Description:
Nestled in the center of Sunriver you will find this updated and spacious Three-Level home that is ideal for a larger family or group. This home features lots of deck space that is great for barbecuing and sitting out on a nice day with a great view of the 16th Fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course.

Main Level:
Upstairs from the split-level entry is the main area of the home, perfect for family time and entertaining. On this level you will find a large, airy, sun-drenched Living area with wrap-around windows, that help let all the light in, giving you a feeling of peace and tranquility. Leather couch and love seat will help you relax with the large Smart TV and the wood stove. Cooking and eating come easy in this home with a fully stocked Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and exceptional Dining area. There's also the laundry room which houses a full bath as well.

Upstairs, 2 Bedrooms:
On the top level of this home, you will find two bedrooms. The first is on the left down the hall and has a set of bunkbeds and a balcony.
At the end of the hall is one of two primary bedrooms in the home that features a large King bed and an enormous Master bathroom that has a large jetted bathtub, separate step-in shower, and double sinks.

Downstairs:
Down from the split level entry, you will find three more bedrooms. The second Primary Bedroom is downstairs and has not only a King bed but a Twin bed as well plus a wall mounted Smart TV and door leading outside under the deck. There is an attached full bath with garden tub and separate shower. That bath is also accessed via the hall for the other two bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom Two downstairs has two Bunk Beds and Bedroom Three has a Queen bed. An air mattress is supplied to sleep 14.

Garage:
The separate garage is set up as a rec room with Couch, chairs, Ping Pong, a putting Golf game and 11 bikes and a tag along for your use.

Camera:
For security reasons, this home has a video camera at the front door. No audio is recorded and no private areas are within view of the lens.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

This was a great place for my family, my sister's family, and my parents. There was space to spread out and space to gather. Great location, great deck, fully stocked! Property management was communicative and helpful, and everything was clean and as listed. We stayed here during the record-breaking heat, and the top floor definitely got hot! But, opened up in the evening and it cooled considerably before closing up in the morning. It was manageable!

It’s a lovely old style home if you don’t mind the stairs the heating down stairs was a issue for our kids it was very cold during night maybe something to look in to Kitchen isn’t very equipped but we made it work overall we enjoyed our stay

The online listing indicated the house had air conditioning, and we were visiting when the weather was in 90s. There is no AC for all upstairs bedrooms. On top of that, the screens were shredded so we couldn’t open the windows. We contacted the property management company and got a quick courteous response, but the issues were not resolved during our stay. Sunriver is amazing and we loved the location and all of the amenities, but the property was tired and in the end we were very dissatisfied with the value. We will definitely not rent this property or with this company again.

When we arrived it was a 95 degree day. The house is a tri-level. The main floor and lower floor were pleasantly cooled. The top floor, with the main bedroom, had no ac. My husband and I looked and looked for it and could not find any vents or controls for ac for this area. We finally called the Prop. Mgr. They contacted the owner who told them, to tell us.... to open all the windows on the floor and it would cool off at night (also, to close it up in the day time to preserve coolness). this worked OK but it took up our precious vaca time to figure it out. Also, very annoying, I could not get the washing machine to work. There was a little note on the washer telling me to "jiggle the handle" to get it to work. IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME. This also took a couple of hours to resolve (3 calls on 3 different days). A repair man came and got a replacement part enabling the machine to work. The property manager was so helpful and sympathetic. It meant a lot!! The best part was being on the golf course. The kids and the dog could play every night! Kids from all the surrounding houses came out every night. The house had plenty of room, except the kitchen. I would call it Half of a Galley Kitchen. The furniture on the deck was not comfortable. I'm being a little picky, but these seem like BASIC things. Thank you for letting up rent your house in Sunriver for our first visit.

We’ve been staying in SR for a number of years now. We’ve liked most of our homes, but as a home to share, this is great. Essentially it has two separate sleeping floors, with two master baths. The middle floor is the living floor and has a bath plus laundry. Everything was great and as advertised, but two problems. One, the railing in the front upstairs bedroom was very loose, possibly rotten. It needs immediate attention to protect the kids that stay in that room. Two, the windows in the kitchen aren’t functioning, and need to be addressed before they actually break. What I liked now. The SHARC passes were nice as they get you into the water park, but also the boat launch so you can float from the bridge and leave a vehicle at the boat launch to get out. The garage was appreciated for storing our mountain bikes. Check in and check out was essentially by electronic communications. Easy. Enjoy, we did.

Overall, good property and a nice stay. First, two small concerns. We visited during a hot part of summer and, with no AC, the place remained a bit uncomfortably warm (though many fans were provided). Second, kitchen layout is a bit strange with sink far away from cooking area. Neither of these are deal-killers as the positives overwhelmed these two concerns. Positives include comfortable beds, a nice layout for larger family, master bath is very good, a hot tub and deck that are easy to use, good views from the decks all around, well appointed kitchen (lots of good dishes, pots, pans, sharp knives, basic herbs/spices/sugar/flour), and plenty of extra bedding. This house would be an excellent destination in fall/winter and we are likely to return. Finally, it’s obvious that the house is an older one that’s reasonably well maintained, though like most older homes, it will need continued TLC.

Love location and the house

Love location and the house

As I stated in my prior review, the house is great, nice open concept. Love the neighborhood but you can definitely tell this one was for rent. Exterior paint needed, needs new carpets, furniture needs to be updated and the deck needs staining (my son got a splinter). We were all good with it but thought you'd want our honest opinion.

There was a stain on the carpet and I thought it would be cool to have more bikes to ride but that's the only thing I would say to improve on. Other than that very nice place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although there were plenty of rooms and the place was clean, it was outdated and not really cozy. We have been spoiled over the years with nicely decorated homes with well supplied kitchens. The frying pans were awful and warped. The knives could not cut a green pepper. One of the coffee makers leaked and the other was broken. No crock pots. few serving supplies, placemats were gross. The master toilet upstairs had to be worked to flush and the seat was falling off. Not our best experience. heating throughout the house was varied. The furniture was old and worn.
