Nice lobby area
no shower only a bathtub

i like only swimming pool it was clean and better location
I don’t like that they has all facilities like sauna, steam, spa but they don’t have staff to provide all this facilities and there kitchen problem is too big early closure they showed sea view but gave another location
3.5
staff upgrade us to the partial sea view and they were really friendly
I booked 3 rooms and the Air Con didn’t work well 2 rooms
2.5
the staff were helpful but didn’t speak much if any English.
the distance from the main local entertainment, very dark unlit roads upto the hotel, no security guard at the top of the road my family felt vulnerable to mugging.
air conditioning in the first room was very noisy but the staff helped us find a room where the AC worked.. the hotel in my view is only 3⭐️ as it’s need of refurbishment desperately.

Kids friendly.
We go there because kids love their Kids room
Location
4.5
Very nice hotel! The location is a bit weird if you don’t have a car. But the staff are super helpful, and the hotel was better than expected. We enjoyed the stay a lot!!
Placement of the hotel, hard to get too
5.0
The clean kitchen according to known standards. Breakfasts are served according to the offered options: local or western cuisine.
The location is a quiet corner of a canal and beginning of another part of the shore. A parking lot is near the building and underground one.
A connected rooms were requested, so only 2nd floor was available. The perfect mattresses for the back resting (hard enough but accessible).
Swimming pool and a space with imported sand with much of quartz.
Concierge is helpful and ready to assist.
Check-in is perfect and the receptionists are helpful and provide all required information.
The coastline near the hotel is completely abandoned or simply used by locals for fishing, hence not safe to step on it (on the right from the internal hotel area with sand).
Only a single building (the right one) is functioning and available for being booked. Cost is so different and in different apps accordingly.
Toothbrushes aren’t included.
A water bottle purchasing from the bar at the lobby took 15 minutes.
After a brief cleaning (it was requested not to clean out units), all towels disappeared from our side, while our friends were provided with all set. Look forward all further miscommunications will be got rid of.

The staff very welcoming.
Free mini bar.
The hotel is isolated, surrounded by street dogs, even inside the car park and at the front door...
You better have your own transportation because there isn't any store, shop or restaurant nearby...
You need to pay to play pool...
The swimming pool is very small. All the facilities from the hotel were closed... Maybe due to the bad weather?
The bed was terrible, so hard... I booked 2 nights but I left after the first night.
5.0
The place, Staff and location
About dinner all kind of food as we ordered so sweet taste
3.5
The breakfast was very good and you didnt missed anything.
The location was far from everything, we walked 40 minutes to get an ordinary massage because there was none at the spa hotel. The beach was not usable, full of dogs around the clock. No restaurants near just in the hotel. Nearest store was 15 minutes away.
