Would definitely recommend!!

The Host was very welcoming, providing us with ice cream on arrival! He was very helpful when we asked questions, giving us advice on what to see whilst in Dubrovnik and also provided us with an umbrella when it was raining! Great location and clean, very impressed.

It's excellent

Everything is good. Nikolina is really nice. The view from our room is good. There is fridge and kettle in the room. We even have welcome drink and ice-cream which really surprise me.

A warm reminder, please take a taxi to the guesthouse if you arrive Dubrovnik by bus. Because we carried two heavy suitcases and there are some stairssss on the way to the guesthouse. It took use around an hour to walk from central bus station to guesthouse.

Excellent

Nikolina is a great host, we received a warm welcome from her! And fresh juice. The bathroom is beautiful and very clean! The balcony is very nice and quiet and we have a nice view. The room is quiet enough. Also thanks to other quiet guests. The location is great, it is between the new town and the old town, easy to go anywhere. We spent 3 nights here, and it is the best option to explore Dubrovnik, if you like relaxing trip. (One day old town, one day new town, one day lokrum island.) We recommend this place 100%.

The location was a bit hard to find, when we were off by the taxi, we needed to walk up the stairs and finally found the apartment. But on the other side on top , there is a sign. But surely u can’t see it from below. So if u can’t find the apartment, better call the host directly. And this is just an agent, so send a message to the agent to ask the number from the host.

Great location inbetween old and new town. Lots of steps to get up to the property so make sure you have comfy shoes. Wonderful guests. Friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Brought us ice cream on arrival. Beautiful sea view from balcony. Spotlessly clean. Great restaurants near by. Short walk to a beach.

More shelves or storage space if I'm being picky but it was a wonderful stay!

Pleasant stay! would come back again.

Absolutely beautiful view from the room and balcony. Superclean and new well-equipped room, Nikolina as hostess very helpful - even surprised with cold juice and ice-cream upon our arrival. Free parking!

Might be challenging to access with any walking disability. Up on the hills and one must have the power to carry luggage on the stairs. not an issue for us!

Comfortable room with a perfect host.

Extremely nice hosts, but really! They are helpful, cheerful, and informed about everything. There is a free parking lot, but approx. 30 steps...they helped me bring the bag down from there too. The first night we got an ice cream sundae. The view is good, although the window in our room was a bit small. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, tea, kettle. Relatively close to a beach. Halfway between the old town and the new town, both 20 minutes walk.

There was no crib for our baby. The window in the room is a bit small. You can park relatively far away in the free parking lot, approx. 30 stairs.

Its hard to be more welcoming, friendly yet professionnal than Nicolina. Exceptional experience during those 5days with you. definitly coming back to your guest house wich now is my unique adress in Dubrovnick, Nicolina remember our pinky finger little promise ;) and warm hi to Stepo (sorry about the name writting)

Great stay.

Spotlessly clean. Very warm welcome despite very late flight (arrived 2.20am). Very helpful owners. Quiet area of town, shared terrace had great views and was comfortable.

Everything was very nice! Nikolina and her family are very sweet people and accomodated us realy well! There are stairs, but it's Dubrovnik... It's a city full of stairs, we got used to it pretty easily!

Lovely hosts and clean room in good location

Nikolina was super friendly and welcoming and made us feel like home. She gave us recommendations of things to do around Dubrovnik, printed our boarding passes and even brought us ice cream on our first day. The room was very clean and perfect for our stay.

Lovely acomodation ….

very clean and Nikolina and her husband very helpful and kind not far from the old town walking distance and you can take bus or even Uber ! lovely place to stay in while visiting Dubrovnik at a very reasonable price.

Lovely room with good location

Nikolina was very friendly and approachable. The location was excellent, walking distance to Old Town and a beach. Very clean room with working AC.

Difficult to find using GPS. The host was not east to find when we first arrived.

Great hosts, special thanks to Nikolina and her husband who have been so kind and hospitable, being a female solo traveler I couldn’t be more welcome and safe with them. rooms are impeccably clean, I got a very nice room with the sea view and balcony.

Fabulous

Nikolina and her husband are so lovely and very helpful ,invited us in there home for wine and coffee. The room was nice and spotlessly clean,we had a balcony with a a lovely Seaview. Would definitely stay again when visiting Dubrovnik 😊

Everything is perfect! The house is very comfortable, the furniture and decorations are very beautiful, the bathrooms and rooms are super clean. The view from the balcony is great to Lokrum island. Nikolina is amazing, nice, kind and helpful person. Her special attitude made our stay unforgettable. She welcomed us with a delicious ice cream for refreshing. All the time I had feeling I am at my own home! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Nice stay

The hosts were extremely kind and friendly. They go above and beyond just to make your stay good. I got ice cream upon arrival as i was sweating from the heat. 😋 The room is very clean,modern and has nice decors. The shared patio has very nice views of the sea. I spent socialing there one night with a lovely British couple and a nice French couple over some wine. I got a cheaper and comfortable airport transfer from the owner himself. Thank you! Will definitely recommend!

I would have wanted my own balcony in the room, as a lone female traveller, as they have shown balcony here in booking.com when i booked, but no balcony in my somewhat attic-like room. I used the shared patio downstairs instead, which was fine.
