Great Location & very clean unit. Host slow to respond to messages and 4 days to resolve small issue- provide 2 pillowcases for two bare pillows. Small bathroom can benefit from adding an exhaust fan. Feels like a steam bath . Also can use shelves in shower for soap and shampoo & better sheets(clean but worn & pilling)The pool very clean and felt safe. Overall a good stay. For price, cleanliness, & location I would recommend.

Everything you need for a couples getaway to the beach. Easy walking distance to great food and the beach of course. Host was very responsive to any questions. Property was clean and comfortable and accurately described in the listing. Would definitely stay again!

This was exactly what I was looking for! I have no complaints! The host was super great. The location was ideal! There was so much in the small apartment that I could have packed less. I appreciate the toiletries. I was worried the Murphy bed would be uncomfortable, but it was great and easy to pull down. I would definitely stay in this exact location if I were to come back again! Thanks :)

Cute place and neighborhood. The beach and the Hollywood boardwalk are right there. Rocky did everything to make it a great visit. We used the beach chairs and umbrella for several mornings on the beach.

The space was small, but fit 2 people just fine. It had everything we needed for a week-long stay. I appreciated that there was a cooler, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs. The AC functioned well! The shared spaces like the patio, grill, and pool were all clean and well-kept. The location was on the north end of the broadwalk, therefore very close to everything Hollywood has to offer. One thing I didn't realize is that the washer and dryer was not in-unit (maybe I read the listing wrong, it might've been in there), they were out by the pool and coin operated. So just keep that in mind if you plan to use them. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely plan to stay here again.

Loved this property and it's location ! It was a short walk to Hollywood beach with all the restaurants and bars you could need along the boardwalk. It has a lovely courtyard where we spent a lot of time , perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The inside has been updated and perfect for 1 or a couple. It has great fridge, microwave, toaster oven and did notice a cooktop in the cupboard. Even though we didn't cook there it seemed to have everything you would need. Great pool area also. Hosts Rocky and Hope were great ! Quick to respond to help with any inquiries we had. Would stay here again ! Heather

We had a wonderful stay and the hosts were fantastic with communication. This unit is steps from the beach/boardwalk and all necessities were nearby. We are booked to stay here again after our cruise before we head home. The hosts are wonderful.

We had an incredible weekend in Fort Lauderdale! Rocky was very accommodating and attentive to anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to rest & relax at the beach. The location is very convenient, in walking distance of pretty much anything we needed and was the perfect size for 2 people. Would definitely book again!

This cute studio has everything you need for a beach escape! A well stocked kitchen and loads of beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler bag) and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. A great place to soak up some sun. Restaurants galore and don't forget the heated pool to relax in after a long beach day. So cute!

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment. Quiet and safe area. Steps to the lovely beach and the broadwalk with several restaurants in easy walking distance. It was great to have beach chairs, bag, towels and umbrella! Nice courtyard with tables, chairs and gas grills. Peaceful, clean and relaxing pool. We hope to return for another anniversary getaway next year.

My daughter and I recently stayed here. It’s a lovely gem. The beach/boardwalk is two blocks away. There’s plenty of dining options and cute little shops to pop into. The owners are easily accessible and friendly not only at booking but while staying on the property. The property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a proper vacation. We can’t wait to visit again.

My wife and I came down to see Andrea Bocelli in concert and decided to stay and have a week vacation. This gem was perfect literally steps to the Boardwalk and many restaurants. A great sit on the inter coastal is Tubs .. 5 minutes away funky spot.. world famous. Anyways this Vrbo is perfect for a short stay and exactly as advertised.. highly recommend

Rocky and Hope’s Hollywood Beach condo was so awesome! Super clean and quiet. Very safe neighborhood. We met some nice neighbors visiting from Canada. We were pleasantly surprised about their annual Christmas parade down the boardwalk Saturday night. You are literally steps away from the boardwalk and one of the greatest beaches in Florida! You really cannot beat this location. It’s surrounded by beautiful restaurants and shops. We rented bikes for the day and explored the area. I would also recommend checking out Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, which is only about two minute walk down the boardwalk. They have live entertainment Wednesday through Saturday at 7 PM. This condo really is a hidden jewel. We hated to leave and we can’t wait to go back. Thankyou Rocky & Hope 5 stars!

We had a great time staying at this little beach apartment. It truly had everything we needed - chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and lots of other beach necessities. The apartment was a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and makes great use of the space it has. The bed was also very comfortable. Last but not least, the host was extremely responsive and easy to work with. They were able to accommodate our late check out. Thanks again for a great time. We will be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was small, but there were only 2 of us and we had a shorter stay. Check-in / check-out was super easy and the hosts were very communicative. The apartment had all the essentials, which included beach supplies. However, we would’ve appreciated some additional face towels, only 2 were provided and pillows for the bed as they were pretty flat. The apartment is about a block away from the beach, which made for an easy walk. If you want to enjoy areas outside of Hollywood beach, it’s pretty easy to get a Taxi or Uber. We didn’t spend any time at the pool, but it was clean and rarely crowded. Lastly, we appreciated the secured gates and keyless apartment entry. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great time. Excellent location just steps from the boardwalk area and the beach. Really liked how there was beach towels, chairs, etc so that I did not have to worry about that. Hope/Rocky were great hosts and made sure we were taken care of. I also really appreciated that. I would definitely stay at the nice cozy place our next trip and recommend it to anyone!!

I am always concerned about how clean a room will be. When we walked in the adorable room we could immediately smell the clean. We were also impressed at how well the place was stocked with little necessities. We had all the items we needed to be comfortable in the room and also on the beach. The location was nice as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend this room.

Five Star Rating for this exceptional rental property. The location is just steps from the beach/ocean, restaurants and entertainment. We were extremely pleased by the cleanliness of the unit, swimming pool and surrounding neighbourhood. The pics and description of the unit were accurate as shown in their online listing. Their communication was EXCELLENT!! We received a timely response to all of our inquiries. The Check-In procedure was very smooth and covered by a comprehensive Welcome message we received in advance of our arrival. Highly recommended and will definitely book again in the future.

Everything was perfect! Rocky and Hope were awesome hosts. They even brought us an extra blanket and more towels while we were there. The property has everything you need and is the perfect amount of space for two. Having beach chairs, a cooler, towels and and umbrella made my beach days easy and free. Close to many good food options and grocery stores also. We loved it and would definitely go back. The patio was great for morning convos and coffee. Not one negative experience.

The property was exactly what we were expecting. Clean, updated, quiet is what we like when we travel and this met all of the criteria and more. The bed couldn't be more comfortable. All of the extra's, like beach chairs, umbrella, towels made things so easy so that we could enjoy the beach (which we did, every day). The heated pool was beautiful and a great place for lounging after a day at the beach. We will definitely go back again.
