About this house rental

The Boardwalk at Lake Conjola is a great holiday cottage with water access in the backyard. Here you can fish, go canoeing or just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The spacious rear deck boasts a four burner gas BBQ, a very unique glass topped canoe dining table, digital TV and plenty of seating and a very comfortable daybed for an afternoon snooze after a day at the beach.

This area is linked to what we call "The Pavilion," by our boardwalk and here you enjoy a morning cuppa in the sun or a champagne in the afternoon taking in the sunset whilst the fish jump and the ducks swim by waiting for you to feed them. It is also nice to see kayakers and paddle boarders pass by. Let's hope you brought your fishing rod because it's great fun fishing from the jetty at the waters edge.

Under the Pavilion there is a 3m two person canoe for you to paddle from your own backyard all the way into the main lake if you wish and we also have some small size safety vests for you to use, but please bring your own.
We also make available 3 kayaks for your use.
You are surrounded by gardens of native shrubs and various other foliage where the birds frolic and beg you for a "bickie" or two, there are always plenty of rosellas and king parrots waiting for a treat.

That's outside, now lets go inside to the comfort of reverse cycle air conditioning, spacious well appointed kitchen, dining area, lounge room and three very generous size bedrooms.

Firstly the kitchen where you have a very modern Induction Cook Top, oven, microwave, electric stainless steel frying pan, toaster and jug, sandwich press, coffee machine, adequate supply of quality cutlery and crockery as well as all the utensils you could possibly wish for. There is also a dishwasher (no not your husband, an LG.).

All three bedrooms have a ceiling fan and each bedroom is tastefully furnished with a coastal theme.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a TV, the other two bedrooms have double beds. Quilts & pillows with protectors are provided but we don't supply linen.
PLEASE bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.

The bathroom has a bath and separate shower, separate toilet and separate vanity area.

The dining area and lounge room are again decorated with a coastal theme with a Digital TV and DVD player.
FOXTEL IS ON THE MAIN TV IN LOUNGE ROOM.

There are two very character filled sunrooms that are an ideal place to relax with a book, again another glass of champagne or a fine red, your choice, somewhere to contemplate what tomorrow might bring--- shopping in historical Milton (Milton markets 1st Saturday of the month), a trip into Cupitt's Winery, Ulladulla Markets (2nd Sunday of the month), water skiing, a day at the beach, a trip to Mogo Zoo, only 45 mins to Batemans Bay, you may enjoy a game of bowls or a meal at our local Bowling Club or a coffee at our local Tilly and Mo Coffee Shop, but that's tomorrow let me rest, but wait is that a fish on my line!!!

Sorry we don't allow any pets but the local wildlife will keep you entertained.

Please note that there is a audio/video recording camera installed above our garage door facing down the driveway away from the house.
There are NO areas inside the house or the back yard and decks under surveillance.

It was like staying at my aunty and uncle’s place rather than at a holiday rental. Kitchenware was more like what you would find in a home than a holiday let as was the rest of the home so it has everything you need. We struggled with the induction cooker! I struggled with the dust build up around the edges of the carpet. Other than that, the place was great - the location, the kayaks, the neighbour and the master bed was super comfy.

Easy walk up to the bowling club, barefoot bowls and a great bistro. In the other direction, to the board walk around the water and protected lake, great for a swim. Ducks came to visit which was so nice. Highly recommend this place for a great getaway.

This property is in the most perfect spot! Water views, a quick walk to the beach and a cafe just around the corner. The place was amazingly well stoked which made for zero stress. There was plenty of things to keep us occupied including a few kayaks, as well as books and board games for rainy days. The owners are absolutely lovely and were very easy to contact with any questions throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Boardwalk and will hopefully be back again soon ourselves!

The house is so homely, It’s warm and friendly and feels like home away from home. The kitchen is great if you want to get in and cook up a storm. Literally every utensil you could wish for! The wildlife is beautiful, the lake is so serene and calming. Dennis and Lynne were kind and lovely. We will be back.

Very well appointed, well presented property with everything you could possibly ask for. There was an abundance of all the essentials you need. The hosts have thought of everything. We jumped on the Kayaks and paddled in the lake, everything was at your fingertips, even cream for mozzie bites which we needed after kayaking. Absolute winner for a getaway. This property was surrounded by Conjola Lake, we took the opportunity to boat around the lake and relive memories of our childhood, our stay in your house was made special because of the easy Conjola lifestyle and the short drive to locations of interest to us. Love the place. Dennis messaged me before coming to the property with all the easy instructions. I came with family and friends, we had so much great time Dennis place is equipped with cookeries and BBQ, we made so much food while styaing there. Everything is there basically it was more equipped than our own house. The beds are comfy enough so we had a good night sleep The AC was cool enough at night, for us, i slept great in the 3 night we spent time there. We felt so relaxed. Few minutes drive to the main beach, so great to wind down and spent time with family and friends. The smoke alarm went off when we were there but Dennis were able to call his buddy to help us with the batteries and all so it was sorted quiet quickly Thank you Dennis & Lynne for your beautiful place, we definitely looking foward to come back🙏

You couldn't wish for a better property and stay. The Host's were amazing, the house - perfect, all the little extras supplied - wonderful. Fishing out the back - caught 4 dinners. A peaceful, picturesque little spot. Everything was wonderful. My sister caught a brim, my brother paddled up the river and mum and dad napped in the sun watching the beautiful birds and passing kangaroos. The owners were lovely and couldn't be more helpful.

Gorgeous spot right on the water. Rainbow lorikeets and rosellas that eat from your hand and ducks that come right up to the back door. Kangaroo family that came past every day. If you are looking for a relaxing stay near nature, this is the perfect place.
