Great value for money!

Hotel was great value for money, freindly staff & good breakfast which included designated omelet station which was a nice touch. I particularly liked the regular daily shuttles to the main locations & malls within Dubai.

Hotel did not have a bar or food / drink area at the pool, they did supply water however.

Le confort de la literie et la propreté de la chambre. Le ménage tous les jours.

The best hotel!

Hotelul superb, personalul de excepție, foarte amabil si săritor, micul dejun cu o mare varietate, curățenie în fiecare zi in camera, bus-uri puse la dispoziție gratuit către plaja și mall-uri. Piscina superba, view deosebit, aproape de metrou.

Nu am ce sa reproșez.

Bon séjour au golden Tulip

L’emplacement est très bien à environ 10/15 min du métro à pieds, la navette pour la plage et les centres commerciaux sont de bonnes commodités. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien. Il y a aussi le personnel de nettoyage et les bagagistes qui sont très gentils.

Lors de notre enregistrement nous sommes tombés sur une dame pas très agréable. Heureusement que la dame qui parlait français était plus gentille. Petite piscine. La porte de la douche qui fermait mal. L’odeur de l’humidité dans la chambre

Very good, as usual...

I have stayed in this hotel many times, I think it is an excellent choice both for the quality-price ratio and for everything it offers. This time too I had a very spacious and quiet room. Everything ok, I recommend the Korean restaurant on the first floor.

Obsługa. Urozmaicone śniadania. Czystość w hotelu.

Codziennie musiałem prosić o dodatkowe ręczniki (w pokoju 4 osoby a ręczniki 2). Codziennie były donoszone a podczas sprzątania wymieniane..

Я довольна на 10000%, замечательный отель, расположение супер, в комнате убирали каждый день, все чисто, сервис выше всяких похвал, все очень вежливые, всегда готовы помочь, вот серьезно, я была в шикарных 5 звездочных отелях, и уровень сервиса и обходительности там был иногда даже хуже, чем в в этом отеле. Обязательно вернусь сюда еще. Завтраки были отличные, для такой ценовой категории отеля все повысило мои ожидания. Вай фай тоже отличный, быстрый, вообще проблем не было

Cena deliziosa, personale eccellente

Semplicemente meraviglioso! Partiamo dal cibo, colazione per lo più salata, anche se non mancavano pancake alla vaniglia e Pan au chocolate,ma andiamo alla cena... veramente deliziosa!!! Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Per le famiglie secondo me è perfetto, siamo sempre stati aiutati a salire e scendere dai taxi, il servizio della piscina confortevole grazie al gentile signore che dava gli asciugamani. Hotel pulito e soprattutto personale fantastico! Saluto la dolcissima Pooja♥️, che ha reso Piacevoli le nostre cene riservandoci sempre sorrisi e dolcezza! Saluto il cuoco, molto presente nel momento dei pasti. Che dire, per me è 10! La posizione è poco prima della Palm jumeira, internet city la stazione metro dista una decina di minuti a piedi. Ogni giorno c'è anche un servizio navetta che ti porta nei mall e nelle spiagge più vicine, servizio puntuale e pulito! Torneremo♥️

Will come again especially during the hottest months.

+ Helpful staff. Good breakfast, although the restaurant is quite small but the choice is wide. Pool is not on the rooftop which is a plus: it's fully shaded before noon and there is no wind. There is a zone with 70 cm depth , not a separate kid's pool. Comfortable complimentary bus to JBR Marina . -

Long wait for the elevators. Tiny balcony with no furniture (deluxe king room). Shower not working properly. The pool was a little too cold, it's not heated and probably doesn't get a lot of sun during the day.

Shuttleservice var dåligt planerad för strandturerna på morgonen. Inget kö system utan de som trängde sig på kom på, annars fick man ta taxi. Hotellet kunde haft minst 1 extra bil för att tillgodose sina gäster.

Fair deal. Staff was friendly and in general helpful, sometimes it would take 2 reminders though

We had a room with a bathtub and it was technically impossible to take a shower without completely flooding the floor, even if we were super careful. Reception said we had to call cleaning every time after showering We were always given only 1towel per person. As 2 females who wash their hair frequently, it is not enough and we had to ask for additional towels every day In the morning of early checkout a male staff member just entered our room, by opening it with his key, we were awake and dressed, but wtf?!

