Lo mejor: la ubicación y el desayuno

Ubicación excelente. Desayuno de calidad con muchas opciones (de hecho, muchas opciones sanas) y espacio entre las mesas. Hotel moderno (reformado) y limpio. Personal agradable. Ducha amplia y con la alcachofa bien alta.

La habitación un poco justa de espacio y con muy pocos lugares para colgar / colocar la ropa (en eso me recordó a la típica habitación de un Ibis Budget, con la diferencia de que el baño, eso sí, es espacioso). Sentí frío dentro de la habitación, creo que la calefacción no funcionaba muy bien.

Sehr gute Lage. Auswahl Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Einrichtung Geschmacksache. Obwohl das Zimmer schon bereit war, mussten wir eine Gebühr von ca. 7€ bezahlen, um früher ein-checken zu dürfen. Die Option das Gepäck zu deponieren ging nicht, da der Gepäckraum viel zu voll war.

Il soggiorno nell’insieme è stato piacevole e consiglio questa struttura.

La posizione è centrale per tutte le escursioni. Ottima e molto varia la colazione per il salato, pochi dolci. Il personale di sala è gentilissimo. La paninoteca all’interno della struttura è eccezionale, gli hamburger sono buonissimi e l’atmosfera è rilassante. Il personale della reception è stato disponibile e gentile tranne un ragazzo quando siamo arrivate in struttura.

Ad accoglierci c’era un ragazzo che non aveva voglia di spiegarci come funzionavano le pulizie e cambi asciugamani. Lo abbiamo scoperto due giorni dopo con un’altra operatrice la quale ci ha detto che se volevamo la pulizia della camera l’indomani potevamo richiederla la sera e per il cambio delle asciugamani potevamo all’occorrenza ritirarle direttamente alla reception. Per il resto la posizione della struttura non ti fa pensare alle camere un po’ troppo “essenziali” e al bagno con la doccia aperta. Il resto del personale della reception è stato disponibile e gentile.

Location was great and convenient

The shower gets flooded which is common in Europe and the bath shelf on the floor. Would like more towel hangers in the bathroom... Plenty out of the bathroom but would be nice to have it inside.

Lille værelse, men bortsæt fra den dårlige belysning fik man god valuta for pengene.

Dejlig morgenmad. Beliggenheden er fremragende. Hyggelig og serviceminded personale.

Meget dårlig belysning i værelset, kun sengelamper. Hvis man gerne ville sidde lidt i en stol og læse, skulle man tænde lyset i badeværelset og trække stolen hen til døråbningen. Ingen belysning ved det lille skrivebord.

Perfect location, great inner courtyard with nice bar/restaurant, super comfy beds!

Comfort Hotel Karl Johan is perfectly situated, smack down in the centre and 4 minutes walk from the central station. They have an inner courtyard with a bar/ restaurant with great burgers. Rooms are basic but nice and clean and the beds super comfortable. Breakfast is deliciously with a lot of organic products available. Would definitely recommend this place!

Elendig renhold. Når en finner urin i toalett og hår i dusj, da blir jeg irritert. Har jobbet med renhold i 40 år, vært husøkonom i choice selv.

Muy buena

El frssyumo fue muy bien, y el Hotel esta unicado muy cerca Oslo S, en la parte central de la ciudad. Las personas de la recepcion muy simpaticas, ayudando con una somrisa.

Bien, realmente nada.. Llegando me dierpn una habitacion ya ocupada sin embargo, "arreglaron el pastel" al tiro como dicen en Chile..

Good location, room was small but adequate, great Breakfast except Sat & Sun when no fresh bread was available unlike Fiday when a generous supply of slice yourself bread available.

When we arrived at 9:30pm we were given a room that was not up to standard for 2 people, sloping ceilings with exposed beams intruding into the room. Having booked the room approx 5 mths in advance we did not think it was good enough, when I questioned our room the response was " It doesn't matter how long out you book your room, it's how soon in the day you arrive, book in early and you get the better room " found this response most unsatisfactory, thankfully they did find us a more suitable room ( don't know why we weren't given it in the first place. Rooms not serviced at anytime in our 3 day stay but were advised to ask for towels or wc paper if needed. Entrance to hotel is thru an outdoor lobby with a bar and tables and found most times it wasn't pleasant walking thru cigarette smoke and people sitting around drinking, on our first night had to walk thru water as a party going on in the area and one of the patrons had vomited so it had to be washed away, not pleasant.

They let you pick the room (from what's available) and it tells you all the information you need to know. We picked the largest bed, and it was great. Breakfast is incredible as well. Perfect location, easy walk to the park, bars, or the marina. All great.

Extremely central location. Amazing breakfast. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with great water pressure and a proper shower divider separating the rest of the bathroom.

Exceptional

The location was the best. Easy access to the train and easy to get a tram or bus in any direction.

The only thing I didn't like was that breakfast started at 7. It was a bit difficult on mornings when we had an early train to catch.

It is a convenient, practical large hotel (part of a chain) with friendly, efficient staff.

Centrally located, on a busy shopping street, 5 minute walk from Oslo Central train station. Easy walking distance to many sites. Easy tram access, too. Very good location. Also, comfortable breakfast area - big. Breakfast buffet with good variety of food and drinks.

Room was rather tight for a twin room. Little space for hanging clothes, placing suitcase.

Location, the hotel is in a quiet location even though it’s very central. Bed is very comfortable and the room was clean.

Disappointing

The staff from the kitchen and breakfast time was amazing good!The hotel is a good location.

The room was 2small and the lift is so slow I had to go on the stairs,then the mattress was so soft, no tea or coffee in the room I didn’t like to fill up my tap of water in the bathroom too. Too much noise from outside till 1,2am In the morning the billders doing construction!

Would visit this hotel again without a doubt.

The room was stylish and modern. The breakfast area was extremely cosy and the breakfast itself was very rich in choices. Location of the hotel was convenient for us for this trip, because we had very limited time in Oslo and beign close to central station and opera really helped us save time in logistics.

We had some troubles guessing how the room door locks from inside.
