Struttura elegante, accogliente, in una zona a due passi dal centro di Trapani. Colazione abbondante e con molta scelta. Staff molto gentile.

Spacious rooms in central Trapani

Spacious rooms, centrally located, with valet-parking and helpful staff.

Not very soundproof, therefore a lot of noise from above and outside

the stay was super nice, it’s a very modern hotel, the check in went well, the staff was very friendly, the city centre

Superb

A great, modern hotel in style. The room was very clean, everything looked like new. English speaking staff, everybody was very polite and helpful. The breakfast is great. The hotel is located in the city center and is only a few minutes walk from the port and ferry station to Egadi Islands.

EVERYTHING about this place is first class - location, comfort, decor, breakfast & staff

Super clean, large room and huge beautiful. bathroom. The MOST comfortable bed & sheets. Super quiet. The whole establishment is exquisitely decorated (beautiful tile and color). Lovely and helpful staff, amazing breakfast. Central location (although no parking but easily found public pay parking for overnight a short walk away). Everything about this hotel is first class.

everything was top notch. We were worried about parking but it was easy. We were also worried about finding it in the maze of streets but a restaurant we passed told us how to get there. We were quick to learn how to navigate our way back.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel was clean and modern. Walking distance to nice bars and restaurants. Good breakfast

Just to note there is a charge for using towels outside of the property so bring your own for any boat trips etc!

Very nice little hotel in a perfect spot

very well located, near the historic center and the port ( less than 5 minutes walk to take the ferry to go to the islands); modern decor, clean, very good breakfast; nice staff

We got lost a lot!

Location was on edge of old town

Area Directly surrounding the hotel felt quite shabby. Hotel was a little difficult to locate .The staff did not give us any direction in locating the areas of interest. A map in the room would have been helpful

Superb

lovely rooms, really well decorated. Good size bathrooms and the location is perfect!

Everything was amazing. If I could make one recommendation was the breakfast offering. I cant eat pork or lactose and that eliminated almost 80% of the options. One lactose free milk or yoghurt option would be ideal to have.

Intense security, it appears to be understaffed, and good luck to anyone unfamiliar with Tripani finding it’s entry, down a narrow alley way

quiet, comfortable, close to everything

great room and shower, great location, great staff, delicious breakfast, great climate control system, valet parking for 17€ for a medium size car or search for pay parking on the street

i loved everything. if i wanted to be picky, i would say that the shower floor is too slippery when soap is on it and needs to be resurfaced with non slippery material. also a bigger garbage bin would be handy. be careful, leaving the hotel by car, one of streets to turn into is awe fully hard to get into. ask for help in guidance..
