Newly built in the traditional style, using locally sourced stone, the six bedroom villa is the epitome of contemporary luxury and style, delivering all the comforts of home, with a little extra opulence!
Each of the six bedrooms is generously proportioned and beautifully furnished, with large windows or French doors opening out onto the terrace, or a private balcony. The property also offers four spacious bathrooms; a separate W.C.; and a large, open-plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen, complete with all the mod cons.
As well as the charmingly maintained terrace, the garden includes a well-equipped barbeque and dining area, and a private swimming pool, overlooking the bay.
Just 1 km away from Mikros Gialos, where you can find a selection of excellent bars and restaurants, and gain access to the crystal clear water and immaculate beach, Villa Giapis provides an idyllic location for a dream family holiday.
