This high-end executive home provides a private retreat to unwind in the warmth and serenity of Cape Coral! Perfect for large families or multiple couples! This beautifully furnished 3,600 square foot waterfront home sits on a quiet street in the exclusive Tarpon Point neighborhood. It is a five bedroom, 6 bath private home with direct gulf access just off the Bimini canal only a short 5 minutes from inter-coastal waters…a boater’s dream!
Enter the tropical courtyard and step into your own private oasis. Inside awaits a grand 2 story foyer leading to an elegant sitting room with gas fireplace perfect for curling up with a good book. The 11 foot ceilings on the main floor create an open and expansive feel throughout. The spacious main living area features an open floor plan for socializing. The fully-equipped kitchen is all new, including stainless steel appliances, granite breakfast bar and informal dining area that is open to the living room area. A regulation pool table is located in a game room just off the main living area. Full wall, 11 foot glass sliders comprise two complete walls opening to the spacious lanai area with an outdoor kitchen.
Sleep like a king in the beautiful ground floor master suite with direct pool area access, or choose one of three bedrooms on the second floor all appointed with King beds and full on suite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom features a king bed and an adjacent bathroom.

The private dock on the gulf access canal runs the 100’ width of the property and provides a great place for afternoon fishing or docking any size of boat.

We loved the house...was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool and being able to park our boat at the house/canal outback was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

All in all not a bad property, the Ac wasn't working properly half my stay,it was entirely too hot ,making it uncomfortable, also had a graduation dinner for my daughter ,with no music, wasn't loud, was told my guests had to leave or the threat of police..my wife is a judge and half the guests were law enforcement, completely uncalled for

The home was located on the canal so we rented a boat and were able to dock it at the house. The home was close to the open water and we only had about a 15 minute boat ride in the wake free zone! The group loved the lanai and hot tub, and we had no issues heating it up. (Just make sure to plan ahead as it takes about 45 mins to heat.) Overall the stay was nice and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prep all of our meals.

We love formal settings, so walking in it felt like a home away from home to us. The owners were very friendly and quick to address any questions/requests. Highly recommend this home and without any hesitation would definitely stay here again. There is still some minor damage being addressed from the hurricane, however nothing that affected our stay. One thing that we were pleasantly surprised by was the availability of beach chairs and other equipment which made our trip to Sanibel Island much more enjoyable. Thank you Sheila & Kevin for opening your home, it really made our vacation that much more enjoyable!

Our family of eight adults had wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious and the quiet location is fantastic. We kayaked and fished in the back canal, enjoyed the pool and patio area. A manatee even gave us a visit! Communication with owners was easy and they where very responsive. We would highly recommend this home!

Two families spent a few days here relaxing before the holidays and despite the cold weather enjoyed all the house had to offer. Hot tub and backyard area were so nice and kitchen had all we needed!

We had a group of 10 stay at the house. The house was the best stocked house we have stayed at in the area yet. There was plenty of room for everyone to move around and ample space for relaxation. House was great for 2 families. We were very impressed with all the provided basics, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and everyday cleaners. First home we’ve ever rented that provided all of those things. The location is nice, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva are a short ride away. Shopping and dining also very close. The home has a dock, we rented a boat for a couple days of our trip and were able to keep it right at the house. Kids loved the pool and ping pong table. Owner was always in touch and answered any questions we had immediately.

We had a group of 9 adults and one child and this property was perfect for all of us. We loved the pool and dock. A few even caught some fish. Nice quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to all my questions. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

The house is gorgeous. Every bedroom was perfect. The house is decorated wonderfully. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. The outside area was perfect for our family of 8. We rented a boat (and captain) for a day and they picked us up right at the back. The pool table and ping pong table were fun items to have. I highly recommend!

The house was very nice. The pictures of the pool was a bit deceiving it looked much larger than it actually was. The jacuzzi was nice, wish it would have had more jets. The dock was very nice & well maintained & great to fish from too. The house was very well located close to restaurants, grocery, and marina & to open water. Nice quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the whole house sound system. Made for a nice relaxing week.

This is our third year staying here and it is always a pleasure. We love the neighborhood area here in Cape Coral. The property owner is very accommodating if anything is needed. This house is very clean and roomy and allows a lot of privacy for 4 adult couples. We had friends with us the first week and family the second week. The grocery stores and restaurants are very close by! If you are considering this VRBO rental, I recommend it highly!

The overall property is spacious and decent. Some of it is getting outdated. Our biggest issue was the pool heater was not working even though that was on the listing. Hot tub took hours to heat up each time and then would get cold too quick as well. Tried communicating with host, they only had excuses and when we asked for a partial Refund, they refused. Of our 7 nights there, only one day was okay to be in the pool and with five kids that’s all they wanted to do so huge disappointment and frustrating that there is no other recourse to hold Owners accountable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious, clean, and well stocked with nearly everything you would expect. We fished off the dock and caught plenty of catfish, snapper, and drum. We rented a 24ft Hurricane deck boat and docked it at the house and had easy access to big water. We used the spa every day. They boys played pool and ping pong every evening. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.

I have a house in the area that was affected by hurricane Ian and needed to be in the area to coordinate work on my house. This house is appointed like your home not a rental house. They make it feel like home as my guess is it is their home not just a rental. Many of the local bars and restaurants were also back open just a month after the storm. Jay from Chicago

This was the easiest property to rent and the home is just beautiful. There were 8 adults and one 3 yr old. Plenty of room and everything was at the home we needed, to have a relaxing week The pool was used daily to keep us cool just gorgeous. Fantastic home for a large gathering of family or friends. Five bedrooms with king size beds with their own bathrooms. Excellent lanai with outside shower and bathroom. Large pool with a very nice whirlpool. Home is well stocked with towels and kitchen items needed. The large dock easily accommodated the 27ft pontoon boat we rented. Just an overall great experience and highly recommend. The owners Kevin and Sheila were great in communication. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!!
