Perfektní pro pár.

Umístění přímo v centru, takže trochu horší parkování, ale místo jsme měli, ve večerních hodinách zdarma. Nedaleko bary plné lidí, ale nebyl slyšet hluk. Majitelka velmi vstřícná, check-in velmi jednoduchý. Byt malý, ale moderní, plně vybavený, pro 2 ideál. Postele pohodlné, dokonce kávovar na kapsle. Chyběla jen utěrka na nádobí.

Zatím nejlepší úklid, co jsme po naší cestě Toskánskem měli. Sice paní uklízečka by mohla ještě některé věci utřít, když je vidím já špinavé, ona určitě taky.

Ottimo davvero

L' appartamento è studiato alla perfezione, nonostante la stanza non sia grandissima si nota una grande attenzione e cura dei dettagli. C'è tutto !!! Posizione in centro, disponibilità dell' Host hanno reso il soggiorno perfetto.

Bella esperienza a Modena

Posizione della struttura vicino al centro e in zona movida, ottima la cortesia e disponibilità dei responsabili, insonorizzazione perfetta.

Forse avrei gradito, ma questo è a titolo personale, un cuscino più basso e morbido.

Tutto perfetto come sempre

La posizione, la colazione nel vicino bar convenzionato, il frigo in camera con bibite messe a disposizione degli ospiti, le caramelle, la stanza piccola, ma accogliente. Da sottolineare la cortesia, simpatia e disponibilità della proprietaria.

Clean and cosy studio with an amazing host.

Host very friendly and professional.. clean room and had everything needed. Great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes on our journey :) The restaurant downstairs is a must try!! Best pasta we’ve had in Italy so far.

Pro: posizione Contro: prezzo troppo alto, mancanza di parcheggio seppur indicato tra i servizi offerti

La stanza è situata in una posizione ideale Per visitare il centro di Modena, a pochissimi passi da una bella zona di movida e a poche centinaia di metri da via Emilia.

Tuttavia è veramente piccola e il prezzo risulta eccessivo per quello che viene offerto. Inoltre tra i servizi viene indicata anche la possibilità di usufruire di un parcheggio, ma ciò non è assolutamente vero dato che l’edificio è ubicato in una traversa di una strada pedonale, quindi è impossibile accedervi con la macchina. Ultima nota sulla proprietaria: all’arrivo siamo stati accolti dal figlio che è stato gentilissimo dandoci un sacco di consigli su cosa visitare e su dove andare a mangiare, e ci ha indicato come orario di check out le “10:30-11:00”. La proprietaria ci ha tuttavia inviato la donna delle pulizie alle 10:30 e sollecitato di lasciare la stanza. Noi abbiamo richiesto di poterla lasciare alle 11:00 come concordato. Dopo aver acconsentito, alle 11:01 si è presentata alla porta, ha bussato con irruenza, e una volta aperto ci ha accusato di mancanza di rispetto, alzando anche la voce. Un atteggiamento assolutamente inaccettabile. Non ci ritorneremo.

Cozy stay in the center

I stayed for two weeks, the flat is perfectly located in the center with many restaurants around and a short walk from everything. The bed is comfy and the building is quite. Cristina was very welcoming and always available. Recommended!

I found it a little difficult to cook in the kitchen, but simple dishes are possible.

A practical alternative to a hotel room

Well equipped for its compact dimensions, this studio is comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, in close proximity to Piazza Grande and many restaurants. The studio is well insulated from street noise but we experienced a lot of dish washing noise - perhaps the adjoining restaurant also opens into the same internal courtyard. Cristina was a friendly host.

Cooking facilities are quite limited. The compromise payoff is the washing machine.

Fabulaous for a short stay

Lovely, compact studio with a small and functional kitchen, though you probably would'nt cook a full meal there, much better suited to a quick breakfast and a cup of tea, if at all (not sure why you would when Modena is packed with so many amazing food options). The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. Bed was fine. Location was excellent, right next to a very yummy restaurant (Trattoria Tagliata) and only about 5 minutes walking to the impressive Mercato Albinelli and other great wine bars. Easy to park the car out the front of the accommodation. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Comfortable, convenient and quiet

The location is very convenient to all of the major attractions. Cristina the host met me with the key and gave me some good tips on the main sights. Comfortable apartment, large comfy bed and enough kitchen equipment to self cater if preferred. I would stay at Masone Home again if I ever visited Modena in future.

Beautiful little apartment with all the facilities to eat in if you wanted to. Great shower and an extremely well decorated room. Easy check in and very friendly staff. Great location and only a couple of minutes from the centre of town. 10/10

Ideal place for passing a winter night, resting and feel comfortable.

Everything was comfortable, easy, clean, efficient, good looking, warm; quietness. A very short stay, but super-comfortable and relaxing.

Amazing place in the center of Modena

The apartment is really nice and well renovated in the heart of Modena. Even if it's close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it's still super quiet in the evening. Very comfortable and clean. Cristina is an amazing host: no problems in meeting to get the keys and she gave us amazing recommendations to enjoy the city. Super recommended!
