La ubicación
La atención al cliente , solo el joven que me hizo el check in era amable los demás incluidos los dueños mal encarados se molestaban si uno pedía paños . Les pedimos el favor de lavar el chupon de nuestro bebé y se negaron

The location was close to the entrance of the Manuel Antonio park and not a far walk to the beach.
They are remodeling and we heard lots of noise constantly. Our room was at the end, close to the road. Starting at 5am, the street noise started. I’m guessing it was the vendors setting up. We didn’t get good sleep. I asked to change rooms and they said they had none available. The breakfast was not good and very skimpy for what they did offer.

One gets what one pays for. Overall it was fine.
There was a constant smell of sewer outside of our room and on a very rainy night the septic tank overflowed and sewage nearly came into our room.

The Woman was beyond UNPLEASANT, I used laundry service and put my clothes in a bag soak and wet They were worse then when I handed them in. As I was leaving I was stopped in Parking lot to be charged with the coffee that was included in my room. Never again will I go there. I actually felt bad for the guy Pedro working there. The owner should be ashamed of how she treated me. The guy Pedro and the breakfast server would test at how pleasant I was around the hotel. Shame shame shame on the owner.

Rooms are ok for just stay and sleep
Pool and restaurant. Breakfast was awful.

The location is very nice, the beach is 100 meters away, the National Park is 50 meters away, the restaurant is convenient. The rooms are nice. Parking is secure and convenient.
The room lighting was a bit lacking, the night light on my side of the bed didn't work. The bathroom lighting was poor, it was difficult to shave. The staff was nice, breakfast was 6 out of 10 (the bread was stale and the plantain seemed like it was cooked two days prior).

The location really is amazing as so many people mentioned and I had high hopes because prime location hotels usually are well kept. Other than that there are other places do stay not so far away.
The shower was hot.
The coffee with breakfast (breakfast was ok but has stale bread)
It’s old and not well taken care of.
The beds are In bad shape, super uncomfortable and make so much noise if you move.
The pillows.
The bathroom is so tiny I bumped into the edge of the sink and the the towel rack.
The fridge didn’t work and smelled like mold.
We were handed our towels as we arrived and there was no hand towel 🫠

Staff especially Juan Carlos Was good. Close proximity to Manuel Antonio park and espadilla beach balances out the value proposition
This property has cleanliness issues. Bathrooms are dirty and things are malfunctioning or broken. Owners do not seem to care about the dilapidated property
