About this apartment rental
Centrally located two double bedroom flat in a grade 1 regency town house in central Brighton location next to the sea that will sleep up to six! Original period features throughout. Positioned at the top of Brunswick Sq gardens in Brunswick Place South. A short walk away from all Brighton's leading tourist attractions.
This apartment has plenty of space for your stay with a double and twin bedroom a bathroom with shower and a separate en suite shower room. The lounge also has an additional double sofa bed. The kitchen is also large and complete with all facilities including dishwasher. It also has its own private patio. Further photos can be seen on my website.
Parking can be arranged outside the apartment. Children are welcome and a cot bed and highchair are available on request.

From outside the flat there are views towards Brunswick Sq gardens and sea. It is centrally located and within a one minute walk from the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. Almost all the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton can be reached within no more than a ten minute walk including Brighton Sealife Centre, The Palace Pier and The Royal Pavillion, the Historic Lanes shopping area, Brighton's Theatre Royal and Kemptown.
The flat is ideally suited for families looking for a short break, or for those with children or those attending Conferences at the nearby Brighton Centre. It is only a fifteen minute walk from Brighton and Hove stations.
Street parking and NCP car parks are located within a short walk from the flat as well. There is a frequent bus service to Brighton Marina which is situated on the outskirts of Brighton.

Wonderful location in Brighton
Excellent area, had trouble 1st night with TV and WiFi not working, was taken care of next day. But only negatives were you couldn't hook up to WiFi if in the back of flat, had to be in the front room, not back in bedrooms, and the water never got hot enough, took warm baths. This could have been fixed, but I did not mention it to the owner. Otherwise, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for 3 of us. Was amazingly quiet even though we were very close to a very busy area.

Schönes Appartment in guter Lage
Das Objekt ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, lediglich die Angabe "souterrain" hat gefehlt :-) War aber kein Abbruch, denn die Wohnung war auch für schlechtes Wetter gut geeignet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, nur an der Sauberkeit hat's leider gemangelt :-( Wir haben erst mal alles abgespült ... Außerdem fehlen überall Haken, um Jacken, Kleidung, Handtücher etc. aufzuhängen. Aber sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Hi, the flat itself was perfectly clean and suitable, although could do with some re-decoration. The comms from either HomeAway or the owner left a little to be desired, there was nothing in the way of email confirmation of booking, payments, final payment reminders etc, this element could be improved upon.

Very comfortable & convenient
This is a great location, close to the front and lots of good restaurants and shops. The flat has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There were a couple of niggles such as a broken bedside lamp but this is easily fixed. The owner is incredibly helpful and responded to questions immediately. We had a great time, thank you.

Great extended weekend stay
This place was recommended to us by family friends of ours who had stayed in the summer and praised its great location and quality of the property. We fancied a long weekend break by the coast so thought we would book the same apartment as we had a similar size group to theirs. Our stay met and exceeded our expectations. The property was very well kept, cosy and looked exactly like the photos. It was also perfectly situated next to a lovely small park which overlooks the coast and is a short distance from lots of nice bars and restaurants. While it was a very cold weekend, it was also very sunny which made for great morning walks and the apartment kept us nice and toasty at night when the temperature dipped. The landlord was very responsive when we first called her to make check in arrangements and assured us that she was only ever a phone call or text away should we have needed her for any further assistance. Thankfully we didn’t and our overall stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Would highly recommend to small family groups.

Happy family meeting in Brighton
Brunswick place flat was a nice place for our family meeting .we did enjoy our stay. The flat was in central Brighton, clean with most of the accessories. The land lord was very helpful. We do recommend it for a family holiday.

Great flat
We had a great stay. The apartment is very spacious in a good location, well equipped and clean. A true representation of the photos shown. Brighton was fantastic too. The weather was really good for our stay.

Patio apartment
Good location, close to the sea front, restaurants and bars.The apartment looked tired and was not what we would call luxury, the en suite to the twin room was mouldy particularly around the shower, the bottom section of the en suite window was rotten from damp and could not be closed.The twin bedroom smelt fusty and there was lots of accumaltion of dust at the back of the bed. The extension cables drilled through the cupboard were untidy and potentially unsafe. In the lounge the light fitting fell off the ceiling and the smoke detector was found in a cupboard.

Absolutely Brilliant!!
We used this apartment to make a weekend of a visit to the university to give our daughter an idea of the real "Brighton".
The apartment was perfect, small and compact but suited our weekend needs totally and very clean and comfortable.

Excellent apartment, can't wait to go again!!!
We had an brilliant weekend at this Brighton apartment. We were a party of three adults and a child. Very accurate descriptions of position,a variety of shops, restaurants and the sea only a few minutes walk away. Taxi from the station drops off at taxi rank just opposite which was great for getting another for our return journey or trips out.
Layout and facilities were as described, very clean and better than the photos which we felt did not do it justice.
Highchair and travel cot were available if needed. Friendly owner provides excellent customer service.
We would recommend this property to friends and family and we have already booked to go again!!!!
