Upon arrival, Marco greeted us outside which was very helpful since we didn’t have to look around for our apartment after our drive from Milan. Veronica welcomed us in the apartment and everything was exactly like in the pictures. Both Veronica and Marco were very kind and helpful providing us recommendations.

There are so many complimentary things I can say about the property and the host Veronica. Simply put I had a total of 6 people in my party (myself, wife and 4 young adult kids ages 18-21). The accommodations were extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Having a washing machine was fantastic in order to have clean clothes to repack. The location in my opinion was absolutely amazing and centrally located to everything in Como Town. When we arrived at Como San Giovanni train station Veronica was there to greet us. It was a 3 minute walk from the train station to the accommodations. This worked our great for our departure as well. Veronica welcomed us with a bottle of wine, snacks, cold water in the refrigerator. The living room windows open up to a park which allows for fresh air and nice views. Plenty of mini split A/C systems in the home as well to keep you cool. Veronica was extremely thorough providing details on everything relating best places to eat, recommendations for travel up to Bellagio and Verrana, boat rentals, location of the 24 hour grocery market etc. I cannot emphasize the friendly and welcoming spirit Veronica provided in addition to the beautiful home we stayed in. Thank you for the fantastic accommodations and experience. We will see you again!

We really enjoyed this apartment and our stay in Como. The apartment is in a great location near the train station and was exactly as advertised. Veronica met us at check in and showed us around. She provides great communication about suggested activities and restaurants, and her husband Marco has a private boat service. We used this for a private boat tour which was a highlight of our stay. This was the perfect place for our family of 5, and we would stay here again.

The apartment is nice inside and in walking distance to the Lake, station, and Como Center. Many dining places and a supermarket are also nearby. Private parking for 2 cars is a nice addition since finding a parking spot on streets of Como could be a challenge. The host is super kind and nice.

I would give it ten stars if possible. Veronica made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfectly situated near the train station and only a short walk to the center of town. The apartment was welll apointed with everything needed for a great stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s place which is conveniently close to the train station. She was very helpful and made several suggestions on what to see and do. The house is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend staying there!

We were so grateful for the warm welcome, incredible suggestions and beautiful apartment. The location near the train station was absolutely perfect for our needs. Surprisingly, we never heard a single train, announcement, etc. Don’t let the proximity to the station deter you. If you are traveling by train, it’s an absolute plus.

I would recommend this apartment to our family and friends without any hesitation. This apartment in Como was perfect in everyway except one. The apartment is not airconditioned. Putting aside the lack of airconditioning, we could not have been happier. The host, Veronica, was generous with her time and knowledge of Como. She met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment - which was very close to the train station. Not that you could hear the trains going to and from the station from the apartment. The apartment is a two level apartment was located on the first floor in a very clean, tidy secured apartment complex. The apartment was perfect for up to 6 people with every modern convenience you could wish for including a washing machine. The beds in the apartment were all very comfortable. We were in Como in mid July 2023 and it got a bit hot some days. Whilst it would have been nice to have returned to an airconditioned apartment, we found that the apartment was able to be cooled enough with open windows and fans. We will return to Como again soon and will definitely stay in this apartment if it is available. Thank you to Veronica. You were an amazing host.

Excellent communication and info from Veronica who met us at the train station. Convenient for the train and walk into Como and the Lake. Lots of advice about where to eat and what to do. Veronica even booked us into a local restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Would recommend as Veronica could not have done more to make our 3 night stay in Como perfect

Como was our first stop on our trip, and we were so pleased with our first couple nights in Italy! Owners were very friendly, helpful, and flexible. The place was comfortable, quiet, clean, and cute! thank you for a wonderful stay!

Veronica’s property is in a prime location for Lake Como, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Veronica will meet you at the train station and show you the property along with her recommendations for the area. The property is super clean and neat. Her husband has a boating license and offered to take our group on a private boat tour. Definitely take him up on this offer as the boat tour was our favorite thing we did on the trip. You choose how long of a tour and what cities you want to visit and he will take care of the rest. We had such a fun time! Veronica is a very accommodating and friendly host and I highly recommend this listing.

The apartment is super suitable for 2 couples (and 2 children). Offers enough space and invites you to linger. The proximity to the train station is also great and that you have a parking space directly at the house. The landlady was very accommodating, super nice and has given helpful tips and info.

We loved this apartment. Well situated near the train station. Looks out onto a beautiful park. The hostess met us at the train station and oriented us. She then passed us a list of her favorite places. We happily ate our way through Italy and enjoyed our stay immensely.

The apartment is well situated close to center of Como and well equipped and very spacious. Absolutely no complaints. The parking facility is fine and directions given by Veronica, the owner was most helpful - we had a great stay in Como.

Very central within walking distance of everything inComo
We had a most enjoyable 4-hight stay in this well-appointed and well located apartment. Whilst we had a car we parked it for the entire period of our stay and walked everywhere. Veronica and Michael were great hosts, going out of their way to help us locate the property on a late and very rainy night and made sure that we had everything we needed for our first night's stay. Our only criticism and it is a minor issue, is that we found the shower in the second bathroom challenging as it was over the bath tub and there was no shower curtain, but the water was hot and the apartment comfortable. We would certainly recommend this place.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. It is well located, plenty of space. Car parking available.

Plenty of space and the location was quiet but still close to the lake. Don't stay there if u are looking for a nice view from the apt though. Beds were very comfortable. I think you should invest in nicer looking bath mats and stock a little with extra toilet paper and soap for the bath. Overall a good value and I would recommend it to others.
