Convient, cozy, cute, and comfortable…walk everywhere. Great spot with recent updates throughout. We look forward to returning for a repeat visit.

This cottage is quaint and comfortable. A great price for value. Location is terrific being 1 block off the main street with shops and restaurants and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Super convenient.convenient

I arrived around 4:30 p.m. (check-in was after 4) and was surprised to see most of the small furniture piled in the kitchen. I had to roll out a large area rug, flip the table back over and put all the smaller pieces of furniture in place. It wasn't terrible but it was odd to walk into. Other than those issues, it's a cute place in a great location. Very walkable. I walked to coffee each morning and then to the beach. The deck was nice to sit on and read. I would stay there again.

This was a fantastic house to stay in for our four days in Manzanita. It was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect: close to the shops, restaurants, beach and only a short walk to the larger grocery store. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy stay In Manzanita.

This was a great cottage. It was super clean close to everything and just a pleasure to stay in.

Cute cottage to stay in. Good walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Close to other coastal towns to visit for the day. Overall a good trip and place to stay.

Great place to stay
Very clean
My only complaint “getting into the front door” to many numbers on the code?

Cute house that utilizes its space really well and is very clean. Right off of the main street, makes for a perfect location. Check in and check out were super easy. It’s a great house for 2 to 3 adults. Or two adults and two children. There is a cute enclosed back deck area that we really enjoyed as well. Definitely would recommend and will stay there again.

We stayed two nights and now I wish we had more time. Perfect location, just a couple minute walk to the beach. Very nice and safe area. The house was very clean and welcoming. Fully stocked kitchen, but there were enough dining options we didnt have s chance to use it. Convenient grocer just around the corner of you wanted to cook.
We were unable to use the door code to get in but a quick call to Vacasa had us in using the lockbox key within minutes. On site parking was super easy. This would be my first choice if we return to the area, but will stay longer next time for sure.

This cottage was just perfect for two couples. Prime location. Nice mix of old and new with updated bathroom and kitchen. Fairly priced.

It took over an hour to unlock the door. Left a day early. Towels in the dryer when arrived.
Disappointed ☹️

This was a real cozy little spot right in the heart of Manzanita

The house was adorable and so close to the beach! My only suggestion for improvement was the A/C unit in bedroom didn’t work. And a little musty smell. Also a tv in 2nd bedroom would be great. But all in all was great and I would highly recommend!

Based on the picture of the exterior of this house (dirt front yard) I was unsure as to what ot expect. But I was pleasantly surprised. The place was exceptionally clean and offered everything you could possibly need. It's an easy walk from the house to a grocery store, restaurants and the ocean. My only complaint is that the place smells musty when you first go inside.

The cottage was small but well organized with good appliances a nice kitchen and stackable washer/dryer combo. The bathroom was spacious enough with a very good shower. Location is just one lot off Laneda and just a few blocks from the beach. Several good restaurants and a coffee shop just a short walk away.

Very clean and so comfortable!! All the wonderful amenities made us feel right at home. Quaint garden and horse shoe pit. Wonderful enclosed private deck off the main bedroom. Games to play and an electric fireplace. Plenty of utensils to cook a nice meal. Just adorable!!! You won't be disappointed. Bed was comfy too!! Close to several restaurants and only about a 5 min walk to the ocean.

No car needed
Great little property in a perfect location to walk everywhere. House is small but cozy and was really clean. Deck and outdoor space was nice to sit and relax on in the morning or evening. The only thing we noticed we didn't have was some extra blankets to snuggle with on the couch. Probably only an issue for a few of us that are always cold 😄 Go to the wine bar next door for an evening wine down, and then go to Yolk for breakfast or lunch, will not be disappointed, it is worth the wait!

Beautiful cottage near the shore
We loved our short stay. The house was immaculate and well appointed. Our only difficulty was upon check in. The code we were sent was a digit short so we had to call for help. Once in the door, all went smoothly.

Comfortable, right near restaurants and markets, short walk to the beach. All was good.
Everything went smoothly we were pleasantly surprised across-the-board. One thing I’d suggest is putting some kind of bumpers or securing the sign that says cottage by the sea. On windy nights it bangs against the side of the house waking me up thinking someone was knocking at the door.

