Ospitalità, pulizia, gentilezza, sicurezza e buon cibo nel ristorante dell'albergo con colazione salata e la possibilità di scegliere anche una colazione dolce a base di pane tostato, marmellata, miele, mela a fette, delle frittelle dolci tipiche del posto e lo yogurt con frutta fresca.A due passi dalle due spiagge più rinomate di Ksamil e vicinissimo al centro raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti(dove ci sono altre spiagge) .Di notte c'era persino un'addetto alla sicurezza a guardia dell'entrata e del parcheggio anche se il paese è sicuro e gli Albanesi amano e rispettano noi italiani.Specifico che ho prenotato in largo anticipo per la prima settimana di giugno e non so i prezzi durante l'alta stagione. Personalmente ho pagato veramente poco senza nemmeno versare una caparra. Per concludere sappiate che l'hotel Lula non è un albergo di lusso ma è un posto accogliente gestito a livello famigliare da persone meravigliose.

La tv senza wifi ma potrebbe essere un dettaglio irrilevante per molti o magari si può avere su ruchiesta. Il wifi comunque è a disposizione di tutti coloro che albergano all'hotel Lula!

Nähe zum schönsten Strand - kleines Haus zum Wohlfühlen - ruhige Lage - schöne Terrasse zum Frühstück - sehr sauber täglich frische Wäsche - sehr freundlich - empfehlenswert - wir kommen wieder!!

Preis Leistung ist unschlagbar. Frühstück ist super und die Lage vom Hotel ist nahe am Strand. Sehr nettes Personal

Aperol Spritz ist zwar lecker aber zu teuer. Der Haus Wein schmeckte komisch

A lovelly safe and friendly hotel

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and tidy.. Location is excellent for beaches bars amd resteraunts, you need to walk 2 mims to the neatest beach which was beautiful, and the only public beech in Kasmil. To get to the bars with nihhtlife maybe a 15 min easy walk but plenty of resteraunts closer by

A friendly and welcoming stay in Ksamil

The hotel is perfectly located to the beach. The rooms are spacious and a brilliant shower. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and enough to keep you full until dinner. Would 100% stay here again.

Proprietario gentile, professionale e disponibile. Personale ottimo. Colazione abbondante. cena ottima per qualità/prezzo. A due passi dal mare e dalla spiaggia libera.

Ksamil. Città caotica per persone e auto. Edilizia selvaggia e in espansione deturpa un paesaggio che ormai ha ben poco di naturale. Peccato. Per un bel bagno meglio andare nelle isole di fronte.

Die Zufahrt/Anfahrt gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Etwas schwierig zu finden. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren O.K. Alles sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Leider sehr hellhörig, jedes Gespräch, jedes verrücken eines Stuhls kann einem vor, als wäre es im eigenen Zimmer.

Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Ksamil although is really a overcrowded not well managed place. Go inland instead a see the beauty of Albania.

Superb

We had great stay in this place. Hotel is near all beaches in Ksamil and town centre. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is top - lots of choice and all is very tasty.

Nothing. Perhaps to mention the beach can be a bit noisy and if you have door open you can hear it in the room. Obviously this is not hotel fault

A great family run hotel and would stay here again

Close to beach, staff were amazing! Manager and Stella were so friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you so much! Aircon, Great value for money and the breakfast was the best in the morning, €5 for washing that was done for us was such a huge help

Amazing sea views from a spotlessly clean huge room. The staff can't help enough. Breakfast is so good and plenty of it.

Nothing really. The sea view rooms are facing north, so needs an extra blanket in there. Especially in October.

Perfect location. Clean rooms. The staffs are wonderful. The hotel owner is a nice guy. Good restaurants near by. The beach is only 3 minutes walking distance. We will definitely come back

Exceptional place with the best sea view

I very much recommend this place for your stay in Ksamil. They clean your room everyday, the breakfast is amazing and the staff very nice. The parking is free. and there is a guardian to watch it at night.Last, but not least, the view is amazing and very close to the beach!

Pleasant stay. Ksamil is lovely, with nice beaches and good food. But you have to be very open minded - lot of trash arr

Near the beach and main happening. Everyrhing is in walking distance - beaches, restaurants, stores, etc. You get what you pay for. Avarage rooms, fresh towels every day.

Breakfast is the same every day. You have 4 options for main breakfast, but it would be nice to change it a little bit every few days.

Great positioning, close to a nice beach. Private parking that is very secure, closed at night. Nice rooms with good view, with good wi-fi, cleaned daily. Breakfast was included, and it was delicious and diverse. Staff were very friendly, especially the owner, who took great interest in making your experience there the best, and also feel safe.

Safe, Ideal location & amazing staff

Petro, the manager, is a very caring host. The room was extremely clean and it was very quiet, perfect to be able to sleep. Safe parking. Walking distance to beach, ideal location. Traditional Albanian breakfast.

Breakfast was perhaps too generous! We loved everything.

Exceptional

Breakfast was super nice,lovely and super friendly staffs and the room was so clean and quiet. Very good location 2 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to the town and many restaurants are around the hotel. Highly recommended.
