One of the best hotels in Siem Reap

Everything was great! Buntheoun and the rest of the staff are all very helpful and kind. They're all great to talk to and take care of the guests! The room looked exactly like the photos and it was spotless. The hotel provides you with more facilities and comfort than you pay for! Definitely one of the best hotels in Siem Reap. I recommend it to everyone!

That I didn't have time to stay for another few days :P

Great experience!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are very nice and clean. I came in a very hot period and asked to change to the colder side of the building, which was no problem. The pool is nice, I didn't use it a lot, but had swim in the evening. I really liked the fresh breakfast every morning. I wanted to do two days in Angkor Wat, the first one with tuktuk, the second day with scooter. The staff was super helpful to organize both. They also offer cooking classes with a professional chef for a very reasonable price, unfortunately I missed that. Also didn't try the cocktails which seemed nice. I had a complicated time with bad news from home in Europe, but they were sooo friendly and helpful and really helped me to have a good time under any circumstances. I also liked the friendly atmosphere between the staff members and with guests, still professional but at the same time not too stiff. Thank you very much!

It's not in the main centre, but it's a calm area and very close to the centre by bike (which you can rent) or tuktuk.

Super recomendable, todo el personal fue siempre muy preocupado y atento a nuestras necesidades siempre con una excelente disposición y caracter, hay un rico restaurante y la piscina es muy agradable, la habitacion era amplia, nos recibieron con un rico te y un snack de platano y nos permitieron hacer el chek in antes de la hora :)

Had an enjoyable stay , took a tuktuk to the temples we had a fantastic guide called nee

The hotel was a short walk from the centre but you could get a tuktuk very cheaply , the hotel has a pool which was nice after a hot day sightseeing, the breakfast was adequate

The breakfast could of had more choice and the pool was murky

Lovely big room overlooking the pool. Very helpful staff. Good value for money.

The towels (room and pool) had seen better days. The pool could do with a clean as it looked a bit dirty.

La habitación es bastante grande y tiene una bonita piscina

La cama es muy incómoda, el agua no tiene ninguna presión, el café es realmente el peor que he probado en todo mi viaje por Asia, no hay leche, hay un montón de salamandras por la habitación, la calle donde está ubicado es bastante mala, por la noche no hay luz, está lejos del centro y los perros callejeros nos persiguieron todas las noches. Los precios son bastante elevados para lo que ofrecen. El alquiler de motos es el doble que en otros sitios. Realmente no lo recomiendo

Séjour très agréable !

Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné, parlant bien anglais et même un peu français pour certain. La chambre était propre et confortable. Nous avons participé à un cours de cuisine avec l’hôtel (18$/pers HT) que nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié.

Quelques axes d’amélioration sont à proposer comme veiller à bien remplir les réservoirs de gel douche/shampoing (vides à notre arrivée), mettre à disposition plus de savon pour les mains/serviettes, prévoir un tapis de bain ou une vitre/rideau de douche. Cela est bien sûr minime et ne baisse que peu la qualité de notre séjour.

The place was so nice and quiet you can experience their peace and tranquility. They have a good service especially the night shift very accommodating. The staff of this hotel are really exceptional in their appointed positions and really made us feel welcome.

this was such a great place to stay. On the edge of the Centre of the touristy area so you can easily walk around, but it was quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic, and the pool was a nice treat to help cool down after humid days. Delicious food as well. Highly recommend staying here. Such a brilliant gem to find!

Nice stay!

The staff was really nice and attentive. The place was quiet and clean. You can really rest and spend very calm days in this place. The location is great, away from the crowded and noisy city center, but close enough to get there walking or by tuk-tuk. The breakfast was simple, but enough to start the day. We enjoyed our stay there and for sure will come back!

The pool was quite dirty (I understand it's rainy season), but I think there's room to improve. I expected a wellness center, as stated in the description. There's no wellness center in the hotel. They only offer to take you to a spa in another place. Not big deal because there are plenty of nice spas in Siem Reap. But still, the description is not accurate. If you want to pay by card, they will add 2%.

One of my favorite hotels every time I visit Siem Reap. Unfortunately after covid pandemic, the hotel looks deserted and a little dull and poorly maintained. When I checked in with my friend , there was only afew person receiving us who was basically, the receptionist, lovely green garden.

Fantastic

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting the Angkor temples, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The service was fantastic, the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel’s beautifully designed, and the location is perfect- close to everything, but still quiet. The pools were also excellent. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Siem Reap!

The staff of this hotel is excellent and it is hard to single out a particular staff member for praise. There is much discussion on the internet of whether this is very good hotel. Regardless of any problems, the staff always makes my stay here enjoyable .All reception at the front desk is a very friendly person who places the guest’s interests above all else. She has helped me on multiple occasions - always making me feel as a VIP guest.