Holiday Getaway
The house was just as advertised. My husband and I had the most cozy stay at this house right before the holidays. The house was spotless and the location was perfect. It was rainy most of the time so it was so nice to be able to walk out the door and steps away from restaurants and stores. And during breaks in the rainy weather, the beach was a few minutes walk away. The gas fireplace was lovely and made the place even cozier. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were lots of towels, and the bathroom, like the kitchen, was spotless. The property manager responded right away to my emails and text. Basic cable was provided and we used the DVR cable to hook up our laptop to watch movies and stream. It was just perfect.

Great House
The house itself is in a great location and fits my needs for a 2 week hiatus. The one thing I would suggest is an upgrade in the kitchen lighting. The one light in the ceiling isn’t very bright. The light above the stove, in the hood, was out too. It’s a specific brand not found locally. I tried to get it replaced via Vacasa manager but the 16 nights I was there, it never came. Updates were none, unless I called or texted. I could have gotten it quicker had I ordered it myself via Amazon prime. It’s really difficult to talk to a Vacasa person regarding issues that come up. It’s even more frustrating when you do and don’t get an update or response. Going via the house cleaner isn’t a good option. She was very helpful and kind.

Enchanting
So close to Laneda Ave where all the shops and dining places are located. 5 minute walk to beach. 2 minutes off Hwy. 101. Extremely clean, soft comfy beds, stocked kitchen (you just need to buy the food!) and loved the washer/dryer! Highly recommend for 2-4 people.

Great little house super close to downtown
This house is just as advertised. Clean, cute, updated, and well-outfitted. It’s literally 50 feet from the main street in town, so if you like something more out of the way be warned. But we loved it and would stay again.

This was a very cute little home, everything was prepped and clean, except some of the pots and pans that are hidden in the cupboards (watch out!). The location was perfect for quick access to my favorite shops and stops to enjoy the scenery without our car. It's a very spacious little home with awesome amenities, my husband and I fell in love with the covered patio and the firepit; we spent most of our time out there enjoying our little meals and playing games. The most surprising part of our stay was how comfortable the master bed was; historically, beds that are cloud soft or extra cushiony tend to hurt my back muscles, but not this one! I couldn't stop taking naps! Two items that irritated me; there was a pitcher of 'filtered' water left in the fridge - to me, that was really sweet, unfortunately, I don't think the filter in the pitcher was changed because the water tasted AWFUL. I don't remember coastal water tasting so bad, but do not drink this home's tap water. I'm sure it's honestly fine, but I'm just a sensitive baby and I don't like my water to have a taste/odor. The second thing was the fancy heater/ac pumps; the owners made a note in the manual that they didn't want us to change any settings except the temp, which we respected. We ended up just turning the temp to 60 degrees since we couldn't turn it off or change settings (I'm not a fan of air blowing constantly). There is a fan directly above the bed in the master, and it was just constantly dry air in the room which made me have a dry, irritated throat. It's not the best, but still, try and book this home if you have a chance. You won't regret it.

Beach house
The bed in the master bedroom is very noisy and mattress very firm but other than that, beautiful vacation home. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely House
The very comfortable house had many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. The gas fireplace added a lot of warmth and made it very cozy. The linens were soft and plentiful. My only complaint was the the directions for the DVD player and TV were totally inadequate. I never could get the TV to work (this was disappointing since there was breaking news to view). I would suggest much more detailed instructions. That said, the location and amenities in this cute house were really great. Thank you for the stay.

What a great little house, put together well, with a fully stocked kitchen, neat outdoor area, covered back patio, and comfortable beds. We were quite unimpressed with Vacasa, however, as we were left with less than a quarter of a roll of paper towels, no dish soap, no shower soap, a coffee container in the kitchen with a few crumbs in the bottom, and truck-stop quality of paper goods (paper towels and toilet paper). It just felt like Vacasa put together their touches as cheap and quickly as possible. These little touches, done right, make such a difference in a vacation rental experience. Also, check-in time at 4 seemed late, and check out at 10 felt rushed.
