Everything was amazing here. Since the staff who were really kind to the room. Very clean, spacious and beautiful. Each detail of the hotel was lovely.
Everything was really amazing. There aren't any complaints

The room had the feel as if I owned a small condo unit. I loved the kitchen, small property feel, and pool. The staff are amazing. I like the fact that the facility was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city....of course that means you have to drive and find parking if you want to go out.
Do not stay here if you do not have a car. It is up a hill and not an easy walk to the main areas. I put my suitcase opened under the air conditioning unit. It dripped all night and it was literally full of water in the morning. No damage, just wet. I am glad all the electronics were out! I almost had my Macbook there!. There are no shear curtains. As we were at pool level, anyone in or around the pool could look into our room unless the blackout curtains were in place. The pool level rooms need shear curtains. Also, the kitchen had no pairing knife, just one huge carving knife. Not easy to peel mangos with a big dull knife. There was only 1 fork, 2 spoons, and a few butter knives. Limited cookware and dishes. These are an easy fix for the establishment. Careful on the stones if you feet are wet. VERY slippery.

The room was perfectly appointed with a very comfortable bed, full kitchen, drinking water, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. We loved walking around the beautiful grounds which are incredibly crafted and landscaped. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurant Luna Italiana-- best meal we had during our time in Cabo and the view is spectacular and service was perfect. The staff was all lovely and very welcoming and helpful.
Location is decent but not right on the beach, which has its pros and cons. The hotel isn't really in a walkable neighborhood, however, you're away from the hustle and bustle and it's very quiet. There is also a great hike right behind the hotel with an amazing 360 degree lookout over Cabo and a nice view from the rooms.

Clean, great view, large room, modern
All good

The property was beautiful! Lots of pretty touches done with the landscaping. Stunning views. The location was perfect. 4 min into town but far enough away that you enjoy peace and quiet. It’s a very serene side of Cabo.
The only thing that I could possibly list as a negative is walking up the hill lol. But there are many Ubers and car services available. Plus- it’s worth it for the view.

Quiet hotel with excellent uber friendly location. The staff was great and the pool area was nice. The room was big with a surprisingly huge kitchen and living room. Our balcony was just steps from the pool and hot tub. There's a BBQ area as well. Perfect for couples in need of peace away from small screaming children. Perfect site for a big family occasion. I must say that the restaurant was exceptional as well.

My experience was amazing. The location is up on a hill, allowing for an amazing view of the city and ocean. The owner was super sweet and took us to the market on his golf cart. They also sent my partner a complimentary bottle of champagne on her birthday. The location was a quick uber into town.
On the last night, we went to have dinner at the restaurant La Luna. The wine is amazing, but wow.. the view at night was breathtakingly beautiful.
The bar was not open. It would have been nice to grab a drink and relax by the pool.

nice location a little bit far from the center of Cabo. nice views. well maintained grounds.
the room is super outdated and needs some TLC. the toilet seat was broken and there was toilet paper in the toilet when we checked in to the room. don’t like not having white sheets, as this just seems like a hotel standard for cleanliness. the buttons on the remotes also didn’t work for the tv. the room is nice and big and open, but there are lots of little details that made me like it a lot less.

The hotel itself is very charming and scenic. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.
The bed was large, but the sheets were poor quality and very old so they wouldn't stay on the bed at all which was very annoying to sleep on.

I stayed in Junior Suite for a week and it was lovely! The location is quiet and has beautiful views, but you are only a quick Uber or taxi ride away from the beach and downtown. The room was large, spacious, clean, and well equipped. The outdoor areas, including the pool and jacuzzi, were very relaxing. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Italian restaurant on site is also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

There's a lot of things we really like about this place. We highly recommend to get the Junior Suite with balcony view, the sunrise and sunset, you don't wanna miss taking pictures of them. The location is up hill, we get to see everything from above overlooking the ocean and cruises. The staff were friendly, one of owners drove us to the nearest oxxo with his golf cart which we really appreciate. The room is so clean and you could smell the fresh tiles when we entered our room. Very spacious, we have everyhthing we needed, they have a big jar of water, utensils, pans, salt n pepper, cooking stuff if u wanna cook something, aircon did it's job. The bathroom and walk-in closet is big enough for two of us, they also have safe if u wanna store something important. We also like the jacuzzi, we tried it after long hours of tour on our 2nd night of staying there. They have an Italian restraurant that offers discount when u stay in the hotel. We tried that one, too and the view was so great, just make sure to bring jacket, it's cold at night.
Would be nice to put a clock above each tv so we don't have to check our phones some times for the time. Not much movies on the tv but good thing we brought our Amazon firestick. The front door lock in our room is kinda hard to open for me but overall, we were satisfied.

clean and well maintained property. construction occurring nearby so at times noisy. upgrades to the property have been made but still a few things left to improve.
easy walk to town for me but I am active person and like to walk - others may find this location a bit inconvenient. Ubers are easy and inexpensive open.
could hear neighbors easily, walls/ceiling are thin

nice secluded property but still close to downtown. comfortable bed and with a nice full kitchen.
furniture did not feel completely clean and unfortunate that there was no restaurant or bar during the day time.

This place was very beautiful!. Excellent views to see the sunrise!. Staff was very friendly from the owners to the Staff working there like Irma. Overall this location was very nice and felt very relaxed.
To fix the hot water in the shower. It was hard to see how far you open to get hot water.

I loved the room, the view, amenities, and the staff. They were very helpful and made the stay very pleasant. 100% recommend it.
location is all the way up a steep hill. walking up was fine after a night downtown, but I recommend taxi or Uber to get to the location

We loved the view and the people were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. The restaurant was wonderful and the staff was always there to get whatever you needed. The room was large and beautifully done.
The water in the shower took forever to heat up. The beds are very soft which may be hard for some people to sleep on.

Excellent location in hills with beautiful views overlooking city. Interesting architecture with adjacent restaurant Luna Italiana a must - incredible setting and excellent food. The hotel room opens onto a semi private sitting area and facing the pool which is perched on the hillside. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
The hotel room was ok - but was spare in appearance and needs some warming up to make it feel more homey.

Great cozy, relaxing, quiet place with great personal service and staff and wonderful beds, closely tucked away high on the hill overlooking the entire city with an unparalleled view of the Sea of Cortez! Stunning views and wonderful people. We will be back!
Bumpy ride up! Not entirely finished yet, so some construction noise. But not past 5pm.

Incredible views, and away from all the tourists! Perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff is amazing and helped out with anything we needed. The massage in the room was lovely. Would definitely recommend!
There is a lot of construction going on. But that is everywhere in Cabo so it is kind of hard to escape the noise. But at night it’s peaceful and beautiful.
