Disappointed

Pools were fab, staff were friendly,great selection for breakfast and beautiful food..

our bathroom, smelly upon arrival, black mould in shower grout, rust along shower tray. Told reception, they painted over the rust which then meant we'd a toxic fume smell. To make matters worse... couple of friends paid same price, booked at the same time but got room in the newer part of hotel, their room was fabulous, modern, spotless, had kettle, microwave, cooker, coffee machine. We didn't even have a kettle, which is usually a basic requirement for a 1star hotel, this is a 4 star, so we were a bit disappointed and expected a bit more for 4 star quality...

Thoroughly enjoyable. Only stayed one night but will return.

Breakfast excellent with wide variety of options including for those with dietary requirements. Location. For us, ideal. 5 mins from Benidorm Palace. However, for the beach, probably a 15 min walk.

Surprisingly, as I can be quite critical of hotels, restaurants etc. I can't think of a criticism in this case. Even the underground carport eas reasonably priced & spotless!

Great location if going to Benidorm Palace

Location and it was clean

This is advertised as a Spa Hotel and the photos show that there is an indoor pool area with Jacuzzis, but when we enquired about using it we were told it was additional costs. I was led to believe that you can use the facilities but it would be additional if you wanted any spa treatments. Bathroom is very dated and the cupboards in bedroom very stiff to open as they have been water damaged

Celebramos nuestro vigésimo aniversario de boda en este hotel y todo resultó una maravilla, comenzando por la amabilidad y simpatía con la que nos recibió Natalia, de recepción, continuando por el personal de la cafetería y del restaurante, las vistas desde la habitación, la limpieza, excelente, el detalle que tuvieron al preparar la habitación, decorada con pétalos y con dos cisnes. Se notaba el mimo que habían puesto en cada detalle, así que no podemos más que darles las gracias y la enhorabuena por su hotel. La comida abundante y variada del bufet y el ambiente muy acogedor. Las instalaciones estupendas. Un hotel de 10 al que seguro volveremos.

Tranquilo pero esperábamos más

De la habitación no tengo queja, con terraza amplia y la cama era muy cómoda, la gente que trabaja y en especial los camareros buena gente y profesionales.

Te lo venden como un hotel de 4 estrellas pero considero que el buffet no está a la altura, por las mañanas nos quedábamos con hambre, no había un mínimo de calidad, los churros sabían a frito de calamar y de bolsa,los espectaculos no estaban tampoco a la altura de otros hoteles con la misma categoría. Y el spa una estafa, caro para lo que es y la mitad de cosas no funcionan, se nota que las instalaciones están dejadas de hace mucho tiempo, la entrada muy bonita pero luego dentro…..hablando con otros huéspedes opinaban como nosotros. Ademas de que es evidente la separación de estancias en base a la habitación que escojas, deluxe o normal, la piscina en la zona “deluxe” no sale en las fotos ni el otro edificio al lado, ni un supuesto restaurante con menú del día.

Buena experiencia.

La atención del personal , la limpieza y la habitación muy amplia y cómoda.

Los ascensores.Se estropearon varias veces.Estabamos en un piso 16.Tuvimos que esperar en alguna ocasión para bajar. Variedad de la comida,me hubiera gustado más alternativas,pero la comida era buena.

Enjoyed stay would have preferred another hotel

Did not know you had to pay for safety box 3 euros per day Did not know you had to pay 2:50 euros per day for tea making facilities. In room Pay 10 euros for beach towel which was refundable + 1 euro to wash it The breakfast was very good

Some of the staff were rude cleaner very nice Needs updating as other hotels are better not a 4 star should be 3 Star

el tema de las comidas un poco repetitivas , el spa algunas tiene un precio alto para que algunas cosas no fucionen , ademas le falta una sauna seca.

A disappointing stay

This is our first time at this hotel ,our experience at check in wasn't very pleasant,the Lady,was quite abrupt I had seen on booking .com the price of the spa was 10e ,I asked the lady the price,she said it was 22e,I said I saw it was 10e ,she became argumentative and said it had never been 10e I photo shot the information to show her ,but I didn't see her again

Se recomienda el hotel.

El personal del servicio de habitaciones muy amable comida desayuno todo estuvo muy bien. Incluso con las mejores intenciones, el personal no pudo ayudar en esta situación y tuvimos que esperar hasta que el sol se escondiera detrás de la fachada del hotel. También hay que decir que hacía un calor excepcional para la época del año.

Jugo de naranja de la bolsa :(. Lo único desagradable era que el calor de la habitación era insoportable mientras brillaba el sol. No hay posibilidad de cambiar la temperatura debido al suministro central.

Good choice for breakfast menu and show chef good. Good to have three drinks vending machines. Restaurant very clean, staff pleasant and efficient in clearing away used plates etc. A pleasant experience

Overall a very nice stay.

Location was great for walking to Benidorm Palace. Room was modern,clean and spacious. Underground parking was clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and although busy we had no problem finding a table.

On arrival there is no parking space at the front of the hotel.
