We will be back and will book this location again!

This was an excellent location close to the beach and the town square with a quaint park and everything within walking distance. It had something for everyone in my family young adults to grandparents.

Terrible place, Do not go there!

The bett was pretty comfortable, the lication was amazing, cery close to the beach

The shower door was broken, could not be fixed whike I stayed, so I had to shower very carefully and there was water everywhere on the floor in the bathroom because of the missing door... The walls were full with mold just like you can see in the pictures. Nobody even apologized for the terrible conditions.

Loved it, would definitely stay here again!

The location of the room was exceptional. Couldn't ask for anything better. No view, but considering it is seconds from the beach, we didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep and change. It was huge and had two separate rooms, which was great when one person wanted to nap and the other wanted to stay awake. Ceilings were high, AC worked, it was quiet, lots of towels, mostly clean (marble floor always feels dirty to me, so I wore socks or sandals the whole time). Very close to the main piazza (literally a 1 minute walk) so you were surrounded by food and shopping, but far away enough you didn't hear any of it when you wanted to turn in for the night. I am a light sleeper and didn't use my heavy duty earplugs. Staff was nice, there were some beach items you could borrow, and everyone was eager to help. 10/10 would stay here again!

- The check in/check our procedure was annoying and long winded. You had to go to a different location, which is not easy to find, and doesn't open until 9/930am, so if you have a train to catch on your last day, keep this in mind as you will have to attend this other location to check out/drop the key off during opening hours. - Our TV in the bedroom wasn't working and when we mentioned it, they said they'd send someone to check, but it was never fixed. - The shower door was broken and didn't close properly, which again we mentioned to them and it was never fixed, so the bathroom was constantly wet. - Wifi went down every few hours or so, but then it would come back after about 15 minutes.

Great location, perfect stay!

The house is right at the beach, so location is excellent. We had the room with garden, which was shady, quiet and really private. The room was extremely quiet at night and we could park our car well at the house. The room was a bit small, but why would you stay in the room for long? (I assume the rooms without garden are bigger)

I would appreciate, if the other guests took better care of the coffee machine in the hall, don't jam it with used capsules and pour waste water away... maybe too much to ask for?

Exceptional

Perfect location for sunrise yoga and sunset picnic on the beach. Close to all shops, train etc. Helpful ladies ! Really good choice

Very good location

Location is brilliant, room very good value as it has a fold up bed which is like a real bed. So basically it's like 2 double rooms. It's small so prob best for 1or 2 night stay.

The handle on the door was a bit loose

Good location (near the beach and ferry), room was simple and clean

That room key was given in different location, we agreed to take key by 12:30 and arrived but apparently to wrong address, called staff but they didn’t say that location is 3 min away and maybe we could manage there too if they would wait. So ended up waiting 3 hours before checking in. did not reply to booking messages (one too late reply)

Updated bathroom and shower were really nice, great location, right next to the beach, staff was really friendly, and we appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out times.

The location of the check-in office on maps was incorrect.

Find a different place to stay

Room is ok, bed not very long so if you are tall this is a problem. Bathroom is fine. But i would advice to book somewhere else where there are people to help you.

Very difficult check in, doesn’t feel very welcoming. Keybox hard t find. Difficult to get to with car. Lack of personal contact. Staff is only available from 09.30 in the morning, makes it difficult to ask things, do checkout etc.

Superb

Few steps to the nice beach. 10-15 minutes walking to the train station. Few minutes to the restaurants. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

Thin walls, the sound of church bells waking you up to early :) and the lack of balcony ( that I knew from the beginning).

We stayed in Levanto for one night, the apartment is nice and in the center, just a little bit wet for us.

It was a little bit wet, after opening the windows for a few moment we felt better.

Recommended !!

This beachside room had great value for money!! It‘s ground floor and while there is no view, it is sooo close to the beach and the town center. The bathroom is top notch and the bed was comfy. The staff was really responsive and super nice. Do not rely on google maps to find the office where you pick up the key. It is right where it is supposed to be on the very beginning of the street Jacobo da Levanto (House #2). It’s a real estate agent. The room is in the right location on google. :) They do say that the office closes at 6.30 on the property page. There is a box outside the office for late pick-up however. We were also told that the office was closed between 12.30 and 3.30, so for that time, I guess the box is used as well...
