The only little observation was that the walls are a bit too thin and you can hear music and steps from other apartments. But that wasn't a problem at all since at night all the neighbors were completely quiet.
