Welcome to 67 Canal Landing, Rehoboth Beach!
OVERVIEW: A beautiful and immaculate townhome will provide a spacious atmosphere to accommodate multiple generations and large families/groups approx. three thousand square feet w/ four levels. Three primary bedrooms are available, and a sizeable fourth-level loft area is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV (only streaming). The bottom-level primary bedroom offers access to the rear patio, flat-screen TV, queen bed & private bathroom. The main level is bright and airy with a large screened-in porch w/ pond & pool views, a brand new designer kitchen with a heat induction range, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. Your third level offers a substantial primary suite w/ King Bed, private bathroom, balcony, and smart flat-screen TV. The final bedroom on the 3rd level offers a queen bed, smart flat-screen TV, and a full hall bathroom. Your top-level loft area will accommodate four guests w/ Pyramid Bunk Bed and Queen Bed.
LOCATION: This development, complete with a community pool, sits right on the canal w/ dock access and is within walking distance of Rehoboth Beach's incredible restaurants and shops. Only 1 mile to Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, super easy walk or bike ride. Just steps from Rehoboth Ave, restaurants, tax-free shops, and a farmer's market on Tuesday across the street in the public community Tot Lot (community playground). You are also located a few minutes from the Breakwater Trail, with biking access to downtown Lewes.
PARKING: Three parking spots are available: One in the garage, one in front of the garage, and one assigned spot #67.
AMENITIES: Electric grill, community pool, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, and lovely screened-in porch.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. No pets and no smoking! Linens are not supplied; however, we offer a linen rental package to guests. Check-in directly at the house with an electronic keypad system. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our group of 9 enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is spacious and beautiful; it appears as advertised. The location was great - a short drive to the main strip of stores and restaurants on Highway 1 and just over a mile walk (or drive) to the boardwalk and beach. We also enjoyed using the warm community pool. The loft area of the house was a great space for our kids; however, it was not air conditioned and very warm up there, so they had trouble sleeping. (We ended up purchasing standing fans to cool the space down.) We also had an issue with the listing, which stated that a game room and tennis courts were located on the property. It was disappointing to find out this wasn’t true, as we had looked forward to both of those amenities. We spoke with a Remax agent who then modified the listing to be more clear. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a great week in Rehoboth!

We had a lovely stay at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool is so nice. The location was so close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. We would absolutely stay again!

The property was overall very well appointed. The kitchen had plenty of dish and glass ware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. The knives were VERY dull. Need to be sharpened. Two glaring omissions were kitchen towels and bath mats. Have NEVER rented a place that did not supply those. That should be corrected. And apparently this owner is difficult to deal with. It took two days to get a broken toilet replaced. Having to do the steps with a disabled person to use the toilet was extremely difficult. The other toilets in the house should also be replaced. They all required the plunger to be held down 5-8 seconds to be sure everything flushed down.

Salt Pool was heated which was a very pleasant surprise! I did wish that the house had beach gear/chairs, bikes and/or game room (like foosball, pool table, gaming console, ping pong or air hockey... ). Also, there is a night club next door which played music late on the weekend, but it didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great choice and we'd book again.

This town house has large rooms and is conveniently located right off of Rehoboth Avenue. Various options for breakfast within walking distance. Three parking spaces available.

Working with ReMax was a great experience, as we had some serious A.C. issues and it was 88 degrees outside and very humid. There a few amenities that could be upgraded! The NEST thermometer likely controlled by owners made it difficult to stay cool inside, especially throughout the night, it kept automatically going up to 78 degrees. The George Forman electric grill that cooks about 2 burgers when you are staying in a house that sleeps 10 people is illogical. Almost all the other units supplied a gas grill. I had read it was against HOA, however that does not seem to be the case. We saw at least three just in the row of condos we were in. Would’ve made cooking much easier. A couple beach chairs for renters to use would be nice as well. Travelers coming from far away have a lot to bring. Another amenity that would be nice is some bath mats or rugs that could be washed. We enjoyed our stay but it was pretty bare bones. I think a couple additions as mentioned would make it a better rental.

House Was An Issue
While the location and general accommodations were great, the kitchen had a speciality induction stove, but was inadequately stocked to prepare meals for a large family. There was no guidance about the limited supplies or the specialty range, so nothing I brought for the kitchen worked. It would have been okay had there been a BBQ, like every other property in the community, but the owner refused to let us even purchase one.
In addition, the television in the loft was broken and nobody came to fix it, despite being told they would.
Finally, unlike every other place I've rented, there wasn't a single extra blanket, throw, or pillow in the place and the blankets on the bed were flimsy.
I would not stay here again.

