Not too bad, but not worth the price

The location is ok. The room wasn't overall that bad, but at the same price per night, you have much better options somewhere else. The staff is kind and nice but doesn't really take action to solve your problems. I arrived later than check-in time and they kindly waited without making a big deal out of it.

Nothing in the description matched. I specifically booked this hotel and room because of the balcony. Also requested a double bed. Git none of it and later got told they only give balcony rooms when it's more than 1 person. No open restaurant or breakfast option in the hotel itself, but available close-by. Room is noisy at night and not cleaned during my whole stay. Found cockroaches in the bathroom on multiple occasions.

Arrivée un peu compliquée pour une histoire de chambre cependant la chambre était très propre et bien équipée.

L’emplacement est top, proche du centre ville donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Chambre propre.

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 2 personnes, à notre arrivée la personne nous annonce qu’il s’agit de 2 chambres individuelles. Nous avons eu du mal à faire comprendre cela a l’agent de réception qui avait l’impression de ne pas nous croire malgres la confirmation de réservation qu’on lui montrait sur mon application booking.

Excellent deals and lovely rooms - go there!

Beautiful large and very comfortable bedrooms BBC news and other English channels on TV Very obliging young male receptionist doing 3-11pm shift. Thanks so much! Close to beach and shopping centre Quiet location at the back 10 minutes walk from port and medina Kettle provided on request Great value for money!!!

Agréablement surpris

Emplacement parfait, Personnel aimable et à l'écoute . Après avoir lu les commentaries d'autre clients nous avons été agréablement surpris de la propreté des chambres (Chambre et drap très propre, SDB très fonctionnelle ... )

Restaurant ne semblait pas ouvert pendant cette période pour prendre un petit thé ou café sans devoir sortir bien qu'il y a des café à 300 m

Pleasant

Friendly staff. Great pity though, that the restaurant has been closed for several months already. Not even breakfast was available. Furthermore, the floors in the hallway and staircases were tiled, with no carpets to lower the noise. I understand this saves time (and money) to clean, but the downside is that the place is very noisy when other guests leave or arrive.

There didn’t seem to be a restaurant open. The room showed as having a terrace- there wasn’t one. The mattresses were very, very firm.

The only thing I liked about the stay was the fact the staff were so nice and so helpful.

I made a booking with a balcony and they gave me a room without because they were fully booked and I already booked a room with a balcony. The noise of the dogs barking kept me awake at night and the bed is uncomfortable. The water in the bathroom is not hot and it took me about 40mins to get the bath running hot so I had to bath with cold water and the next day I had to go to reception to get them to fix the water. The location of the stay wasn’t that great as it’s a long distance walk to McDonald’s and to the shisha cafe and main restaurants, the location of it is right next to the marina

Comfortable

despite being a 2 start hotel, the room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Pleasant

This is a very clean & quaint place close to everything! A really good value. The air conditioner worked a little too well.

There is space for a cafe/restaurant but it was closed, as was the terrace, which has an oceanside view. The hotel is tiled throughout so every sound is carried throughout the property including children playing in the hall on the floor below mine. I also had to listen to a couple having way more fun than I was. So I suggest some area rugs at least.
