We enjoyed a long weekend at the Tralet! It had everything needed for 3 moms and our teenage sons. It’s an easy walk to town and a short drive to the slopes.

Exactly what we needed - close to town for the restaurants/bars, while only being a 4 minute drive to the ski resort! Had all the essentials, including comfortable beds - even the bunk beds!
Very easy to check in and out. The four of us very much enjoyed our stay with plenty of room and conveniences.

This place is comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and convenient. We have stayed there twice, and enjoyed it each time. Location is convenient to mountains and also a walk into town. Contact with the host was quick and easy. It has everything that you need for a great stay while skiing (or anything else) in Ellicottville.

There was a musty smell throughout the trailer. No running water upon arrival; my husband had to locate the valve in the bedroom and turn it on. Cobwebs and ring around the shower in the bathrooms. The whole place could’ve used a good spring cleaning. Dishes although clean were still in the dishwasher. Clothes were left in washer; not sure if they were clean or dirty. Fridge could’ve used a good cleaning (bottles of other peoples stuff were stuck to the glass shelves). Outdoor chairs were filthy and the location of the fire pit on the dilapidated porch surely would’ve caused a fire. There was no air conditioning ; fans were located in the front breezeway however we did not discover them until check-out. No cable TV; had to use your own Netflix /Apple TV account (hopefully you have one). Don’t plan for a long stay as owners belongings fill the closets. The walk to the town was convenient for sure that was probably the best part of our stay. Would not recommend.

We absolutely loved the accommodations and location. We will definitely book again!

Great location close to town. Probably a 5-7 min walk to the Ellicotville Brewery. There was a lot of space for everyone to hang out and sleep. The extra fridge in the mudroom was nice for drinks. To get to the bunk bed room you have to walk through another bedroom but it wasn’t an issue for us.

This was the perfect little getaway for our family vacation! Close walk to town! Plenty of space for relaxing and having some fun with the kiddos, too!

Our stay for the weekend was perfect! The house was extremely accommodating with plenty of places to sleep and fully equipped with everything we needed from K-cups for the coffee maker to blankets to a fully stocked kitchen. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and when I called her for help with the directions, she answered right away and was very helpful. The location was great for walking into town too! My friends and I had wonderful weekend and Jennifer’s home and assistance was a major part of that. 10/10 would stay again!

Jen was a great host. The house was bigger than what it looked like in the pictures and everything was neat and clean. It had plenty of space for 9 adults. The location was close to town and close to holiday valley!

Very clean and spacious, comfy modern decor, and a short walk into town. We loved the wood-burning fireplace and nice big farmhouse dining table. Beds were comfy and the bonus room was perfect to spread out and store our ski equipment. Could use a fresh coat of paint but really no complaints. We had an awesome weekend with family skiing and relaxing by the fire. Would definitely book this place again. Jennifer was very responsive to any questions.

A group of 4 of us enjoyed our stay here because of the proximity of the golf and the ease of walking to dinner and bars afterwards. Very quiet and well kept. All parties agreed that it makes the ideal stay over hotel rooms.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Tralet immensely. It was comfortable and the open floor plan along with the lighting (and giant mirror) made it accommodating and comfortable. I fell in love with the comfy oversized chairs! Location is close to town. And quick drive to skiing.

We were seven women who used Jennifer's place last weekend. We found her home very comfortable and welcoming. The living room /dining room /kitchen area being open concept was ideal for large groups and entertaining. The Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could want. The bedrooms were very comfortable for sleeping and had good sheets and duvets on the bed. There was even a second living room with TV you could use.The entire place was very tastefully decorated. It is a very short walk to town and it was well lit at night. I would highly recommend this place.

This "tralet" was perfect for our getaway to Holiday Valley. There were 2 families - 8 people and plenty of room for all of us without feeling like we were on top of one another. At the end of the day it was a nice place to unwind, with a growler from the very close Ellicottville Brewery. The two bathrooms was a plus! I would recommend this property to anyone.

We visited with our family for an extended ski weekend. The house was a perfect size for the 7 of us! Very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for skiing and visiting town. We walked to dinner multiple nights which was very nice and convenient. Jenn, the owner, was very quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend the place for families of all ages!

The space was clean and as described in the posting.
We had trouble locating the property initially but once we arrived it was smooth sailing.
Recommendations include putting a longer curtain/blinds in the second bathroom. We used a towel to cover the bathroom window as it was facing another property next door. Also recommend including a one page document outlining the wifi, garbage / recycling info, etc.

Girls weekend was a success! This place is cozy yet spacious, with adorable decor. Perfect location, about a 10 minute walk to town. Owner Jennifer was a pleasure and responds quickly. Can't wait to come back!

We spent a girls weekend in Ellicottville which included 7 of us. This property had everything we needed and were looking for. The kitchen is well stocked, the place is spacious with super cute decor and the beds were very comfy. We loved the close proximity to town, an easy 5 minute walk. Jennifer is an excellent host and very prompt with responses to questions. I would stay here again for sure!

4 of us came down to experience Ellicottville this weekend and had a fantastic time! The place is about a 10-15 minute walk to town, has plenty of space and is beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, you have your own privacy and a large deck with a grill and fireplace available outside. The only complaint would be no air conditioning! Would recommend bringing chairs to sit by the fire as well. We would definitely love to return to Ellicottville and rent this place out again come ski season, we had a great time.