Very nice stay
This place was great. Very spacious and clean. Many areas to enjoy. The decoration in the house was very cozy and appropriate for a house near the beach. The main level including the kitchen, dining room and living room are very distributed. Especially the kitchen was very nice. The swimming pool was clean and not crowded. Nice outdoors. Parking was very convenient.

Great place for larger families ! With 4 stories you don’t feel crammed in. Living room and kitchen/dining room open layout so great place for gathering around meals. 3 decks or patios! Garage great for storage of vacation items like bikes and boating equipment. Would recommend!

This was an AMAZING property to stay at! We loved hanging out at the house after a long day out and about. It was great to be able to just walk into town for shopping, dining and to the beach. The Egg and Pasqualini's Bakery were fantastic and right around the corner! Looking forward to our next stay!

Home Away From Home was gorgeous!
The location, cleanliness, comfort...all of it pulled together and made for a very enjoyable beach vacation! We were easily able to socially distance while out and about. We do want to return!

Perfect House
We took our bikes to the house and it was perfect. We biked to the boardwalk daily for ice cream. The pool was around the corner, you could see it from the patio which was extremely convenient. Alcohol was allowed at the pool and it was never crowded. The house itself was very nice and clean. It had plenty of space for our larger family.
One item to note is that the stove is and induction stove. We had brought a pan but couldn’t use it. There are pots and pans there that can be used.
Highly recommend this house for your vacation!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Not one single complaint! Beautiful townhouse - couldn’t have asked for more.
Only suggestion is that the owner should replace the coffee pot with a Keurig - so much easier than having to make a pot every morning.

Having to provide your own linen, soap and paper products is not convenent (had to buy king size sheets). But the place is great, wonderful kitchen, huge master suite, lovely community pool...and a great bakery nearby!

Good stay at Rehoboth
The house was very nice and clean when we arrived although we had not received the code email to get into the property, Remax was able to take care of that quickly. The outdoor second floor porch is a bonus and the kitchen is great for cooking a large breakfast and socializing. If you are renting this property, bring toilet paper! There were no extra rolls to be found in the house on the first night and very little left in any bathroom, which resulted in a midnight run to WAWA. The location is fantastic, a five minute walk to Egg in the morning and very close to the canal.

Perfect beach townhouse!
Awesome property tucked off Rehoboth Ave in quiet cul-de-sac. Within walking distance of all our favorite spots - or you could get a parking permit for the week. Great set up for us - we had multiple families with kids. Very clean, extra amenities tucked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and relaxing screen porch. Only downside is that there is no grill on property. We did not check out the pool but we could see it from the porch. Large kitchen and open living room perfect for large groups hanging out. Every bedroom has a TV. Location was perfect - I was worried being on the other side of the canal but it was very walkable! Close to Crystal Diner and Egg - two great breakfast spots!

Beachy, Roomy and Sparkly Clean!
From the street we had no idea of the treasure that awaited us. First impression is that of a lovely neighborhood with big beautiful shade trees on well manicured grounds. Three parking spots are ample for the unit, one being the private garage on ground floor. Upon entry our eyes were treated to a kaleidoscope of cheerful, beachy colors in each room with tidy white trim framing each room. The main living space is huge with oodles of comfortable seating options from an oversized sectional sofa with lots of comfy pillows, a modern side chair and small table (perfect for games or cards) to a beautiful wood dining table easily seating eight to ten. The TV’s easily accept whatever streaming program you personally have, we used our Netflix account with no problem. All the lighting is adjustable so it is easy to create whatever mood you desire in each room. The kitchen is anchored by a giant marble island surrounded by some modern barstools making it a perfect gathering place. All the cabinets and cupboards are shiny and clean and the appliances seem brand new. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed...even dishes for 20 people! There are bathrooms on each floor and the bedrooms are sunny and bright, some with personal balconies for lounging or reading . The screened-in porch off the main floor is delightful for a group to enjoy morning coffee , lunch or games together. Loved the teak deck furniture out there!
The bedrooms have individual thermostats ( nice feature) and have nice comfortable beds with new pillows. Each bedroom has a huge walk-in closet with hangars provided and it’s own TV. No detail has been overlooked with this property from the hairdryer to the beach wagon. It was just a short jaunt to downtown Rehoboth and the beach , as well as easy to reach the many fabulous restaurants along the main highway . Fisherman’s and the Iron Hill Brewery were nearby and wonderful. This is a beautiful property in a prime location with everything you would ever need, definitely more than meets the eye!!
