Cute little room in a cabin-style with nice view! It has a tiny chilling area next to the window, very cozy. Strong AC. There’s a water heater in the room to make coffee or tea. The family was sweet and accommodating. Location is central, close to many restaurants, supermarket, and bus station. Breakfast was massive, including watermelon and tomato salad.
The ceiling is very low - if you’re above 180 cm, you won’t be able to stand in the room. The bathroom was not really comfortable- it was constantly wet due to the lack of separation between the shower and toilet, and the drain was often blocked. Breakfast was mostly gluten, too oily and sweet for morning bites. The thick blankets didn’t smell clean.

If you are taller tham avarege, might be a bit small but for couple of nights is OK

A wonderfully kind and considerate host who was always eager to help. The breakfasts were delicious and more than 2 people could eat. The room was quaint, comfortable and had the most amazing views of the Caucasus mountains. What a sight to wake up to!
The roof is a little low for someone 6'+ but not a huge issue at all

A gem, amazing value. Lovingly decorated in the centre close to bus station. Heater, comfortable quilts and tons of Hot water. Lovely views Up high over Sighnaghi. Loved coming back at the end of the day.
Needs a Big sign outside that says where It is.

Pretty small room with balcony
- not easy to find, no name on the door or the ring
- breakfast too simple, no jam, no fruits

Nice hostel at the centre of Signaghi. The terrace where breakfast is served has amazing views. The rooms are basic, but have all that you need, including WIFI and airco. The hosts are super friendly and serve breakfast that would feed an entire army.
We didn't get towels, but I think they just forgot. We tried to ask for them, but couldnt reach anyone in the house below (where the owners live, I believe)

Owner and her daughter speaks good English. Guesthouse is very close to center but with good parking option directly infront house on main road. Good value for money accommodation. Nice view from terrace. Brakfast with pancake and water melon.
It is good option for one night. Rooms are rooftop means in the summer are very very hot. Even room have AC we could not cool it down enough for good night sleep (but we dont like to have AC running whole night).
Tbilisi visitors please read this one reccommendation, as for some strange reason I could not write review directly: if you plan visit Tbilisi avoid "Guest House Old Tbilisi". It was total fraud. They offer rooms they never had or have long time rented and just put you in any available room, for example without private bathroom. Plus there is no parking, with bigger 4x4 car you can spend more than hour searching for free route to guesthouse finally finding it without parking.

This is probably the best value I had on my trip. the room is simple, but clean with excellent air conditioning. when you add in a great breakfast the overall quality can't be beat for the price I paid.

This place is so blissful and welcoming. Thea and her family are the most welcoming hosts, ready to spoil you. I really loved the nigvziani badrijani you cooked for me just because I said I liked them! I loved the comfy bed in my cosy room and righr outside the door the terrace offers spectacular views of the quaint little town, the sprawling valley below and the snow-capped Caucus Mountains in the distance. You can wander around to all the sights or just soak up the peace and quiet. I stayed for three days but wished for three weeks more.

This place is an absolute gem. Perfect location right in the middle of town. Terrace with a beautiful view. The best breakfast (we got freshly made dumplings that were some of the best I've ever had). The room was small but very cozy and the bed was comfortable. The hostess speaks great English.
There's no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets wet. Would be nice if there was a mop.

The location was awesome: 3 blocks to the bus station, near lots of restaurants, wineries, park, and the castle. Space is cozy and unique but very comfortable. Heating (from AC unit) was efficient. WiFi strong. Family owners are fantastic: friendly, helpful and even speak great English. Breakfast was yummy and brought up to our terrace, which has an awesome view. Neighborhood was quiet even though property is downtown.
Just to note that there are two flights of stairs to all 3 rooms and that shower is Asian style (without shower enclosure). Both described so anticipated and not an issue for me.
