Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit gewöhnungsbedürftigem Zugang

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, direkt an der Anlegestelle der Fährschiffe. Die Wohnung bietet extrem viel Platz, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und historisch / elegant eingerichtet. Insgesamt jeweils drei Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine des Eigentümers kann mitbenutzt werden.

Der Eingang zur Wohnung führt durch einen Hinterhof, zur zweiten Etage führen nur eine recht steile Treppen. Die Vermieter planen im Eingangsbereich und in der Wohnung Renovierungsmaßnahmen. Die Bettmatratzen sind relativ hart und nicht für jede Person bequem.

Great Location on Lake Como

A great location by the ferry, with two or three fantastic restaurants nearby. Exceptionally clean apartment throughout. The host couple are great and have put a lot of work into making this house an incredible place to stay, right on the lake, with parking at the front door.

The shared entrance to the apartment is still undergoing renovations and the stairs are difficult if you have too much luggage. (We did). The great price reflects the inconvenience of the entrance.

Splendid, elegant old house in a prime location.

The spacious and elegant living areas; the great location; and the helpful host.

The bedroom air conditioning units were a bit noisy, but probably to be expected in an older property.

Not as nice as we had hoped - needs renovating

The location of the apartment is fantastic. The bathroom was nice.

This apartment doesn't really look like the pictures, with the entrance through a dingy corridor and a smelly and off-putting courtyard. The chap who was meant to meet us ran two hours late which was inconvenient after a long drive from Switzerland. There was lots of damp in the walls with peeling paint and a musty smell. The kitchen was modern but poorly equipped.

great location, nice hosts, beautiful apartment

the apparent is beautiful, vintage style, big enough for a family of 7…

3 things made the stay uncomfortable 1. all of the air conditioning units made terrible noise, that didn’t allow good sleep 2 it has no elevator 3. the toilets were broken

The apartment was very close to the ferry with parking just outside. Beds very comfortable and showers amazing. A comfortable place with great potential.

The entrance to the apartment was not appealing. The TV did not work and there is no washing machine.

lovely location. amazing coffee shop right next door. some great restaurants and a lovely church which is worth a visit.

it’s in the perfect location. very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

could’ve been a little more cosy. The entrance is what we were expecting. parking is not free outside the property and you are only meant to park in bays for upto 4 hours which could be a problem if you go out for the day as we did using the ferry. although parking is free 8pm-8am.

Lovely gem on the banks of Lago Vomo. great get-away from the tourists of Bellagio and Como.

we arrived later than expected due to traffic in Milan, so the host kindly ordered pizza for our arrival as he was afraid they would be closed. so very attentive and helpful in EVERY way. The house is wonderful and location great, especially if you have a car and transportation to other areas around the lake. Gravedona is a quiet and lovely village on the water.

No provided parking, but this was made clear beforehand. there is, however, a lot very close where it is free from 8-8am. we made it work. If anyone has an issue with stairs, it might not be best. However, it was worth the climb. spacious bed and bathrooms and well-stocked kitchen! They have done an amazing job on the renovation. Great place! great hosts!

FANTASTIC

This is a beautiful, gigantic house overlooking the lake. Very clean. It looks like a museum, so artistic. The golden room is absolutely INCREDIBLE! The hosts are also very kind and friendly. We will return.

Artistic house at the shore of the Como Lake.

We just loved the house very much! It was really fantastic. We very much appreciate the artistic design and the feeling of the house. The view on the Como Lake and the ferry station was perfect. Delicious pizzas and supermarket vey close in a walking distance.

Very usable space for a large group of 10

Everything was very nice. Some areas are under renovation (outside the living area) but this was not a disturbing issued. Owners were very helpful, and kind, much more than average. Great location in the village, close to the ferry.

Available parking is limited, you need to be first or patient. Price a bit on the expensive side. Bathtub in master room needs a bit of refreshing in order to be confortable.

Amazing spacious apartment in gorgeous little town.

The Apartment is amazing, very spacious and sophisticated, with beautiful views of the lake. Hosts are kind, nice and friendly. Would love to come back and stay again. Gravedona is also a lovely charming town.