Прекрасные завтраки, в номере всегда питьевая вода.Комфортный бесплат.трансфер до пляжа и торговых центров.Это удобно.Хорошее расположение отеля.Супермаркет в здании отеля, что очень удобно.Приветлевый персонал.У главного входа практически всегда есть такси и это большое приемущество.

Не открываются окна в номере, а в остальном всё хорошо))) Сауна не совсем горячая( т.е.хамам).В спорт зале просьба- пусть приобретут часы)))

Nice and sunny

I am staying at the hotel for the second time, everything is wonderful, only the breakfast could be more varied, especially if you have a stay of 9 days.

The guys in black suits at the front door could be a little more friendly and accommodating.

Kind and helpful staff, good location, gym, sauna, pool, restaurant, small shop. Everything was good, nice breakfast from the balcon.

Poloha a služby hotelu byly super. Snídaně nás velmi zklamaly. Celkově hotel nepředčil naše očekávání.

Před hotelem byly téměř pořád taxíky k dispozici. Poloha hotelu, venkovní bazén naprosto dostačující. Součástí hotelu byl nonstop otevřený supermarket. Skvělý personál, žádný hluk v pokoji z chodby.

Připlatili jsme si za lepší pokoj s výhledem a dostali jsme pokoj jen ve 3. patře ze 16. Na pokoji nám vrzaly dveře od sprchy. Snídaně byly velmi slabé až podprůměrné. V restauraci v 1. patře se málo doplňovalo jídlo při snídani. V hlavní restauraci jsme každý den museli čekat na volný stůl nebo byly odkázáni do prvního patra na za nás horší a skromnější snídani. Celkově jsme měli vyšší očekávání dle hodnocení hotelu a ocenění, které má.

City hotel for good price, but far from downtown

Hotel was good, with good buffet breakfast, nice staff, room size great. Price was very reasonable.

Location was far. Metro station was about 15 min walk but anyway the metro station far center (burj kalifa for example). A little bit closer to JBR beach but still not close. Bathroom had an odour.

Świetny i komfortowy pobyt

Wyjątkowo miły i uprzejmy personel!!! Doceniamy to, a szczególnie gotowość do pomocy w każdej chwili i chęć zapewnienia maksymalnego komfortu. Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo wygodne łóżka, transfery autobusowe przydały się kilka razy, śniadanie wystarczająco urozmaicone, sklep 24h w budynku, to wszystko sprawiło, że nasz pobyt był bardzo udany. Brawo Golden Tulip Media Hotel! :)

Bardzo dobry hotel w rozsądnej cenie

Czysty, przestronny pokój, bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa, nie było problemu z późniejszym wymeldowaniem. Do metra około 750 m, w budynku jest całodobowy minimarket, do tego na tyłach po drugiej stronie ulicy sklep z alkoholami. Bufet lunchowy w dobrej cenie i duży wybór. Śniadania smaczne ale można je trochę urozmaicić, po kilku dniach ma się dosyć jajek i warzyw ;) Codziennie dostawiane butelki z wodą do picia co zasługuje na duży plus.

Bus na plażę - niby jest ale tylko 3 na dobę do tego z hotelu zabierają jedynie po kilka osób, więc jest mała szansa, ze się do niego wejdzie.

We enjoyed the room, the location was good just between the main attractive places. The breakfast was good, we didn't find the diversity of food we expected but still good enough.

We weren't pleased with certain Indian/Pakistani staff members attempting to sell transportation at double the actual cost. For more affordable transportation services, it's advisable to opt for a local taxi.

Поднять температуру бассейна, улучшить кофе.

Услужливый персонал, действительно старались для нас. На завтраке в общем было все, даже делали омлет на заказ. От метро 10 минут пешком. Есть трансферы. Хотя мы воспользовались только один раз. Сзади отеля есть алкогольный магазин :)

Так как для нас важен кофе, он был не вкусным, кофе-машинки все время не калибрированные, помидоры, арбуз и дыня безвкусные. На террасе постоянно курят, приходилось сидеть внутри в столовой. Бассейн без подогрева! (Кстати он не на крыше) Неприятно купаться. В номер не доносили полотенца. В округе нету ресторанов, хотя пишут обратное.

Otel personeli çok kibar ve yardımsever. Oda son derece rahat. Havuz da güzel. Temizlik ve Wi-Fi harika.Kahvaltıda omlet büfesi olması güzeldi.

Kahvaltıda sadece bir çeşit peynir vardı.Nutella ancak isteyince veriliyordu.kahvaltı alanı ve lobi biraz sıcaktı
