Lokalizacja świetna ale łazienki nadają się do remontu

1.Dobry kontakt z hostem, bardzo zaangażowani pracownicy, ich biuro znajduje się w tym samym budynku więc byli dostępni cały czas, miałam też z nimi kontakt przez whatsappa. 2. Lokalizacja to zdecydowanie największy atrybut tych apartamentów. Okolica z klimatem, blisko kawiarni, restauracji, sklepów, okolica bezpieczna. 3. Dobrze działające WiFi 4. Duże i wygodne łóżka

Łazienki są do kapitalnego remontu, tylko przez nie moja ocena jest tak niska. One stanowiły zagrożenie dla zdrowia, z odpływu jednej z nich wychodziły jakieś robaki, prysznic był porośnięty czymś czarnym, mam nadzieję że to nie był grzyb, a wanna w drugiej łazience pamięta lata 70, była bardzo wyeksploatowana i nawet jeżeli była dobrze zdezynfekowana to stara mata antypoślizgowa oraz sam wiek tej wanny sprawiły że brzydziliśmy się brać w niej prysznic. Gdyby łazienki były wyremontowane to mieszkanie ocenilabym na 9.0, przez te łazienki nie wróciłabym już tam. Zaznaczam że w tym budynku ten host wynajmuje kilka apartamentów i może inne są w lepszym stanie, my mieliśmy apartament z dwoma sypialniami na 1 piętrze. W naszym łazienki były tragiczne. Brzydko też pachniało w kuchni jak przyjechaliśmy, bardzo wyeksploatowany sprzęt kuchenny.

Best place to stay in Buenos Aires

Was amazing, super beautiful and comfortable place in a very iconic place of Buenos Aires, I will stay there every time I visit Buenos Aires without any doubt. It is in an old building of the belle epoch of Argentina, decorated with good taste in a classic way, you can submerge yourself in the lifestyle of a rich family of Argentina in the 40s, and is super comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. Kudos for such a good job and care.

It's okay for a family, good service, best of all is the location.

The apartment is located in a very good area of the city, easy access for transportation (taxi, subway, bus) it is close to several touristic points of the city and has several stores nearby like grocery store, restaurants, minimarket, etc. The Building is a little old but well maintained, the elevators work good.

I would improve a little the furniture in the department for more comfortable stay, and maybe is a little too much to ask but I would add curtains in the kitchen so the sun won't shine in front of your face in the morning while making breakfast.
