Decent place

The location is super convenient. Very close to amenities in the city. The room is spacious

The rooms are spacious.

Clothes cupboard does not have a rail, not neat. The kettle in the room was dirty. We asked to use the microwave and where directed to a kitchen (not tidy at all). The rooms are too close to one another, was irritated by hearing people's conversations in the passage, right outside our room.

Guests and some of the staff were partying together and making noise to the point where we had to ask them to stop making noise late at night. Staff were drinking downstairs and making noise and we had to ask for towels upon arrival and on our last day the room was barely cleaned and not restocked with toilet paper or soap. I suspect because the staff were downstairs having a good time. We stayed here before and were very happy but I am sad to say after this experience we will not return.

Can do better property-good property needing better attention and rethinking

The property is located in a relative quiet location and it is easy to locate, not far from the main road. The property is relatively new and looks attractive from outside. There is security fencing around the perimeter of the property for security purposes.

We paid for breakfast, but the breakfast was poor-fried eggs burnt, baked beans directly a tin, over-toasted bread, it was disgusting. Never pay for breakfast at this guest house, better go to the nearest supermarket, you will get value for your money rest assured. The size of the room they call 'executive room' is not executive, its small and not worth the price, meaning my daughter's bed was squizzed next ours, the aircon wasn't working and the ceiling was in dire need of painting. The water pressure is not good in the morning, so if you decide to stay at the property, you might choose to take an early bath before everyone else. Do remember to check that linen has been replaced in your room, a couple of times we had to request linen to be changed in the room. Despite having a small kitchen like room, there is no sink or water basin in the small room, if you want water to drink, you can only get it from the toilet or you have to got down to the ground floor.

Had a Great Stay, amazing value for money

The guesthouse is in a strategic location close to malls, CBD, and other places you might want to go. It also has very clean amenities and comfortable beds. Staff are also very helpful.
